Service Levels
There are 2 levels of servicing:
- Level 0: replacement on 'module' basis.
- Level 1: as level 0 + laser adjustment + servicing on 'component' basis (soldering required).
For service level 1, a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a Service Level Agreement (SLA) between customer and OSE
is required.
For service level 0, a simplified SLA between customer and OSE is required.
Without a Service LevelAgreement (SLA), a customer can not order parts and servicing
is not allowed.

1. Precautions.
Maintenance should be done by authorized personnel only.
The working environment and tools need to be ESD safe.
The working environment needs to be clean.
Use ESD hand gloves.
Items you need:
•Adjustable torque screwdriver (e.g. Lindstrom MA500-1)
•Bit set, PH0.
•Torx screwdriver T9.
Do NOT use:
•Battery or air operated screw drivers.
Attention:
Do not tighten a screw straight away! First perform a turn in the counter clockwise
direction until you hear a click. Now you can fasten them. This procedure protects the
threads.

2. Disassembling process
•Remove the 4 screws from the housing (Picture A).
•Separate the upper case from the lower case (Picture B).

•Take out the main PCB from the lower case. The PCB is attached to the lower case
via the 2 hooks (Picture D).

3. Modification & assembling process
•Take the lower case of the semi-finished products (include 2 springs) and stick the
Rubber. A & B (Picture A).
•Insert the PCB into the lower case and fit it correctly, the PCB must be secure into
the hook of the lower case (Picture B).

•Take the upper case and insert the led pipe into the as shown (Picture C).
•Take the frame of the semi finished products (included the springs) and stick the
poron A & B as shown (Picture E).

•Insert the frame (Picture E) into the lower case and secure it correctly (Picture F).
•Apply the pre assembled lower case to the pre assembled upper case, fix the screws
and apply the rubber foot.
4. Torque setting
The torque settings for the lower case screws is 2.5Kgf-cm ±0.5Kgf-cm
Process required time: approx. 10mins.
