•Rubberfeetprotectthesurfacefromdamageanddonotleavemarks.
CREASING
1.Removeanypre-installedmodule.
2. Hold the handles of the creasing module 7(O•creasingKITmultiCREASE52-2015)andmo-
unt it on the press plate 2andpressdown[seediagrampoint 1]. You should hear a click.
3. If needed install adjustable stops 3in the front 4or rear 5slots located on the
base[seeChaptertwo"EQUIPMENTLAYOUT&ACCESSORIES"].
Tip
Take the adjustable stop loosen the nut until it is at the bottom of the tread, then put
it in the hole in the slot and slide it along the slot to the desired position and tighten
the knob.

4.Slidethesheetintothecreasingslotandplaceagainstthepresetstops[seediagramon
perviouspagepoint 2].
5.Pullthehandletowardsyou[seepoint 1inchaptertwo,"EQUIPMENTLAYOUT&ACCES-
SORIES"]untilyoufeelaresistanceanditstops,(thehandlewillbeintheverticalposition).
Note
In the case of wear or damage it is possible to replace the following part:
• Creasing knife (O•creasingKNIFE 52).
7 PERFORATING
NOTE!
This is an additional module.
1.Removeanypre-installedmodules.
2. Hold the handles on the perforating module 12 (O•PERFORATORKITmultiCREASE52-2015),
andmountitonthepressplate,thenpressdown[seediagramabovepoint 1].Youwill
hear a click.
NOTE!
Before the rst use remove the transport protection 12a
3. If needed install the adjustable stops 3in the front 4or rear 5slots located on the
base[seeChaptertwo"EQUIPMENTLAYOUT&ACCESSORIES"].
Tip
Take the adjustable stop loosen the nut until it is at the bottom of the tread, then put
it in the hole in the slot and slide it along the slot to the desired position and tighten
the knob.
4. Insert the sheet to be perforated and set the stops to the position need to perforate
[seediagramabovepoint 2].
5.Pullthehandletowardsyou[seepoint 1inchaptertwo,"EQUIPMENTLAYOUT&ACCES-
SORIES"]untilyoufeelaresistanceanditstops,(thehandlewillbeintheverticalposition).
NOTE!

8 CORNER TRIMMING/ROUNDING
NOTE!
This is an additional module.
1.Removeanypre-installedmodules.
2. Hold the handles on the corner trimmer module 13 ttedtothepressbar 2ensure the
guidesareinlinewithsquareholes 6onthebase[seeChapterTwo"EQUIPMENT
LAYOUT&ACCESSORIES"].
NOTE!
If you use a blade for cutting "thumb cut" for calendars 14 , go to Chapter Nine: "THUMB
CUTTING"
3. Slide the plastic pad 13a (O•cornerCUTTERPADmultiCREASE30/52),sothatonecorneris
directlyunderthebladeandpressedagainstthestops[seediagrambelow].
4.Placethematerialwanttocutonthecuttingpadandslideagainstthestops[seedia-
gramabovepoint 1].
5.Pullthehandletowardsyou[seepoint 1inchaptertwo,"EQUIPMENTLAYOUT&ACCES-
SORIES"]untilyoufeelaresistanceanditstops.

7ZAOKRĄGLANIE NAROŻNIKÓW
1. Zdemontuj uprzednio zainstalowany moduł (jeśli był zamontowany).
2. Trzymając za uchwyty zamontuj moduł do zaokrąglania narożników
na belce , prowadnice powinny znajdować się nad kwadratowymi otworami 6 [patrz
rozdział drugi "BUDOWA URZĄDZENIA I AKCESORIA"].
UWAGA!
W przypadku użycia modułu do wykrawania "łezki" do kalendarzy 14 , należy przejść do
rozdziału dziewiątego: "WYKRAWANIE ŁEZKI POD ZAWIESZKĘ DO KALENDARZA".
3. Wsuń plastikową podkładk
ę
13a
(O•cornerCUTTER PAD multiCREASE 30/52) tak, aby jeden
z rogów ułożony był pod nożem i opierał się o ograniczniki ruchome modułu [patrz
rysunek poniżej].
4. Połóż materiał, w którym chcesz ściąć naroże na podkładce, a następnie wsuń tak, aby
opierał się o ograniczniki ruchome modułu [patrz rysunek powyżej 1].
5. Pociągnij za ramię urządzenia 1[patrz rozdział drugi "BUDOWA URZĄDZENIA I AKCESO-
RIA"], aż poczujesz opór.

9 DIE CUTTING & TRIMMING
NOTE!
To die cut, trim paper or card it is necessary to use the following optional accessories from OPUS:
• Die cutting blades (O•cuttingBLADE)
• Trimming blade (O•trimmingBLADE)
• O•cuttingBLADE PAD POBC
For more details ask your supplier or see our website www.opus.pl.
1.Removeanypre-installedmodules.
2.Insertbetweenthepressplate 2and the base the large plastic pad 11 (O•cuttingBLADEPADPOBC).
3.Placethematerialyouwanttotrim,ordiecut.
4.Nowputthedieortrimmingbladeonthematerialinthepositionrequired.
5.Slidethewholesetunderthepressplate 2.
6.Pullthehandletowardsyou[seepoint 1inchaptertwo,"EQUIPMENTLAYOUT&ACCESSORIES"]until
youfeelaresistanceanditstops,(thehandlewillbeintheverticalposition).Movethehandleback
to the fully open position.
7.Thenmovethewholesetforward.
8. Repeat steps 6 and 7 until you reach the end of the die cutting blade.

10 THUMB CUTTING FOR CALENDARS
NOTE!
This is an additional module.
1.Removeanypre-installedmodules.
2. Hold the handles of the thumb cutting module 14 (O•THUMBCUTCUTTERMC30/52)
 onthepressplate[seepoint 2inchaptertwo,"EQUIPEMENTLAYOUT&ACCESSORIES"].
3. Slide the plastic pad 13a up to the stops under the blade.
4.Placethematerialyouwanttothumbcutontotheplasticpad 13a and slide up to the
stops and centre.
5.Pullthehandletowardsyou[seepoint
1inchaptertwo,"EQUIPMENTLAYOUT&ACCES-
SORIES"]untilyoufeelaresistanceanditstops.Movethehandlebacktothefullyopen
position.
9THUMB CUTTING FOR CALENDARS
NOTE!
This is an additional module.
1. Remove any pre-installed modules.
2. Hold the handles of the thumb cutting module 14 (O•THUMBCUT CUTTER - MC 30/52)
on the press plate [see point 2in chapter two, "EQUIPMENT LAYOUT & ACCESSORIES"].
3. Slide the plastic pad 13a up to the stops under the blade.
4. Place the material you want to thumb cut on to the plastic pad 13a and slide up to the
stops and centre.
5. Pull the handle towards you [see point 1in chapter two, "EQUIPMENT LAYOUT & ACCESSO-
RIES"] until you feel a resistance and it stops. Move the handle back to the fully open position.

11 CALENDAR STRIP CLOSING

2. Hold the calendar strip closing module 10 (O•calendarSTRIPcloserMC52).
and install it on the press plate 2.
3.Nowplacethecalendarstripwithouthangerintothebaseofthecalendarmoduleonthe
leftside.Forcalendarstripswithhanger,placethewirehangerintotheholeinthestrip,
thenintothecutoutinthecalendarstripmoduleinthecentre.Toavoidmovementuse
the small magnetic stop 10a .
4. Slide the calendar or poster inside strip and slide it up to the back stop.
5.Pullthehandletowardsyou[seepoint 1inchaptertwo,"EQUIPMENTLAYOUT&ACCESSO-
RIES"]untilyoufeelaresistanceanditstops,(thehandlewillbeintheverticalposition).

OPIS URZĄDZENIA
Wielofunkcyjne urządzenie introligatorskie multiCREASE 52 przeznaczone jest do
pracy w warunkach biurowych. Umożliwia bigowanie, perforowanie, zagniata-
nie listew do kalendarzy, zaokrąglanie narożników, wykrawanie okienek i tzw.
