INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
RAYCAST®HIGH
PRECISION BASE PLATE-
TO-COUCH TOP
FIXATION DEVICES:

A. GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION
This product is a fixation device to attach RAYCAST®
High Precision base plates to non-indexed couch
tops.
B. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Fixation system with clamping mechanism for use
on non-indexed couch tops.
C. FIXATION TO BASE PLATES
Fixation to the 32150, 32201, 32204 and 32301
base plates
-Remove the clamping block on the side
without the turning knob.
-Slide the Table fix device into the tunnel of
the base plate until centred.
-Use the four M5 x 10 countersunk screws to
fix the Table Fix to the base plate (use the
35744/12 M5 x25 in case this has to be done
on a 32204 base plate).
-Refit the clamping block.
-Adjust the width of the Table Fix to the width
of the couch by means of the setting screw.
-Be careful not to tighten too much to prevent
damage to the internal mechanism.
Remarks:
-See next paragraph on how to mount and
remove the clamping blocks.
-Use the four M5 x 20 with washers in case the
Table Fix is mounted on a first-generation base
plate with top fixation holes.
Fixation to 32110, 32130, 32111, 32090, 32095,
35751N and 35754/6N base plates
-The above base plates are connected with the
Table Fix by means of a 35747 Adapter Plate.
-Attach the Adapter Plate to the Table Fix with
the four M5 x 10 screws.
-Attach the base plates to the Adapter Plate
with the two M6 x 10 screws.
D. MOUNTING OF THE CLAMPING BLOCKS
Different clamping blocks (long, small, narrow, L-
shape, etc.) can be mounted on the Table Fix
device to allow the fixation of the base plates to
any type of couch top. These clamping blocks can
be mounted on the Table Fix with the two M6
countersunk screws. Use the appropriate Allan
Wrench to fasten or release these screws.

mounted to the Table Fix (see right).

F. PRECAUTIONS
Periodic checks of the products should be done to
insure the parts are not worn and require repair or
replacement. Do not attempt to make repairs
yourself, but contact your distributor if there are
any questions or concerns.
G. STORAGE
Always store the product in a safe place to prevent
it from getting damaged.
H. MAINTENANCE AND WASTE MANAGEMENT
This product can be cleaned and disinfected by
means of soapy water or an isopropanol based
disinfectant, applied with a soft cloth. If unsure
about the cleaning fluid, do not use. Never use
aerosol sprays, corrosive cleaning agents, solvents
or abrasive detergents.
Periodic checks of the product should be done to
insure the parts are not worn and require repair or
replacement. Do not attempt to make repairs
yourself. Contact your distributor if there are any
questions or concerns.
The product can be disposed of with household
waste.
