dimensional geformte Innenpolster garan-
tieren einen angenehmen Tragekomfort.
Bitte beachten Sie
– Das erstmalige Anpassen und Anlegen des Produktes
muss durch geschultes Fachpersonal erfolgen. Die
Aluminiumschiene lässt sich kalt anformen.
– Tragen Sie das Produkt direkt auf der Haut. Soll es in
Kombination mit anderen Produkten getragen werden,
besprechen Sie dies bitte vorher mit Ihrem Arzt.
– Sollten während des Tragens ein unangenehmes

Anziehanleitung
Bilder zur Anziehanleitung nden Sie in der

Zum Anlegen der Orthese öffnen Sie alle Klettbänder
und ziehen Sie sie jeweils durch die vorgesehene Öse.
Ziehen Sie die Orthese so über das Handgelenk, dass
Hand- und Daumenöffnung vom Körper weg zeigen
und die geformte Aluminiumschiene auf der Hand-
gelenkinnenseite liegt.

Schließen Sie nun zuerst das Klettband um das Hand-
gelenk, dann das obere und das untere Klettband. Zum
Schluss können Sie, wenn nötig, den mittleren Klett-
verschluss nachjustieren. Bitte achten Sie darauf, dass
das Produkt fest, aber nicht zu eng anliegt, um Ab-
schnürungen zu vermeiden.

Bei folgenden Fällen sollten Sie vor
Anwendung des Produktes Ihren
Arzt konsultieren:
– Hauterkrankungen oder -verlet-
zungen im Anwendungsbereich,
insbesondere bei Entzündungs-
zeichen wie Rötung, Erwärmung
oder Schwellung
– Emp ndungs- und Durchblutungs-
störungen im Anwendungsbereich
– Lymphabfl ussstörungen sowie
nicht eindeutige Schwellungen
Anwendungsbereiche
– Reizzustände des Handgelenks
(chronisch, nach Verletzungen
oder Operationen)
– instabiles Handgelenk
– Sehnenscheidenentzündung
(Tendovaginitis)
Nebenwirkungen
Bei sachgemäßer Anwendung sind
bisher keine Nebenwirkungen auf
den gesamten Körper bekannt.
Liegt das Produkt jedoch zu fest
an, kann es örtliche Druckerschei-
nungen verursachen oder Blutge-
fäße und Nerven einengen.
– Das Produkt sollte vor dem ersten
Gebrauch gewaschen werden.
– Entfernen Sie vor dem Waschen
die Aluminiumschiene.
– Waschen Sie das Produkt bei
maximal 30° C von Hand. Ver-
wenden Sie dazu Feinwaschmit-
tel ohne Weichmacher (z.B. Ofa
Clean Spezialwaschmittel) und
spülen Sie das Produkt gut aus.
Drücken Sie das Wasser vorsich-
tig aus, ohne das Produkt zu
wringen.
– Bringen Sie das Produkt in
Form und lassen Sie es an der
Luft trocknen. Trocknen Sie das
Produkt nicht im Trockner, auf
der Heizung oder in direktem
Sonnenlicht und bügeln Sie es
niemals.
– Um die Qualität Ihres Produktes
zu erhalten, verwenden Sie bitte
keine chemischen Reinigungs-
mittel, Bleichmittel, Benzin oder
Weichspüler. Tragen Sie im An-
wendungsbereich keine fett- oder
säurehaltigen Mittel, Salben oder
Lotionen auf die Haut auf. Diese
Substanzen können das Material
angreifen.
– Lagern Sie das Produkt trocken
und geschützt vor Sonne und
Hitze möglichst in der Original-
verpackung.

The Dynamics wrist orthosis without
thumb piece provides effective wrist im-
mobilisation. The open design also ensures
nger mobility. Three-dimensionally moulded
inner padding guarantees pleasant wearing
comfort.
Please note
– The initial adjustment and strapping on of the
product must be carried out by qualied specialist
staff. The aluminium splint can be moulded when
cold.
– If the product has to be worn in combination with
other products, please discuss this with your doctor
beforehand.
– If you experience an unpleasant sensation, intense
pain or any other problem when wearing the product,
then remove it and contact your doctor or specialist
supplier.
– We use a comprehensive quality management system
to check our products. However, should there still be
reason for complaint, please contact your special-
ist supplier.

Fitting instructions
The tting instructions in pictures can be found
on the fold-over page at the beginning of the
brochure.

To put on the orthosis, open all Velcro tapes and pull
them through the corresponding eyelet. Pull the or-
thosis over the wrist in such a way that the hand and
thumb opening are pointing away from your body and
the contoured aluminium splint is on the inside of
your wrist.

First close the Velcro tape around the wrist, then the
upper and lower Velcro tape.The middle Velcro fastener
can be adjusted afterwards if necessary. Please ensure
that the product is secure but not too tight in order to
prevent pinching.

Contraindications
In the following cases you should
consult your doctor before using
this product:
– skin conditions or injuries in the
area of application, particularly
where signs of infl ammation are
present, such as redness, temper-
ature increase or swelling
–feeling of numbness and circu-
latory problems in the area of
application
–problems with lymphatic drainage
as well as unexplained swelling
Indications
–wrist irritation (chronic, after in-
juries or operations)
–unstable wrist
– tendon sheath infl ammation (ten-
dovaginitis)
Side effects
There are currently no known side
effects for any part of the body if
this product is used correctly. How-
ever, if the product is too tight, this
can cause local pressure points or
constrict blood vessels and nerves.
–The product should be washed
before being used for the first
time.
–Remove the aluminium splint
before washing.
–Wash the product by hand at a
maximum temperature of 30° C.
Use a mild detergent without
softener (e. g. Ofa Clean special
detergent) and rinse the product
out well. Carefully squeeze the
water out without wringing out
the product.
–Mould the product into the right
shape and air-dry it. Do not dry
the product in the dryer, on a
radiator or in direct sunlight and
do not iron.
–In order to maintain the quality
of your product please do not use
any chemical cleaning products,
bleaches, petrol or fabric
softener. Do not apply any fatty
or acidic creams, ointments or
lotions to the skin in the usage
area. These substances can affect
the material of the product.
–Store the product in a cool dry
place away from sunlight and
heat and preferably in the ori-
ginal packaging.

L’orthèse de poignet Dynamics sans
xation du pouce assure une immobili-
sation efcace de votre poignet. De plus,
la structure ouverte permet de conserver la
mobilité totale de vos doigts. Des coussins
intérieurs formés en trois dimensions garan-
tissent un confort de port agréable.
Veuillez observer les points suivants
– Le premier ajustement et la pose initiale du produit
doivent être effectués par du personnel qualié. L’at-
telle en aluminium est modelable à froid.
– Demandez l’avis de votre médecin avant de porter le
produit avec d’autres dispositifs.
– Si vous éprouvez une sensation d’inconfort, de fortes
douleurs ou tout autre trouble quand vous portez
le produit, retirez-le et contactez votre médecin ou
votre vendeur spécialisé.
– Nous contrôlons nos produits dans le cadre de notre

Conseils de mise en place
Vous trouverez les images de la notice d’en-

Pour poser l’orthèse, ouvrez toutes les fermetures velcro
et tirez-les à travers l’anneau prévu. Tirez l’orthèse
sur le poignet de manière à ce que l’ouverture pour la
main et le pouce se trouve à l’opposé du corps et que
l’attelle en aluminium moulé se trouve sur l’intérieur
de votre poignet.

Fermez d’abord la bande velcro autour du poignet,
puis la bande supérieure et la bande inférieure. Ensuite
vous pouvez si nécessaire ajuster la fermeture velcro
médiane. Veillez à ce que le produit soit bien xé, mais
pas trop serré, an d’éviter de couper la circulation
sanguine.

Contre-indications
Dans les cas suivants, veuillez
consulter votre médecin avant d’uti-
liser le produit :
–maladies ou blessures de la peau
dans la zone d’application du
produit, en particulier en cas de
signes d’infl ammation (rougeur,
échauffement ou enfl ure)
–troubles sensitifs et circulatoi-
res dans la zone d’application
du produit
– troubles du fl ux lymphatique ainsi
que légères enfl ures
Indication
– irritation de l’articulation de
la main (chronique, après une
blessure ou des interventions
chirurgicales)
– instabilité de l’articulation de
la main
– infl ammation de la gaine du ten-
don (ténosynovite)
Effets secondaires
Aucun effet secondaire sur l’inté-
gralité du corps n’est connu à ce
jour avec une utilisation correcte.
Toutefois, si le produit est trop ser-
ré, il peut provoquer des points de
pression locaux ou le rétrécissement
de vaisseaux sanguins ou de nerfs.
– Lavez le produit avant de l’utili-
ser pour la première fois.
–Avant de laver le produit, veuillez
retirer l’attelle en aluminium.
–Lavez le produit à la main à
30° C maximum. Utilisez, pour
cela, une lessive pour linge
délicat sans adoucissant (p. ex.
Lessive spéciale Ofa Clean) et
rincez bien le produit. Retirez
l’eau avec précaution sans tordre
le produit.
–Mettez le produit en forme et
laissez-le sécher à l’air. Ne faites
pas sécher le produit dans un
sèche-linge, sur un radiateur ou
exposé directement aux rayons
du soleil et ne jamais repasser.
–Pour conserver la qualité de votre
produit, n’employez jamais de
détersifs chimiques, d’agents
blanchissants, de white-spirit ou
d’adoucissants. N’enduisez pas la
peau de produits gras ou acides,
de pommades ou de lotions dans
la zone d’application du produit.
Ces substances pourraient atta-
quer le matériau.
– Conservez le produit à l’abri
de l’humidité, du soleil et de la
chaleur, si possible dans son em-
ballage d’origine.

De Dynamics polsorthese zonder
duimxering zorgt voor een effectieve
ontlasting van uw pols. Tegelkertd laat de
open constructie de volledige bewegelk-
heid van de vingers toe. Driedimensionaal
gevormde vullingen zorgen voor aangenaam
draagcomfort.
Gelieve in acht te nemen
– Het product moet de eerste keer door geschoold
vakpersoneel aangepast en aangedaan worden. De
aluminiumspalk kan koud in vorm gebracht worden.
– Indien het product in combinatie met andere produc-
ten gedragen dient te worden, verzoeken w u, dit
vooraf met uw arts te bespreken.
– Indien er zich tdens het dragen een onaangenaam
gevoel, fellere pnen of andere klachten voordoen,
dient u het product niet te gebruiken en dient u con-
tact op te nemen met uw arts of dealer.
– W controleren onze producten in het kader van een
algeheel kwaliteitsmanagement. Gelieve u tot uw
dealer te richten indien u desondanks klachten hebt.

Aanleginstructies

Om de orthese aan te trekken, opent u alle klittenban-
den en trekt u deze door de daarvoor bedoelde lussen.
Open de elastische band om de bandage aan te trek-
ken. Trek de bandage zo over uw pols, dat de hand- en
duimopening van het lichaam af staan en de alumini-
umrail aan de binnenzde van de pols ligt.

Sluit de klittenband om de pols als eerste, vervolgens
het bovenste en dan de onderste klittenband. Sluit
eerst de klittenband om de pols, dan het bovenste en
vervolgens de onderste klittenband. Gelieve erop te
letten dat het product vast, maar niet te nauw aansluit
om afknelling te vermden.

Contra-indicaties
In volgende gevallen dient u vóór
toepassing van het product uw arts
te raadplegen:
–huidaandoeningen of -verwon-
dingen in het toepassingsgebied,
in het b zonder b ontstekings-
versch nselen zoals roodkleuring,
verwarming of zwelling
–gevoels- en doorbloedingsstoor-
nissen in het toepassingsgebied
–lymfeafvoerstoornissen evenals
niet volkomen duidel ke zwel-
lingen
Toepassingsgebieden
–irritatie aan de pols (chronisch, na
letsels of heelkundige ingrepen)
–instabiele pols
– peesschedeontsteking (tendo-
vaginitis)
B werkingen
B een oordeelkundige toepassing
z n tot nu toe geen b werkingen op
het hele lichaam bekend. Indien het
product echter te nauw aansluit,
kan het plaatsel ke drukversch n-
selen veroorzaken of bloedvaten en
zenuwen beknellen.
– Verwijder vóór het wassen de
aluminiumspalk.
– Was het product bij maxi-
maal 30° C handwas. Gebruik
daarvoor fijnwasmiddel zonder
wasverzachter (bijvoorbeeld Ofa
Clean speciaal wasmiddel) en
spoel het product goed uit. Druk
het water voorzichtig uit, zonder
het product te wringen.
– Breng het product in de juiste
vorm en laat het aan de lucht
drogen. Droog het product niet in
de droogautomaat, op de verwar-
ming of in direct zonlicht en strijk

Per applicare l’ortesi aprire tutte le fasce in Velcro e ti-
rarle rispettivamente attraverso l’apposito occhiello. Far
passare l’ortesi sopra il polso in modo tale che l’aper-
tura per la mano e per il pollice non sia rivolta verso il
corpo e il binario di alluminio sagomato poggi sul lato
interno del polso.

Chiudere prima di tutto la fascia con il velcro intorno al
polso, quindi la fascia con il velcro superiore e inferiore.
A seguire, se necessario, è possibile regolare la chiusura
in velcro centrale. Assicurarsi che il prodotto aderisca
bene ma non troppo stretto per evitare difcoltà di
circolazione.

Indicazioni
– irritazioni dell’articolazione del
polso (croniche, post-operatorie o
successive a traumi)
–polso instabile
– in ammazione della guaina tendi-
nea (tendovaginite)
Effetti collaterali
Con un utilizzo adeguato non sono
noti ad oggi effetti collaterali su
tutto il corpo. Se il prodotto dovesse
tuttavia aderire troppo fermamen-
te, potrebbe provocare pressioni
locali o restringere i vasi sanguigni
e i nervi.
–Lavare il prodotto prima del pri-
mo utilizzo.
–Prima di procedere al lavaggio
estrarre il binario in alluminio.
–Lavare il prodotto a mano ad una
temperatura non superiore a
30° C. Per il lavaggio utilizza-
re un detersivo delicato senza
ammorbidenti (es.: Detergente
speciale Ofa Clean) e sciacqua-
re il prodotto accuratamente.
Eliminare l’acqua in eccesso
delicatamente, senza strizzare il
prodotto.
–Dare forma al prodotto e farlo
asciugare all’aria. Non asciugare
il prodotto in asciugatrice, sul
termosifone o alla luce diret-
ta del sole. Non stirare mai il
prodotto.
–Al fine di mantenere intatta la
qualità del prodotto, non utilizza-
re detergenti chimici, candeg-
gina, benzina o ammorbidente.
Non usare lozioni, unguenti o
prodotti grassi o acidi nell’area
di applicazione del prodotto.Tali
sostanze possono danneggiare
il materiale.
–Riporre il prodotto, possibilmente
nella confezione originale, in un
luogo asciutto e al riparo dalla
luce del sole e dal calore.

Instrucciones de aplicación
Las imágenes correspondientes a las instruccio-
nes de colocación se encuentran en el interior

Para colocar la órtesis, abra todas las cintas de Velcro y
sáquelas de sus hebillas correspondientes. Introduzca la
muñeca en la órtesis, de manera que las aberturas para
la mano y el pulgar señalen en dirección opuesta al
cuerpo y que la férula de aluminio moldeada quede en
la cara interior de la muñeca.

Cierre ahora primero la cinta de Velcro alrededor de
la muñeca; después, la cinta superior y, nalmente, la
cinta inferior. A continuación, y si fuera necesario, podrá
reajustar el cierre de Velcro central. Procure que el pro-
ducto quede bien ajustado, pero sin apretar demasiado,
para evitar el efecto de torniquete.

Contraindicaciones
Antes de utilizar el producto, reco-

Indicaciones

Efectos secundarios
Durante el uso correcto, no se han
observado hasta ahora efectos
secundarios en ninguna parte del
cuerpo. No obstante, si el producto
queda excesivamente ajustado,
puede causar síntomas de presión
locales o puede oprimir los vasos
sanguíneos y los nervios.
–El producto debe lavarse antes
de su primer uso.
–Antes del lavado, retire la barra
de aluminio.
–Lave el producto a mano a una
temperatura máxima de 30° C.
Utilice para ello un detergente
para ropa delicada sin suavizan-
tes (por ejemplo, el detergente
especial Ofa Clean), y enjuague
el producto con agua abundante.
Apriete el producto con cuidado
para escurrir el agua, pero sin
estrujar el producto.
–Moldee el producto para que re-
cupere su forma original, y déjelo
secar al aire. No seque el produc-
to en la secadora, ni encima de la
calefacción o al sol directo, y no
lo planche nunca.
–Para conservar la calidad de su
producto, no utilice detergentes
químicos, blanqueantes, bencina
de uso doméstico ni suavizantes.
No use en el área de aplicación
sustancias, pomadas o lociones
grasas o ácidas, ya que podrían
ser agresivas para el material.
–Guarde el producto en un lugar
seco y protegido de la radiación
solar y del calor, a ser posible,
