SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Please keep this instruction sheet safely for future reference.
2. Please do not modify the product or the assembly details in any way. Modifications will
affect the structural integrity and replacement parts will be at the buyer’s expense.
Inappropriate use or faulty application of the product are explicitly forbidden and absolve
the manufacturer of all liability. This product needs to be mounted by an adult before use.
3. The included strap must be fitted on the seat and should always be fastened during use.
4. The use of the item is allowed only under continuous supervision by an adult. The
product as shown in Fig. 1 is only suitable for children from 9 months to 36 months of
age, because the child needs to be able to sit upright unaided and the dimensions and
construction of the product are not suitable for children older than 36 months of age. The
product as shown in Fig. 2 & 3 is unsuitable for children younger than 36 months of age,
due to a lack of extra safety precautions and taking into account the limited mental
capacities of toddlers.
5. This product meets all security aspects of the European standard EN71-1, EN71-2,
EN71-3 and EN 71-8. It is only suitable for family domestic use, both indoors and
outdoors.
6. When installing the product, ensure that the play system or other construction can
support the weight (minimum 200 kg) and that there is no risk of entrapment.
7. The product should be at a distance of at least 2 m from all other installations e.g.
fences, branches, clothes-line, …
8. In this safety area no hard, angular or pointed objects should be present. The surface
underneath the product should be flat and shock absorbing. The product must not be
placed on asphalt, concrete or any other hard surface. We advise the removal and
storage of all accessories during the winter because the characteristics of the soil (when
frozen) are not suitable for safe play.
9. The distance between the suspension points along the crossbeam equals or is more than
the distance between the junction points of the product, plus 4% of the distance between
the ground and beam. See FIG I.
10. This product can only be used in combination with a swing hook with a nylon bearing. It
is explicitly forbidden to use the metal rings on a suspension system without a hinged
element.
11. The minimum distance from the bottom of the swing seat to the ground surface shall not
be less than 35 cm and not more than 40 cm. The minimum lateral free space should be
45 cm.
12. Please ensure that the crossbeam is never higher than 2.5 m. Please make sure that
children do not climb the product to reach the top beam.
13. All pieces should be checked regularly. For replacement material and expansion of the
playground equipment, please contact the supplier. Consequently safety will be
guaranteed.

(ensure that the product hangs horizontal after adjustment of the ropes)
INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE
The frequency of inspection and maintenance will vary with the type of equipment or
materials used or other factors (e.g. heavy use, levels of vandalism, coastal location, air
pollution, age of equipment, ...).
Special attention should be given to the swing hooks, rings, eights, plastic welds and ropes.
Moving metal parts must be oiled regularly.

Routine visual inspection (weekly to monthly)
- Always check that the bolts and nuts are securely fastened.
- Check the shock absorbing surface for objects that don’t belong there.
- Check for missing parts.
- Check the equipment ground clearances.
Operational inspection (1 to 3 months)
- Check the stability of the construction.
- Check every part for excessive wear and replace when necessary.
Annual inspection (1 to 2 times per year)
- Check for rust and corrosion.

The product as shown in Fig. 1 is only suitable for children from 9 months to 36 months of
age, because the child needs to be able to sit upright unaided and the dimensions and
construction of the product are not suitable for children older than 36 months of age.

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ

2. Veuillez ne pas modifier le produit ou les détails de l'assemblage de quelque manière
que ce soit. Les modifications affecteront l'intégrité structurelle et les pièces de
rechange seront à la charge de l'acheteur. Une utilisation inappropriée ou une
application défectueuse du produit sont explicitement interdites et dégagent le fabricant
de toute responsabilité. Ce produit doit être monté par un adulte avant utilisation.
3. La sangle incluse doit être montée sur le siège et doit toujours être fixée pendant
l'utilisation.
4. L'utilisation de l'article n'est autorisée que sous la surveillance continue d'un adulte. Le
produit comme indiqué à la Fig. 1 ne convient qu'aux enfants de 9 mois à 36 mois, car
l'enfant doit pouvoir s'asseoir debout sans aide et les dimensions et la construction du
produit ne conviennent pas aux enfants de plus de 36 mois. Le produit illustré aux Fig. 2
et 3 ne convient pas aux enfants de moins de 36 mois, en raison de l'absence de
précautions de sécurité supplémentaires et de la prise en compte des capacités
mentales limitées des tout-petits.
5. Ce produit répond à tous les aspects de sécurité de la norme européenne EN71-1,
EN71-2, EN71-3 et EN71-8. Il ne convient que pour un usage domestique, tant à
l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur.
6. Lors de l'installation du produit, assurez-vous que le système de jeu ou toute autre
construction peut supporter le poids (minimum 200 kg) et qu'il n'y a aucun risque de
coincement.

et de ranger tous les accessoires pendant l'hiver car les caractéristiques du sol (lorsqu'il
est gelé) ne sont pas adaptées à un jeu sûr.
9. La distance entre les points de suspension le long de la traverse est égale ou supérieure
à la distance entre les points de jonction du produit, plus 4 % de la distance entre le sol et
la poutre. Voir FIG. I.
10. Ce produit ne peut être utilisé qu'en combinaison avec un crochet pivotant avec un
roulement en nylon. Il est explicitement interdit d'utiliser les anneaux métalliques sur un
système de suspension sans élément articulé.
11. La distance minimale entre le bas du siège de la balançoire et la surface du sol ne doit
pas être inférieure à 35 cm ni supérieure à 40 cm. L'espace libre latéral minimum doit
être de 45 cm.
12. Veuillez à ce que la traverse ne dépasse jamais 2,5 m de haut. Veuillez à ce que les
enfants ne grimpent pas sur le produit pour atteindre la poutre supérieure.
13. Toutes les pièces doivent être vérifiées régulièrement. Pour le remplacement du
matériel et l'agrandissement de l'équipement du terrain de jeu, veuillez contacter le
fournisseur. Par conséquent, la sécurité sera garantie.
