CONNECT INFLOW TUBING
1. Turn the unit on.
2. After self test, press Menu to check
or change system settings. (Refer
to page 4 for menu settings)
3. Hang fluid irrigation bags on the
upper scale hooks.
4. Close inflow and outflow stopcocks
on the instrument.
5. Connect blue eur ok on the inflow
tubing to the inflow port on the
instrument.
6. Press OK next to Operative Mode
and press Start.
7. Carefully insert the pressure chamber
on the inflow tubing into the lower
retainer on the pump, and wrap the
tubing up and around the roller wheel,
locking it into place.
8. Clamp tubing and spike fluid irrigation
bag(s). Open one clamp.

MENU SETTINGS
After each menu selection, press OK.
Nominal Flow Menu
Select a nominal flow value between
30 and 500 ml/min.
Maximum Deficit Menu
Select a deficit threshold value between
200 and 2500 ml.
Alarm Volume Menu
Select a volume between 1 and 5.
Bag Size
Select a bag size between 0 and 5 liters.
General Settings Menu
To view and change anguage, Sensor Test,
Factory Defaults, Demo Mode, Brightness.

CONNECT OUTFLOW TUBING
INSTRUMENT RECOGNITION (IR)
1. Open the inflow stopcock on the
instrument.
2. Close the outflow stopcock on the
instrument.
3. Hold the instrument at operative height.
4. When prompted, press Yes to begin
IR activation.
5. Turn the inflow stopcock off when
IR is complete. Screen prompt and
single beep indicate IR completion.
Do Not Press Stop!
1. Place containers on the bottom scale
and toggle them with the connection
tubes.
2. Connect the yellow eur ok on the
outflow tubing to the outflow port of
the instrument.
3. Connect the short end of the Y tube
to the patient drape.
4. Connect the long end of the Y tube
to the “Patient” port of the first
container.
5. Connect the last container tubing
to suction.

Change Fluid Bag 3 Beeps > 500 ml remaining
Deficit Reached 3 Beeps Deficit exceeds the preset value
Overpressure 3 Beeps Actual pressure 10 mmHg above nominal
pressure
Deficit Exceeded 10 Beeps In increments of 100 ml above the preset
value
Critical Overpressure 10 Beeps Actual Pressure > 200 mmHg above nominal
pressure
Rapid Deficit 10 Beeps Deficit change > 300 ml in 1 minute
Begin the Procedure
1. Press Details to display inflow and
outflow volumes.
2. Press (–) or (+) to set Nominal Pressure.
3. Press eset Actual Deficit then press
Yes.
4. Open outflow then open inflow stop-
cocks on the instrument to begin the
procedure.
