Optimus Enterprise, Inc. warrants to its customers and or consumer of this electric heater and the parts
thereof will be free from defect in material and workmanship, under normal use, for a period of one (1)
years from the date of initial purchase. The warranty does not apply to repairs necessitated by damage,
misuse, abuse or alternation and to any repair of merchandise not used within the United States or
Canada. Unless otherwise proscribed by law, Optimus Enterprise, Inc. shall not be liable for any personal
injury, property damage or any incidental or consequential damages of any kind (include water damage)
resulting from malfunctions, defects, misuse, improper installation or alternation of this product. This
warranty is the only warranty extended by Optimus Enterprise, Inc. to its original customers and/or
consumer purchased of this heater. Optimus Enterprise, Inc. disclaims all other warranties, express or
implied, that arise by the operation of law, specifically including the implied warranties of merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose. Optimus Enterprise, Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental or
consequential damage, which may have resulted from any alleged breach of warranty. Some states do
not allow limitations on how long implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damage, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives
you specific legal rights you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Should the heater fail during the warranty period, the owner should:
●Within the first 30 days from date of purchase, the store from which you purchased your Optimus
product should replace this product if it is defective in material or workmanship (provided the store
has in-stock replacement).
●Within 1 year from date of purchase, Optimus Enterprise, Inc. will repair or replace the product with a
refurbished heater if it is defective in material or workmanship providing it is returned to Optimus
Enterprise, Inc. with freight prepaid, with evidence of purchase date (cash register receipt) together
with US$32.00 check or money order for handling and return packaging/ shipping charges.
IMPORTANT: ANY REPAIRS SHOULD BE PERFORMED BYANAUTHORIZED SERVICE
REPRESENTATIVE. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPAIR THIS HEATER YOURSELF. DOING SO MAY
VOID YOUR WARRANTY.
PLEASE RETAIN THIS WARRANTYAND SALES RECEIPT TO INSURE YOUR PRODUCT
WARRANTY.

Your warranty depends on your following these instructions if you are returning the unit more than 30
days after the date of purchase:
●Carefully pack the heater in the original container or a suitable container to avoid damage in shipping.

●Optimus Enterprise, Inc. recommends you insure the package (as damage in shipments is not covered
by your warranty). All shipping charges must be prepaid by you (as noted as above).

Thank you for choosing an Optimus heater. To ensure the best performance from your heater,
please read and save the following instructions.
WHEN USING ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, BASIC PRECUATIONS SHOULD ALWAYS BE
FOLLOWED TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOCK AND INJURY TO
PERSON, INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING:
•Please follow all the safety precautions listed below for safety and to reduce the risk of injury or
electrical shock.
•Read this Instruction Manual carefully to maximize this appliance’s performance and keep for
future reference.
•Always ensure that your power supply voltage matches this appliance’s rating label.
•Never leave the appliance unattended while in operation. Always unplug the appliance when
not in use.
•This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces.
•Caution: Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention
has to be given when children and vulnerable people are present.
•Always use the handle when moving the heater (if available) or hold on the sides if not
available (make sure the unit is turned off). Keep combustible materials such as furniture,
pillows, bedding, papers, clothes and curtains at least 40 inch (1 m) from the heater.
•For safe use of the product, the product installation position should have a minimum
height of 70 inch (1.8 m) from the ground, and a minimum distance of 20 inch (0.5 m)
from ceiling, roof and both side walls.
•The heater must not face with the heating element pointing upwards towards a ceiling. The
heater element must be facing the area it is to heat.
•Warning: In order to avoid overheating do not cover the heater.
•This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for
their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
•Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made
by children without supervision.
•Do not use the product if there are any visible signs of damage to the appliance.
•Do not attempt to repair or adjust any electrical or mechanical functions on this unit. The unit
does not contain any user serviceable parts. Only a qualified electrician should perform
servicing or repairs.Attempting to repair the unit yourself will void your warranty.
•If the mains cable is damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or
similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
•Do not handle the element with bare hands. If it is inadvertently touched, remove finger marks
with a soft cloth and methylated spirits or alcohol, otherwise the marks will burn into the
element causing premature heater failure.
•Do not replace or attempt to replace the element in this product.
•This product is suitable for outdoor use only. Do not operate the appliance in direct sunlight,
near heat sources, humid environments or in places near water or other liquids such as
bathrooms, shower or swimming pool.
•This product must not be left outdoors exposed to the elements for long periods of time.
•Do not operate with wet hands or spill water or other liquids on to the appliance the mains
cable or plug.
•Do not run the power cable under carpeting. Do not cover the power cable with rugs, runner, or
similar coverings. Arrange the power cable away from foot traffic and where it will not be
tripped over.
•Do not wind the power cable around the unit.
•Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or opening on the heater, as this
may result in electric shock, fire, or damage to the heater.
•To prevent a possible fire, do not block the air vents.
•Do not use the appliance in areas where petrol, paints or other flammable substances are used
or stored.
•Always position the appliance with the mains plug in an accessible position and avoid the use
of an extension cables as they may overheat and create a potential fire risk.
•Always ensure the heater is plugged into a suitable socket, one that is tested for outdoor use.
•To disconnect heater, turn controls to OFF, then remove plug from socket. Do not unplug by
pulling on the power cable.
•Always unplug the unit and ensure the unit is completely cold before moving, cleaning or
storing.
•This heater is NOT intended for domestic use and should not be used commercially for
contract purposes. Any alternative use, not recommended by the manufacturer, may result in
fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
•The use of attachments on the heater is not recommended.
•Warning: This heater does not equipped with a device to control the room temperature. Do not
use this heater in small rooms when occupied by persons not capable of leaving a room on
their own, unless constant supervision is provided.
•Check exterior walls for areas of damage before installing the heater.
•Check exterior walls for communication and electrical cables and pipelines. Should any service
lines be present in the immediate vicinity do not install your heater, find an alternative location
to install this product.
•Do not use this heater with a programmer, timer, separate remote control system or any other
device that switches the heater on automatically, since a fire risk exists if the heater is covered
or positioned incorrectly.
•The heater must not be located immediately below a socket outlet.
•Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.
•Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance
provided that it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they
have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and
understand the hazards involved. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not
plug in, regulate and clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.

Before installing your appliance, you must disconnect the unit with the electrical power
supply.
IMPORTANT! –Remove any packaging before use, but retain safety instructions and
store them with this product.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
Assembly:
1. Fix the bottom tube to the base by 4pcs M6*30mm screws.
2. Screw out 3pcs M5*6mm screw in the bottom tube and put the cord support to the middle
tube before fix the middle tube.
3. Screw out 3pcs M5*6mm screws in the middle tube and put the cord support to the top tube
before fix the top tube.
4. Fix the anti-cover support to heater head by 2pcs M4*10mm screws
5. Fix the heater head to stand by 2pcs M4*10mm screws
6. The heater head could be adjusted from 0°to 45°
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
Operation:
•Use pull line power switch to control power on/off.
•Use push button switch to control different settings.
Remote Control:
Attention: Please aim at the receiver when operating the remote control
Power indicator:
•When the product is plugged in, the pull wire switch power indicator
light will light up.
•Press the remote control power indicator icon, the product will go into
the standby mode.
•500W (Low heat setting)
•1000W (Medium heat setting)
•1500W (High heat setting)
CLEANING/ MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS:
Cleaning:
•Before performing any maintenance, unplug the unit and let it cool completely.
•To keep the heater clean, the outer casing may be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth. You may
use a mild detergent if necessary. After cleaning, dry the unit with a soft cloth.
•Do not use alcohol, petrol, abrasive powders, furniture polish, or rough brushes to clean the
heater. This may cause damage or deterioration to the surface of the heater.
•Do not immerse the heater in water to clean.
•Wait until the unit is completely dry before use.
Storage:
•Ensure the unit is completely cold before storing in a cool, dry location.
•To prevent dust and dirt build-up, use the original packaging to repack the unit.
•Choking hazard：Store out of the reach of children and pets. Contains small parts.
OVERHEAT SAFETY FEATURE
•This heater is equipped with an overheat safety feature. When the heater’s internal
components reach a certain temperature that could cause overheating and possible fires, the
heater will automatically shut off.
SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS:
•Do NOT attempt to repair or adjust any electrical or mechanical functions on this unit. Doing so
will void the warranty.
•If you have any questions regarding this unit’s operation or believe any repair is necessary,
please call 1-888-672-5832 to speak with a Customer Service Representative.
•If you need to exchange the unit, please return it, in its original carton with a sales receipt
enclosed, to the store you purchased it. If you are returning the unit more than 30 days after the
date of purchase, please see the enclosed warranty.
