The policies and procedures outlined in this user manual will be applied
at the discretion of O+. O+ reserves the right to deviate from the policies,
procedures, benets, and working conditions described in this user
manual. Furthermore, the Company reserves the right to withdraw
or change the policies, procedures, benets, and working conditions
described in this user manual at any time, for any reason, and without
prior notice.
ATTENTION AND PRECAUTIONS
For Your Safety
Remember to comply with legal requirements and local
restrictions when using the phone, for example, in aero
plane, petrol stations, hospital or while driving
Always keep your hands free to operate the vehicle while
driving. Your rst consideration while driving should be road
safety. Don’t use handset while driving.
As per the law, phone should not be used at refueling point
near fuel or chemicals.
Mobile phones can interfere with the functioning of medical
devices such as hearing aids or pacemakers. Keep at least 20
cm (9 inches) between the phone and pacemaker. When using

the mobile phone hold it to the ear which is furthest away from
the pacemaker. For more information, consult your doctor.
All wireless phones may be susceptible to interference, which
could affect performance. The phone may cause interference
in the vicinity of TV sets, radios and PCs.
The mains voltage (V) specied on the power supply unit must
not be exceeded.
Otherwise the charging device may be damaged.
The power supply must be plugged into an easily accessible
AC mains power socket when charging the battery. The only
way to turn off the charging device after charging the battery
is to unplug it.
Only qualied personnel may install or repair this product.
When connecting to any other product, read its user guide
for detailed safety instructions. Do not connect incompatible
products.
Use only approved enhancements and batteries. Do not
connect incompatible products.
Security Requirements
Before making or answering a call, you should pay attention to the
local laws about the use of wireless mobile phones and take them into
account in practical use.

Traffic safety
Pay attention to trafc safety. Do not use your mobile phone while
driving. Park your car before making or answering a call.
Flight Safety
Please turn off your GSM mobile phone before the airplane takes off
in order to protect airplane’s communication system from interference.
Using mobile phone before the plane taking off should get aircrew’s
permission according to safety regulations.
Environment Safety
Do not use your mobile phone near precision electronic equipment.
Radio wave interference may cause malfunctioning of such electronic
equipment and other problems.
Operating of mobile phone may interfere with medical devices like
hearing aids and pacemakers.
Do not use your phone in a potentially dangerous atmosphere. Please
strictly observe with the restrictions on the use of wireless devices.
Maintenance
Battery instructions
When the phone automatically turns off or indicates the alarm
information of power shortage, please charge the battery in time.
For the rst few times, please charge the battery fully.
When not in use, please separate the battery with power supply.
Overcharging will shorten the life of the battery.

Do not expose your products to extreme high or low temperatures.
Caution
Risk of explosion if battery replaced aced by an incorrect type.
Dispose of used batteries according to the instructions.
Operating temperature range: -10 ˚C~ +55 ˚C
Do not use damaged battery.
Do not expose your mobile phone to direct sunlight or in hot areas. High
temperatures can shorten the life of electronic devices.
Do not expose the battery into re or throw it away. Return the wear-out
battery to the provider or put it in the appointed recycle place. Do not put
it in familial rubbish.
Follow these guidelines to protect your products:
Keep the products out of children’s reach
Keep your product dry. Do not expose it to liquid or moisture.
Do not short-circuit the battery, as this can cause excessive heat to bring
about re.
Do not expose your mobile phone to direct sunlight or in hot areas. High

Non-expert handling of the devices may damage them.
Prevent liquid from leaking into your phone.

Installing the microSD Card
Phone lock
The phone lock protects your phone from unauthorized use. The default
phone lock code is 1122. You can change it into any numeric string of 4
to 8 digits.
If the phone lock function is enabled, you need to enter the correct
phone lock code when the phone is powered on or in the standby mode.
Connecting to network
After SIM card is successfully unlocked, the phone will automatically
search available network (with searching showing on the screen).
Once the connection is made, the name of the service provider will be
displayed on the lower right part of the text and graphic area. At this
time your phone has been connected to the service network.
Note: If the screen prompts “Emergency “, this means you have moved
out of the normal network coverage (service range) or your card has not
passed authentication, but you can still transmit emergency calls based
on signal strength.

BASIC FUNCTIONS
Making a call
When the logo of service provider appears on the display screen, you can
dial or receive calls. The info bar at the upper left corner of the display
screen shows network signal strength (when there are 5 info bars the
signal is at its strongest).
The call quality is very likely to be affected by obstructions.
Making domestic calls
Enter phone number, and then Tap Dial icon to make the call. If the user
needs to change phone number, tap Clear and delete numbers.
Dialing animation will be displayed on the screen during dialing. Call
state info will be shown on the screen after the called party ends the call.
You can enter and dial domestic call following the order:
(Area code) (Phone number) (Dial)
Dialing extension number of fixed-line telephone
Some extension numbers of xed-line telephone cannot be connected
directly, you must dial the power board phone number, then press
“0” key to power continually, until the screen displays “P”, then dial
extension number.
You can dial extension numbers of xed-line telephone in the following order:
(Area code) (Power board number) P (Extension number) Dial Key
Dialing international calls
To make an international call, you may press “0” key to power continually,

till the screen displays the pre-digit symbol “+” for international long
distance call, which will enable you to make a call from any country
without knowing the local international access code.
You can enter numbers in the following sequence to make an
international call:
(+) (Country code) (Complete phone number) (Dial Key)
After inputting prex number, input the code and the complete phone
number of the wanted country. The country code follows usual practice,
such as Germany 49, UK 44, Sweden 46, and India 91 etc.
Like making an international call, the “0” before city code number
should be dropped.
Dialing phone numbers in the call records
Every phone number you have dialed or received will be stored in the list
of phone call records. The latest dialed, received and missed numbers
will be listed, according to their types, in the respective menu of dialed
calls, received calls and missed calls. When call record list is full, the old
numbers will automatically be deleted. To view the list, do the followings:
In standby state, tap to view the record for all calls.
All phone numbers in the list can be dialed directly by Tap dial icon.
When the list is displayed, tap this call record to read the details, to View,
Call, Edit before call, Send message, Delete.
Emergency calls
As long as in the network service range (which can be conrmed by
checking the signal strength bars on the top of the screen), you can

always call emergency service. If your network supplier does not provide
roaming service in your area, the screen will display “Emergency”, to
inform you that only emergency call is permitted. If you are within the
network service range, you can also make emergency calls even without
the SIM card.
Answering a call
An incoming call can be accepted with the single tap “Answer”. If
earphone has been connected, use the button on the earphone to
answer a call.
Call records
Your phone can also store call records of the latest missed calls, received
calls, and dialled calls for you.
Call options
In call connected state, Including: New call, Pause, Sound Recorder,
More, Mute, Bluetooth*, Keypad, Loudspeaker.
Note: The menu marked * items will only appear in special
circumstances. For conference function, it is necessary to apply for
service supply to corresponding service operator.
USING THE MENUS
The phone offers a range of functions that allow you to tailor it to your needs.
These functions are arranged in menus and submenus which can be
accessed by scrolling or using the appropriate shortcut.

Accessing a menu function
1. Tap menu icon in standby mode.
2. Tap an application icon to enter the submenu.
Exiting a menu function
You can return to the previous menu level by press back key.

ALARM
Enter the alarm clock menu, tap Add, and select Add alarm. Sliding

up and down scroll bar to set the alarm time, and can set the Repeat,
Ringtones, Vibration and Labels. Select “Save” to complete the clock
setting select “Settings”, you can set the length of time delay and
volume. If you want to delete the alarm has been set, you can choose
“Delete “.
CALENDAR
Into the calendar submenu, the screen will show the current date and
month calendar with a special background color box marked. The
calendar can be view by Month, week, and day.
CONTACT
You can use this function to store names, phone numbers, and other
information.
Phone numbers can be stored in your phone or SIM card. Phone can
store 1000 phone book entries; SIM card memory records the number of
phone numbers and different because of their capacity
Click to view contact details of contact, you can see the contact name,
number and other information, you can call, send messages, edit, share,
delete, copy, etc.
In the top of the screen, touch can choose Dialpad, Call logs and Contact.
In the bottom of the screen, touch can choose to Add contact, Groups,
Share, and More.
1. Add contact
In the contact to add a new record of a telephone number to the SIM
card or to a local.

New contact entries, in addition you can Add name, Number, Email,
Address and Other information (Birthday, Notes) you can also set the
following external:
* Groups: You can store phone numbers in the contact record based
on the nature of contacts to join different groups.
* Caller ringtone: You can select custom ring tones.
* Binded SIM: Select the Primary SIM card, SIM card1 or SIM card 2
* Storage: Select stored in the Cell-phone or SIM card 1 or SIM card 2
2. Share
You can check mark all or part of the contact you want to share, and
then sent via Bluetooth to share.
3. More
Including the Delete, Message, My card and Settings option. This set
the settings:
Name list: You can choose to display all of the SIM 1, 2, or Cell-phone.
Name display: Select the contact’s display for the Last and First
name or First and Last name.
Backup contacts: contact information back to a memory card; if the
mobile phone book is lost, you can operate restore phone book here.
Restore Contacts: contacts stored in the memory card back to phone.
Import contacts: The card 1 /2 contacts import the phone.
Set extra number manage: Set Card 1 / 2 of the dial-up card.
Note: the SIM card phone number on record, only record which records
the name, phone number.

CALL LOGS
Into the call history screen, tap the bottom of the tab to switch the screen
to see All calls, Missed calls.
Slide your nger from bottom to top can select a phone number, touch
the number, to view the Call type, Call time, Duration, and SIM used.
Also, you can choose to Call, Edit before call, Send messages and Delete.
MESSAGE
1. New message
Tap the edit box, pop-up virtual keyboard, enter the content.
Tap screen number input box number, or click the Contacts icon
from the Address Book to add contact numbers stored.
Tap screen the contents of the input box, enter the content you have
nished, touch-screen to send, you can send.
2. Inbox
View received messages in Inbox sub-menu.
3. Sentbox
To save the sent messages.
4. Outbox
Outbox stores SMS/MMS selected for sent fail.
5. Drafts
Drafts stores SMS/MMS unprepared for sending for future revision
and sending.

6. Archive
To save you need messages.
EMAIL
First need to create an account, select the e-mail setup wizard, enter a
password to complete the account creation.
Then you can write messages, update e-mail account, the overall set
of e-mail.
BLUETOOTH
Select On / Off Bluetooth
Bluetooth settings:
Visibility: set this device is visible.
My device name: Show host device name, you can change device name
as you’re like.
Storage: set up the storage, such as Phone, Memory card.
RECORDER
Into the recorder menu, click the red circle to start recording.
Click “Record List” to view the le has been recorded. Select the le to
play the recording.
Click the “Settings”, you can set the Storage and Quality.
When you select a le to play the recording, you can also do the following:
New record to start a new recording.

Delete the current audio le.
Rename the recording le name of the current re-editing.
Set as ringtone and share, including the MMS, Bluetooth, E-mail to share.
FM RADIO
FM radio interface, click the icon to switch on / off FM radio. Click ve-
pointed star icon to add the current channel as a favorite. Bottom left of
the circle can be recorded.
Point list by clicking on the icon, you can automatically search for
channels and view favorites. Click the Settings icon, you can set the
Record storage and Record quality.
CAMCORDER
Under viewing condition, tap the bottom icons to do the following
operations. Tap the Middle icon to capture a picture or lm a video, tap
camera/video icon to switch between camera mode and video mode.
Tap settings icon, you can set camcorder, including WB、EV 、settings ect.
GALLERY
Show Phone and Memory card media library information. Including
Phone images, images and videos.
At the same time, select the bottom of the “Setting” column, you can set the
Slideshow interval, Slideshow transition, Shuffle, Repeat and Video streaming.
AUDIO PLAYER
In the main interface of music, there are many menus: Music, Artists,
