このたびは、本製品をお買い上げいただきまして、まことにありがとう
ございます。ご使用に際しては、次の内容をお守りください。
・電気の知識を有する専門家がお取り扱いください。
・ この取扱説明書をよくお読みになり、十分にご理解のうえ、正しく
ご使用ください。
・この取扱説明書はいつでも参照できるよう大切に保管してください。
・詳細につきましては、ユーザーズマニュアルをご参照ください。
製品を安全に使用するため、以下のことを守ってください。
1.引火性、爆発性、腐食性ガスの環境では使用しないでください。
2.分解、修理、改造をしないでください。
3.ケーブルにはロック機構がありますので、必ずロックしていること
を確認してからご使用ください。
4.DC 電源ユニットは、定格の電源電圧（DC24V+10%-15%）
内であることを確認してご使用ください。
5.電源の逆接続はしないでください。
6.
ケースの隙間から水や針金を入れないでください。火災や感電の原
因となります。
7.通風スペースを十分にとってください。
8.発熱量の高い機器（ヒーター、トランス、大容量の抵抗）の近くに取り
付けることは避けてください。
9. アンテナを着脱する際は、本製品の電源を切ってから行ってください。
10.万一、製品に異常を感じたときには、すぐに使用を中止し、電源
を切った上で、当社支店・営業所までご相談ください。
11.本製品を廃棄する際は、産業廃棄物として処理してください。
12. 清掃時、シンナー、ベンゼン、アセトン、灯油はご使用しないでください。
■設置および保管場所について
次のような場所では使用および保管しないでください。
・腐食性ガス、塵埃、金属粉、塩分がある場所
・周囲温度、周辺湿度が仕様で定められている範囲を超える場所
・温度が急激に変化する場所（結露する場所）
・仕様で定められる以上の振動や衝撃が本体に直接伝わる場所
・水・油・化学薬品の飛沫がある場所
■取付けについて
・本製品は 13.56MHz の周波数帯を使用してタグと交信を行って
い ま す 。トラン シ ー バ 、モ ー タ 、イン バ ー タ 、スイッ チ ング 電 源 な ど の 中
にはタグとの交信に影響を与える電波（ノイズ）を発生するものが
あります。これらの機器が周囲にあることでタグとの交信に影響を
与えたり、タグの破壊等の原因になる場合があります。これらの機
器の近くで本製品をご使用になる場合には事前に影響を確認の
上、ご使用いただくようにお願いいたします。
・
一般的なノイズの影響を最小限とするため、以下の事項を守ってご
使 用 くださ い 。
（1）本製品の接地端子および周辺に配置された金属体は D 種
接地（第三種接地）してください。
（2）配線は高圧、強電流との接近を避けてください。
・付属品のフェライトコア（ZCAT2032-0930：TDK（株）製）は電
源端子、接地用端子に接続したコードを束ねて必ず使用してくだ
さい 。
・ケーブル部は強く引っ張らないようにしてください。
・防水構造ではありませんので、ミスト雰囲気中を避けてください。
・製品の材質に影響のある薬品は避けてください。

13. 複数のアンテナを隣接接地される場合、相互干渉により交信性
能が低下する恐れがありますので、「V680 シリーズユーザーズマ
ニュアル（カタログ番号：SCHI-714）」を参照し、アンテナ間の
相互干渉がないことを確認してください。
14.本体を外す際は取付けフックに工具を掛けてゆっくり取り外して
ください。
15. 誤配線や負荷短絡させないでください。破裂したり焼損する
恐れがあります。
16.油環境では使用しないでください。

Observe the following precautions to ensure safe usage of the product.
1. Do not use the product in environments subject to inflammable, explosive,
or corrosive gas.
2. Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the product in any way.
3. Because a cable has a locking mechanism, make sure that it has been
locked before using the cable.
4. Confirm that the DC power supply is within the rated power supply
voltage (24 VDC +10%/-15%) before using it.
5. Do not reverse polarity when connecting the power supply.
6. Do not allow water to enter or insert wire in the gaps of the case. Fire or
electric shock may result.
7. Provide enough space around the controller for ventilation.
8. Avoid setting up the unit near a highly heat-generating device
(such as heater, transformer and large-capacity resistor).
9. Always turn OFF the power supply to the product before attaching or
removing the Antenna.
10. If you suspect that anything is wrong with the product at any time, stop
using it immediately, turn OFF the power supply, and consult with your
OMRON representative.
11. When disposing of the product, dispose of it as industrial waste.
12. Do not use thinners, benzenes, acetones and kerosenes for cleaning.
PRECAUTION FOR SAFE USE
1. Installation Location
Do not install and storage the product in the follwing locations:
・Locations subject to corrosive gases, dust, dirt, metal powder, or salt.
・Locations where the specified ambient temperature and ambient
humidity range is exceeded.
・Locations subject to extreme temperature changes that may result in
condensation.
・Locations where the product would be directly subjected to vibration or
shock exceeding specifications.
・Locations subject to contact with water, oil, or chemicals
2. Installation
・The product uses the 13.56MHz frequency band to communicate with
Tags. Some devices, such as some transceivers, mortors, inverters, and
switch mode power supplies, generate electromagnetic waves (i.e., noise)
that can affect communications with the Tags. If any of these devices are
nearby, communications with Tags may be affected or Tags may be
destroyed, If the product is to be used near such devices, check the
effects on communications before using the product.
・
To minimize the general influence of noise, follow the following precautions:
(1)Ground the earth terminal of this product and any metallic material
located around the product to 100 Ωor less.
(2)Keep product wiring away from high voltage or heavy current.
・Attach the accompanying ferrite core (Type:ZCAT2032-0930 made by
TDK Corp.) around the cables that are connected with the power and
grounding terminals.
・Do not pull the cable part strongly.
・The product does not provide a water-proof structure. Do not use it where
mists are present.
・Please avoid the medicine that there is an influence in the material of the
product.

13. Communications performance may be reduced due to mutual interference
if more than one Read/Write Antenna is installed in the same vicinity.
Refer to the Operating Manual (Cat.No.Z278-E1-01) and confirm that
there is no mutual interference between Read/Write Antennas.
14. Multiply the tool by the installation hook, and detach it slowly
when you remove the main body.
