The operating instructions include indications for safety-relevant and proper installation, operation and main-
tenance of the machine accessories. The continuous observance of all notes included in this manual guaran-
tee the safety of persons and of the machine.
The manual determines the intended use of the machine accessory and includes all necessary information
for its economic operation as well as its long service life.
The illustration and information included in the present manual can possibly deviate from the current state of
construction. Being the manufacturer we are continuously seeking for improvements and renewal of the

1 Intended use
The material stand serves as a manual help to feed or as a support for long parts on metal belt
saws or other machines.
1.1 Safety instructions
WARNING!
Before using the material stand, make sure
that no persons are endangered,
that no material is being damaged.
Avoid any unsafe working practices:
Always make sure that the maximum load of the material stand is not exceeded.
Make sure that no one is endangered by your work.
Imperatively follow the instructions of this operating manual for the operation and mainte-
nance work.
Observe the accident prevention regulations issued by your Employers Liability Insurance
Association or other competent supervisory authority, responsible for your company.
Always make sure that no persons are endanged if the workpiece gets off-center or if it is
falling down.
Repairs on the material stand must only be performed by specialist staff.
Wear safety shoes.

2.1 Height-adjustable material stand
To be able to adjustthe height of the material stand, proceed as following.
Loosen the cap screws with a adequate key.
Adjust the stand foot to the required height .
Re-fasten the cap screws with a appropriate key.
ATTENTION!
Make sure that the stand feets
with the cap screws of the
height-adjustablematerial stand are
firmly bolted before using the
material stand. Otherwise, when
loaded by the material, the position
of the feets is no longer guaranteed.

common carrier. If product was damaged in transit to you, file claim with carrier.
