この取扱説明書には、製品の取り扱いかたや安全上の注意事項を示し
ています。
• 取扱説明書をよくお読みになり、製品を安全にお使いください。
• お読みになったあとは、いつでも見られるところに必ず保管してください。

はじめに
 お使いになる前に
製品の取り扱いは、適切な資格を有する人が行なってください。
お使いになる前に、「安全上のご注意」をよくお読みのうえ、正しくお使いく
ださい。
製品内部の点検や修理が必要なときは、お買い上げになった支店・営業所
にご連絡ください。
この製品は、一般的な産業機器用として設計されています。その他の用途
には使用しないでください。この警告を無視した結果生じた損害の補償に
ついては、当社は一切その責任を負いませんので、あらかじめご了承くださ
い。
 規格・CE マーキング
モーターは下記の規格にしたがって設計・検査を行なっており、認定を取
得しています。認定品名は、モーター品名です。
モーターは低電圧指令に適合しています。

UL 1004、UL 2111、CSA C22.2 No.100、CSA C22.2 No.77、GB 12350
認定機関
UL File No.E64199（6 W タイプ）、E64197（15、25、40 W タイプ）、CQC

上記規格で要求される過負荷運転試験および拘束温度上昇試験は、コン
ビタイプと歯切りシャフトタイプはギヤヘッド付き、丸シャフトタイプは放熱板
付きの状態で行なっています。放熱板のサイズ、材質は以下のとおりです。

設置条件

機器によって過電圧カテゴリーⅢの規定値が要求される場合は、絶縁トラ
ンスを介してモーターに定格電圧を給電してください。

• 爆発性雰囲気、引火性ガスの雰囲気、腐食性の雰囲気、水のかかる場
所、可燃物のそばでは使用しないでください。火災・感電・けがの原因に
なります。
• 設置、接続、運転・操作、点検・故障診断の作業は、適切な資格を有す
る人が行なってください。火災・感電・けがの原因になります。
• 通電状態で移動、設置、接続、点検の作業をしないでください。電源を
切ってから作業してください。感電の原因になります。
• モーターの過熱保護装置（サーマルプロテクタ）がはたらいたときは、電
源を切ってください。過熱保護装置が自動復帰したときにモーターが突
然起動して、けが・装置破損の原因になります。
• モーターは、クラスⅠ機器のみに使用してください。感電の原因になりま
す。
• モーターは筐体内に設置してください。感電・けがの原因になります。
• 設置するときは、モーターに手が触れないようにするか、接地してくださ
い。感電の原因になります。
• 電源入力電圧は、定格値を必ず守ってください。火災・感電の原因にな
ります。
• 接続は接続図にもとづき、確実に行なってください。火災・感電の原因に
なります。
• リード線を無理に曲げたり、引っ張ったり、はさみ込まないでください。火
災・感電の原因になります。
• 付属のコンデンサの接続端子は絶縁処理してください。感電の原因にな
ります。
• 停電したときは、電源を切ってください。停電復旧時にモーターが突然
起動して、けが・装置破損の原因になります。
• 電源を切った直後（30 秒以内）は、コンデンサの接続端子に触れないで
ください。残留電圧により、感電の原因になります。
• モーターを分解・改造しないでください。感電・けがの原因になります。

• モーターの仕様値を超えて使用しないでください。感電・けが・装置破損
の原因になります。
• 運転中および停止後しばらくの間は、モーターに触れないでください。
モーターの表面が高温のため、やけどの原因になります。
• モーター出力軸を持たないでください。けがの原因になります。
• モーターの周囲には、可燃物を置かないでください。火災・やけどの原
因になります。
• モーターの周囲には、通風を妨げる障害物を置かないでください。装置
破損の原因になります。
• 運転中は回転部（出力軸）に触れないでください。けがの原因になりま
す。
• 異常が発生したときは、ただちに電源を切ってください。火災・感電・けが
の原因になります。
• モーターは正常な運転状態でも、表面温度が 70 °C を
超えることがあります。運転中のモーターに接近できると
きは、図の警告ラベルをはっきり見える位置に貼ってく
ださい。やけどの原因になります。

てください。

の場合、品名およびモーター品名の「GN」は「A」になります。
設 置
 設置場所
風通しがよく、点検が容易な次のような場所に設置してください。
• 屋内に設置された筐体内（換気口を設けてください）
• 使用周囲温度 −10～+40 °C（凍結しないこと）
100 V/200 V 運転時は−10～+50 °C
• 使用周囲湿度 85%以下（結露しないこと）
• 爆発性雰囲気、有害なガス（硫化ガスなど）、および液体のないところ
• 直射日光が当たらないところ
• 塵埃や鉄粉などの少ないところ
• 水（雨や水滴）、油（油滴）、およびその他の液体がかからないところ
• 塩分の少ないところ
• 連続的な振動や過度の衝撃が加わらないところ
• 電磁ノイズ（溶接機、動力機器など）が少ないところ
• 放射性物質や磁場がなく、真空でないところ
• 標高 1000 m 以下
重要 ギヤヘッドからまれに少量のグリースがにじみ出ることがありま
す。グリース漏れによる周囲環境の汚染が問題となる場合に
は、定期点検時にグリースのにじみをチェックしてください。また
は、油受けなどの損害防止装置を取り付けてください。油漏れで
お客様の装置や製品等に不具合を発生させる原因になります。

 モーターの設置
• 丸シャフトタイプ
取付板に穴をあけ、ねじ、ナット、座金を使用して、モーターを取付板に固定
してください。（取付用のねじは付属していません。）このとき、モーター取付
面と取付板にすき間がないようにしてください。

重要 モーターを取付穴へ斜めに挿入したり、無理に組み付けないでく
ださい。フランジインローに傷が付き、モーターが破損するおそ
れがあります。
• コンビタイプ
取付板に穴をあけ、付属のねじ 4本を使用し、モーターとギヤヘッドを取付
面に固定してください。このとき、設置する取付面との間にすき間がないよう
にしてください。

 負荷の取り付け
ギヤヘッド出力軸は、外径公差を
h7 に仕上げ、伝達部品取り付けの
ためのキーみぞ加工をしています。
伝達部品を取り付けるときは、出力
軸と伝達部品のはめ合いを「すきま
ばめ」にしてください。

さらに、伝達部品のがたつきや空転を防止するため、必ずねじで平行キー
を出力軸に固定してください。（2GN タイプはフライスカット加工です。）
重要 ハンマーなどで強い力をギヤヘッド出力軸に加えないでくださ
い。出力軸、軸受けが破損する原因になります。
 ギヤヘッドの取り外し・取り付け
ギヤヘッドを取り外し、シールコネクタの位置を 90°単位で変えられます。
ギヤヘッドを交換するときも同じ手順です。
1. モーターとギヤヘッドを組み付けてい
る六角穴付ボルト（2本）を外し、ギヤ
ヘッドをモーターから取り外します。

2. ギヤヘッドとモーターのインローをガイドにして、ギヤヘッドをモーターに
取り付けます。
このとき、シールコネクタの位置を 90°単位で変えられます。
モーター出力軸の歯切り部分がギヤヘッドの側板やギヤに当たらないよ
う、ギヤヘッドをゆっくり左右に回しながら取り付けてください。
フランジ面の Oリングは脱落しないような構造になっていますが、万一外
れた際は、フランジ溝部にしっかりと装着してください。
また、モーターのフランジ面とギヤヘッドのインロー端面に、すき間がな
いことを確認してください。

モーターとギヤヘッドを組み付けた後は、「コンビタイプ」のように取付ね
じを使って設置してください。
重要 • モーターとギヤヘッドを無理に組み付けないでください。また、
ギヤヘッド内部に金属片などの異物を入れないでください。
モーター出力軸の歯切りやギヤに傷が付き、異常音や寿命
低下などの原因になります。
• モーターとギヤヘッドのインローにゴミなどを付着させないでく
ださい。ギヤヘッド内部からグリースが漏れる原因になりま
す。
• モーターとギヤヘッドを組み付けている六角穴付ボルトは、
モーターとギヤヘッドを仮に固定するためのものです。設置に
は必ず付属の取付ねじ 4本を使用してください。
 歯切りシャフトタイプ
歯切りシャフトタイプのモーターは、ギヤヘッドを取り付けて使用してくださ
い（上図）。
 コンデンサの取り付け（単相モーターのみ）
付属コンデンサの容量が、モーター銘板に記載
されている容量と合っているか確認してくださ
い。
M4 のねじ（付属していません）を使用して、確実
に取り付けてください。

重要 • コンデンサ取付用のねじの締付トルクは、取付足の破損を防
止するため 1 N·m 以下にしてください。
• コンデンサは、モーターから 10 cm 以上離して取り付けてくだ
さい。モーターの熱で、コンデンサの寿命が短くなります。

接続および運転
モーターと電源接続部、コンデンサ接続部など、すべての接続部は、絶縁
処理をしてください。
モーターは保護接地端子を使って接地してください。
回転方向は、モーター出力軸側から見た場合です。時計方向を CW、反時
計方向を CCW としています。
重要 • モーターの絶縁階級は、B種絶縁です。モーターを運転すると
きはモーターケース温度を 90 °C 以下に抑えてください。
90 °C を超えて運転されると、モーターの巻線、ボールベアリ
ングの寿命が短くなります。モーターケースの温度は、温度
計、サーモテープ、または熱電対で測定・確認してください。
• 単相インダクションモーターの回転方向は、モーターが完全に
停止してから切り替えてください。運転中に回転方向を切り替
えると、回転方向が切り替わらなかったり、切り替わるまでに
時間がかかることがあります。
• 単相モーターは付属のコンデンサを使用し、モーターが起動
した後もコンデンサは常時接続しておいてください。
 ギヤヘッド出力軸の回転方向
ギヤヘッドの減速比によっては、ギヤヘッド出力軸の回転方向はモーター
軸の回転方向と逆になります。使用するギヤヘッド出力軸の回転方向を確
認し、モーターの回転方向を決めて接続してください。

• 端子箱内の保護接地端子 を使って接地してください。
• ケーブルは、次の仕様のものをお使いください。
適用ケーブル径 8～12 mm
適用リード線 AWG18（0.75 mm2）以上
• 端子カバーと端子箱との間に異物を挟み込まないように組み付けてくだ
さい。
• 端子カバー合わせ面の Oリングは、脱落しないような構造になっていま
すが、万一外れた際には、端子カバー溝部にしっかりと装着してくださ
い。
• 端子カバー、シールコネクタなどのねじ締付トルクは下表を参考にしてく
ださい。また、締付ナットを緩めて再度締め付ける際に、ニップルが緩む
場合があります。下の表を参考に、増し締めしてください。

重要 • 端子箱のシール性を保つため、適用ケーブル径を守ってくだ

• モーター外部に露出したケーブルは、ストレスが加わらないよ
うに固定してください。

• コンデンサの接続（単相モーターのみ）
コンデンサには 4つの端子があ
り、図のように端子 Aと端子 B、
端子 Cと端子 Dが内部で接続
されています。電気的には 2端
子になります。

圧着端子を使用する場合は、アンプ・ファストン・ターミナル 187 シリーズ
（Tyco Electronics AMP）を使用してください。
コンデンサ端子部の絶縁処理用には、付属のコンデンサキャップを使用し
てください。
重要 1個の端子に 1本のリード線を接続してください。
 三相モーター
図のように接続してください。
接続図どおりに接続すると、モーター出力軸から見て時計方向（CW）に回
転します。U、V、Wのうちのいずれか 2線を入れ替えると、反時計方向
（CCW）に回転します。

時間定格
連続運転が可能です（連続定格）。
拘束時の焼損保護
モーターは、出力軸が拘束されたときの焼損保護機能を備えています。保
護方式は次のとおりです。
 インピーダンスプロテクト方式
銘板に「ZP」と記載されています。このモーターは、巻線インピーダンスを大
きくしています。モーターが拘束されても電流（入力）の増加が抑えられ、内
部温度が一定の値以上にならないように設計されています。
 サーマルプロテクタ方式
銘板に「TP」と記載されています。このモーターは、自動復帰型のサーマル
プロテクタをモーター巻線部に内蔵しています。
モーター内部の温度が規定値以上になると、サーマルプロテクタがはたら
いてモーターは停止します。
点検作業は必ず電源を切ってから行なってください。

故障の診断と処置
モーターの運転操作が正常に行なえないときには、この項をご覧になって、
適切な処置を行なってください。それでも正常に運転できないときは、最寄
りのお客様ご相談センターにお問い合わせください。

モーターが回転し
たり、しなかったり
する。
• 電源とモーターを正しく接続してください。
• 単相モーターの場合は、付属のコンデンサを正しく
接続してください。
• 端子台や圧着端子を使用している場合、接続不良
になっていないか確認してください。
指定した方向と逆
に回転する。
• 「接続図」を見て、正しく接続してください。
• 単相モーターの場合は、付属のコンデンサを正しく
接続してください。
• ギヤヘッドの減速比によっては、モーター出力軸と
ギヤヘッド出力軸の回転方向が逆になります。
4ページ「ギヤヘッド出力軸の回転方向」を参照し
てください。
• 回転方向は、モーター出力軸側から見たときのもの
です。見る方向を確認してください。
モーターが異常に
熱くなる。

接続してください。
• 換気条件を見直してください。

けてください。

This Operating Manual describes product handling procedures and
safety precautions.
• Please read it thoroughly to ensure safe operation.

Introduction

Before using the motor
Only qualified personnel should work with the product.
Use the product correctly after thoroughly reading the section “Safety
precautions”.
Should you require the inspection or repair of internal parts, contact the
Oriental Motor office where you purchased the product.
The product described in this manual has been designed and manufactured
for use in general industrial machinery, and must not be used for any other
purpose. Oriental Motor Co., Ltd. is not responsible for any damage caused
through failure to observe this warning.


Motors are recognized by UL and certified by CQC. Recognized name and
certified name are motor model name.
Voluntary display of the CE mark conforming to the Low Voltage Directives.

The overload operation test, and temperature rise test in locked condition, as
required by the aforementioned standards are conducted with a gearhead
assembled in the case of combination types and pinion shaft types, and with a
heat sink assembled in the case of round shaft types. The dimensions and

Warning
• Do not use the product in explosive or corrosive environments, in the
presence of flammable gases, locations subjected to splashing water, or
near combustibles. Doing so may result in fire, electric shock or injury.
• Assign qualified personnel the task of installing, wiring,
operating/controlling, inspecting and troubleshooting the product. Failure to

• Do not transport, install the product, perform connections or inspections
when the power is on. Always turn the power off before carrying out these

• Turn off the power in the event the overheat protection device (thermal
protector) is triggered. Failure to do so may result in injury or damage to
equipment, since the motor will start abruptly when the overheat protection
device (thermal protector) is automatically reset.
• To prevent the risk of electric shock, use the motor for class I equipment
only.

• Keep the input-power voltage within the specification to avoid fire and

• Connect the cables securely according to the wiring diagram in order to

• Do not forcibly bend, pull or pinch the lead wires. Doing so may result in
fire and electric shock.
• Be sure to insulate the connection terminal of the capacitor. Failure to do
so may result in electric shock.
• Turn off the power in the event of a power failure, or the motor will
suddenly start when the power is restored and may cause injury or damage
to equipment.
• Do not touch the connection terminal of the capacitor immediately after
the power is turned off (for a period of 30 seconds). The residual voltage
may cause electric shock.
• Do not disassemble or modify the motor. This may cause electric shock or
injury.
Caution
• Do not use the motor beyond its specifications, or electric shock, injury or
damage to equipment may result.
• Do not touch the motor during operation or immediately after stopping.
The surface is hot and may cause a burn.
• Do not hold the motor output shaft. This may cause injury.
• Keep the area around the motor free of combustible materials in order to
prevent fire or a burn.
• To prevent the risk of damage to equipment, leave nothing around the
motor that would obstruct ventilation.

• To prevent bodily injury, do not touch the rotating parts (output shaft) of
the motor during operation.
• When an abnormality is noted, turn off the power immediately, or fire,
electric shock or injury may occur.
• The motor’s surface temperature may exceed 70 °C,
even under normal operating conditions. If a motor is
accessible during operation, post the warning label
shown in the figure in a conspicuous position to prevent
the risk of burns.

as possible and dispose of individual parts/components as industrial waste.

Installation

Location for installation
Install it in a well-ventilated location that provides easy access for inspection.
The location must also satisfy the following conditions:
• Inside an enclosure that is installed indoors (provide vent holes)
• Operating ambient temperature
−10 to +40 °C (+14 to +104 °F) (non-freezing)
−10 to +50 °C (+14 to +122 °F) for 100 V/200 V
• Operating ambient humidity 85% or less (non-condensing)
• Area that is free from an explosive atmosphere or toxic gas (such as
sulfuric gas) or liquid
• Area not exposed to direct sun
• Area free of excessive amount dust, iron particles or the like
• Area not subject to splashing water (storms, water droplets), oil (oil
droplets) or other liquids
• Area free of excessive salt
• Area not subject to continuous vibration or excessive shocks
• Area free of excessive electromagnetic noise (from welders, power
machinery, etc.)
• Area free of radioactive materials, magnetic fields or vacuum
• 1000 m or less above sea level
Note On rare occasions, a small amount of grease may ooze out
from the gearhead. If there is concern over possible
environmental damage resulting from the leakage of
grease, check for grease stains during regular inspections.
Alternatively, install an oil pan or other device to prevent
leakage from causing further damage. Oil leakage may
lead to problems in the customer’s equipment or products.

How to install the motor
• Round shaft type
Drill holes on the mounting plate and fix the motor on the plate using screws,
nuts, and washers (not supplied). Be careful there is no gap between the
motor installation surface and the bracket.

Note Do not insert the motor into the mounting hole at an angle
or force it in, as this may scratch the flange pilot section
and damage the motor.
• Combination type
Drill holes on the mounting plate and fix the motor and gearhead on the plate
using supplied screws. Pay attention not to create a gap between the
motor/gearhead assembly and the installation surface.

the parallel key to the output shaft with a screw to prevent the parts from
rattling or spinning. (The 2GN type has a surface cut by milling.)
Note Do not use excessive force, or hammer the transmission
parts onto the gearmotor shaft as damage may occur.

Installing/removing the gearhead
The gearhead can be removed and the seal connector position changed to a
desired 90° direction. The same procedure is followed when replacing the
gearhead.
1. Remove the hexagonal socket head
screws (2 pcs.) assembling the motor
and gearhead, and detach the motor
from the gearhead.

2. Using the pilot sections of the motor and gearhead as guides, install the
gearhead to the motor.
At this time, the seal connector position can be changed to a desired 90°
direction.
When installing the gearhead, slowly rotate it clockwise/counterclockwise
to prevent the pinion of the motor output shaft from contacting the side
panel or gear of the gearhead. This flange surface is constructured to hold
a O-ring. If this O-ring comes out of the flange groove, plsease reseal it
correctly on the flange groove.
Also confirm that no gaps remain between the motor flange surface and
the end face of the gearhead’s pilot section.

After the motor and gearhead have been assembled, install the
motor/gearhead assembly using mounting screws by referring to the
explanation under “Combination type.”
Note • Do not forcibly assemble the motor and gearhead. Also,
do not let metal objects or other foreign matters enter the
gearhead. The pinion or gear of the motor output shaft
may be damaged, resulting in noise or shorter service
life.
• Do not allow dust to attach to the pilot sections of the
motor and gearhead. Grease may leak from inside the
gearhead.
• The hexagonal socket head screws used to assemble
the motor and gearhead together only tentatively secure
the two components. Always use the four supplied
mounting screws when installing the motor/gearhead
assembly.

Pinion shaft type
Pinion-shaft motors are used with a gearhead assembled (see the figure
above).

Mounting the capacitor (only for single-phase motors)
Before mounting the provided capacitor, check
that the capacitor’s capacitance matches that
stated on the motor’s name plate. Mount the
capacitor securely by using M4 screws (not
provided).

Note • Do not let the screw fastening torque exceed 1 N·m
(8.8 lb-in) to prevent damage to the mounting foot.
• Mount capacitor at least 10 cm (3.94 in.) away from the
motor. If it is located closer, the life of the capacitor will
be shortened.

Connection and operation
Insulate all the wire connections, such as the connection between the motor
and the capacitor connection.
Ground the motor using a Protective Earth Terminal.
The rotation direction is as viewed from the side of the motor’s output shaft.
The motor rotates in a clockwise (CW) and counterclockwise (CCW) direction.
Note • Insulation class of this motor is B. Make sure that the
motor case temperature does not exceed 90 °C (194 °F)
during operation of the motor. Operation exceeding case
temperature 90 °C (194 °F) may significantly deteriorate
the coils and ball bearings of the motor and shorten the
motor’s life span. Motor case temperature can be
measured by fixing a thermometer on the motor surface.
It can also be measured using thermo tape or a
thermocouple.
• To change rotation direction of the single-phase
induction motor, wait until the motor completely stops.
Otherwise its direction may not change or may take
much time to change.
• Single-phase motors use a capacitor and keep it
connected even after rotation of the motor has started.

Rotating direction of the gearhead output shaft
The rotating direction of the gearhead output shaft may be opposite that of
the motor shaft, depending on the gear ratio. Before performing wiring, be
sure to check the rotating direction of the gearhead output shaft to be used
and determine the desired direction of motor rotation.

• To ensure safety, ground the motor using the inside the terminal box.
• Use a cable of the following specifications:
Applicable cable diameter: 8 to 12 mm (0.31 to 0.47 in.)
Applicable lead wire: AWG18 (0.75 mm2) or more
• When sealing the terminal cover, ensure that no scraps or particles get
caught between the contact surfaces.
• This terminal cover is constructed to hold a O-ring. If this gasket comes
out of the cover, please reseal it correctly on the cover.
• Refer to the tightening torque table to determine the appropriate tightening
torque to use when fastening the terminal cover and cable gland.
Loosening and then tightening the nut again may cause the nipple to
become loose. In this case, securely tighten the nipple again to the
applicable torque specified in the table below.

• Capacitor connection (only for single-phase motors)
The capacitor internal wiring as follows:
Capacitor terminals are internally electrically connection in twos; A-B and
C-D for easy connection.
For easy to install terminals use

Three-phase motors
Connect the motor according to the figure.
When connected according to the connection diagram, the motor will operate
in the clockwise direction (CW) as viewed from the motor’s output shaft. To
change the direction of rotation, change any two connections between U, V
and W.

Induction motors have a continuous rating.
Locked rotor burnout protection
This motor is equipped with the feature listed below to prevent the motor
from burning out as a result of abnormal heating which may be caused by
misapplication.

Impedance protection
“ZP” is stamped on the motor nameplate. The motor has higher coil
impedance. When the motor goes into locked rotor condition due to a
malfunction, coil impedance rises, suppressing input power to the motor and
protecting the motor coil from burnout.

Thermal protection
“TP” is stamped on the motor nameplate. The motor has an “auto reset” type
thermal protector built into its motor coil. When the motor reaches a
predetermined temperature, the internal thermal protector is activated and the
motor is stopped.
Always turn the power off before performing inspections.

Troubleshooting
When the motor cannot be operated correctly, refer to the contents provided
in this section and take appropriate action. If the problem persists, contact
your nearest office.

电动机按下述规格进行设计、检验，并已取得各认证机构
的认证和中国强制产品认证制度（CCC 制度）的认证。认
定品名为电动机品名。
电动机符合低电压指令。

上述规格所要求的超载运转试验及堵转时的温度上升试验
是在下述状态实施的。组合型与齿轮轴型是在付减速机状
态下、圆轴型是在配装散热板状态下进行的。散热板的尺
寸、材料如下表。

• 安装电动机时，请采取措施使手无法触及电动机，或加以

• 电源输入电压请务必控制在额定范围内，否则有可能引起
火灾或触电。
• 请按照连接图确实地进行连接，否则有可能引起火灾或触
电。
• 请勿强行弯曲、拉扯或夹住导线，否则有可能引起火灾或
触电。
• 附属的电容器的连接端子请进行绝缘处理，否则有可能引
起触电。
• 停电时，请切断电源，否则恢复供电后电动机会突然起动，
有可能致伤或造成装置破损。
• 在切断电源后短时间内（30 秒钟之内）请勿触摸电容器
的接线端子，否则有可能因残留电压而引起触电。
• 请勿对电动机进行拆解或改造，否则有可能引起触电或致
伤。

警告標誌
• 使用电动机时，请勿超过其规格值，否则有可能引起触电、
致伤或造成装置破损。
• 运转中或停止后短时间内，请勿碰触电动机，否则有可能
因电动机表面的高温而引起烫伤。
• 搬运时请勿利用电动机输出轴，否则有可能致伤。
• 电动机周围请勿堆放可燃物，否则有可能引起火灾或致伤。
• 电动机周围请勿堆放妨碍通风的障碍物 ，否则有可能造成
装置破损。
• 运转中请勿碰触旋转部（输出轴），否则有可能致伤。
• 出现异常时，请立即切断电源 ，否则有可能引起火灾、触
电或致伤。
• 电动机即使处于正常的运转状态，有时其表
面温度也会超过 70 °C。人有可能接近运转
中的电动机时，请在显着位置张贴如下图所
示的警告标志，否则有可能引起烫伤。
• 电动机报废时，请尽可能将其拆解，作为工业废弃物实施
处理。

安装
 安装场所
请将电动机安装在通风良好、检查方便的下述场所。
• 安装在室内的机框内（请开设换气孔）
• 使用环境温度 –10～+40 °C（无冻结）
100 V/200 V 运转时为 –10～+50 °C
• 使用环境湿度 85%以下（无结露）
• 没有爆炸性环境、有害气体（硫化气体等）及液体
• 无直射阳光照射
• 尘埃、铁粉等较少
• 不会沾染水（雨或水滴）、油（油滴）及其它液体
• 盐分较少
• 没有连续性振动或过度的撞击
• 电磁干扰少（如电焊机、动力机器等）
• 无放射性物质、磁场，且非真空的环境
• 海拔 1000 m 以下
重要
减速机中会有少量的润滑油渗透出来。由于漏油造成周
围环境污染的场合，请定期检查润滑油的渗透情况。另
外，请安装接油等的防止损害的装置。由于漏油，有可
能会使顾客的装置、产品等发生问题。

 电动机的安装
●圆轴型
在安装板上开孔后用螺丝、螺母及垫圈将电动机固定在安
装板上（不附带螺丝）。请注意电动机安装面与安装板之间
不要留有缝隙。

重要
请勿将电动机斜插入安装孔或强行安装，否则有损伤凹
凸缘槽及损坏电动机之虞。
●组合型
在安装板上开孔后，用附属的 4支螺丝将电动机和减速机
固定在安装板上。此时，和安装的安装面之间不要留有空
隙。
 负载的安装
减速机的出力轴外径公差
为h7，且为安装传动部件已
经过键槽加工。安装传动部
件时，出力轴与传动部件间
应采用间隙配合。另外，为
防止传动部件松动、空转，
请务必用螺丝将平行键固
定在出力轴上。（2GN 型为
铣面工。）
重要
请勿使用锤子等对减速机出力轴施加强力，否则有可能
造成出力轴、轴承的破损。
 减速机的拆除·安装
卸下减速机，可以油封接口将端子箱的位置改变 90°单位。
交换减速机时为同样顺序。
1.将固定电动机和减速机的六角孔
螺栓（2支）拧下，即可将电动机
从减速机上拆下来。
2.沿着电动机和减速机的凹凸缘槽，将减速机安装在电动
机上。
此时，可以将油封接口的位置改变 90°单位。
请边将减速机慢慢地左右旋转边安装，以避免电动机输
出轴的齿轮部分碰触到减速机的侧板和齿轮。
凸缘面的 O型密封圈为不脱落结构，但万一脱落时，请
牢固地装着在凸缘槽处。
另外，请确认电动机的凸缘面和减速机的凹凸缘槽端面
是否有空隙。
组装完电动机和减速机后，和「

组合型」一样，请使用
安装螺丝进行安装。
重要
• 请不要过分用力安装电动机和减速机。另外，不要将金
属片等异物放入减速机内部。否则，会成为电动机输出
轴的切齿和齿轮受伤、以及产生异常音和降低寿命的原
因。
• 请注意不要将尘土等粘到电动机和减速机的凹凸缘槽
内。否则，有可能会成为减速机漏油的原因。
• 组装电动机和减速机的内六角螺栓是用来暂时固定电
动机和减速机的。安装时请务必使用附属的 4支安装螺
丝。
 齿轮轴型
齿轮轴型的电动机安装减速机后使用（上图）。
 电容器的安装（仅单相电动机）
请确认电容器的容量与电动机铭板
上所标注的容量是否一致。
请使用 M4 的螺丝（未附属）确实安
装牢固。
重要
• 电容器的螺丝的紧固转矩请控制在 1 N·m 以下，以免损
伤安装脚。
• 安装电容器时，请与电动机保持 10 cm 以上的距离，否
则有可能由于电动机产生的热量而缩短电容器的寿命。

连接及运转
电动机与电源连接部、电容器端子连接部等所有连接部分
须作绝缘处理。
电动机请使用接地端子进行接地。
运转方向为从电动机输出轴上目测到的方向。顺时针方向
为CW，逆时针方向为 CCW。
重要
• 电动机为 B种绝缘电动机。请将电动机外壳的温度控制
在90 °C 以下使用本电动机。若电动机在超过 90 °C 的
状态下运转，会缩短线圈、滚珠轴承的寿命。请用温度
计、测温带或热电偶来测量·确认电动机外壳的温度。
• 要切换单相感应电动机的运转方向时，请在电动机完全
停止后再进行切换。若在运转中进行切换，有可能无法
切换运转方向，或切换时间很长。
• 单相电动机请务必使用附属的电容器，即使在电动机起
动后也应保持始终与电容器相连。
 减速机出力轴的运转方向
由于减速机减速比的不同，减速机出力轴的运转方向有可
能与电动机轴的运转方向相反。请先确认所使用的减速机
出力轴的运转方向，再确定电动机的运转方向，然后连接。

 端子箱连接须知
连接电缆线（未附属）时，请使用如下压接端子。

• 请使用端子箱内的接地端子 来接地。
• 电缆线请使用下列使用范围内的规格品。

• 安装时请注意勿使外壳与端子箱之间有异物夹入。
• 外壳接合面的 O型密封圈构造上不易脱落，万一脱落时请
将其套紧在外壳槽上。
• 外壳、油封接口等的螺丝安装力矩请参考下表。
还有，松开紧固螺母再次勒紧的时候，有时管接头会变得
松弛。此时请参考下表加固勒紧。

重要
• 为确保端子箱的密封性，请遵守规定，使用直径在指定
范围之内的电缆线。
• 为了不施加应力，请固定住露在电动机外面的电缆线。

根据运转方向的不同连接方法有所不同。

●电容器的接线（仅单相电动机）
电容器有 4个端子，如
图所示，端子 A和端子
B、端子 C和端子 D是
在内部连接的，因此在
电气上变成了 2个端子。
使用压接端子时，请使
用Tyco Electronics AMP
的AMP FASTON Terminal 187 系列。
进行电容器端子连接部的绝缘处理时，请使用附属的电容
器套。
重要
请在 1个端子上连接 1支导线。
 三相电动机
请按图所示进行连接。
只要按照连接图进行连接，从电动机输出轴上看为顺时针
方向（CW）运转。只需交换 U、V、W中的任何 2条线的
接线，电动机便会按逆时针方向（CCW）运转。
运转额定时间
可以连续运转（连续额定值）。
热保护功能
电动机具有防止因输出轴被堵转而导致烧损的保护功能。
保护方式有以下如下。
 阻抗保护器方式
铭牌上记载为「ZP」。此种电动机加大了线圈的阻抗。按照
设计，即使电动机处于堵转状态，也会抑制电流（输入）
的增加，使内部温度不会上升到一定值以上。
 热保护方式
电动机铭牌上记载为「TP」。本电动机的线圈部内置了自动
复位型热保护器。
当电动机的内部温度达到规定值以上时，热保护器将起作
用，电动机将停止。
检点作业等须在切断电源后实行。

故障的诊断和处理
电动机的运转操作无法正常进行时，请参阅本项内容，进
行适当处理。处理后仍无法进行正常运转时，请向欧立恩
拓电机商贸（上海）有限公司咨询。

向与指定方向相
反的方向运转。
• 请参照「连接图」正确进行连接。
• 如果是单相电动机 ，请正确连接附属的
电容器。
• 根据减速机减速比的不同 ，有可能出现
电动机输出轴与减速机输出轴的运转方
向相反的情况 。请参照 4页「减速机出
力轴的运转方向」。
• 运转方向是指从电动机输出轴侧观测的
方向。请确认观测方向是否正确。
电动机异常发热。
（电动机外壳温
度超过 90 °C。）
• 请确认电源电压。
• 如果是单相电动机 ，请正确连接附属的
电容器。
• 请改善换气条件。
电动机发出异音。 • 交换减速机时，请参照减速机的使用说明
书，正确组装电动机和减速机。
• 请将齿轮型号相同的电动机和减速机进
行组装。
• 本使用说明书的一部分或全部内容禁止擅自转载、拷
贝。
• 使用说明书中所记载的情报、电路、机器及装置，若在使
用方面出现与之相关的工业产权上的问题，本公司不承担
