and able to predict contaminant for the following day

room circulates freely.
¡Position the air purifier at least 1 meter away from
appliances such as TVs and radios.
¡Do not run the air purifier from the same wall socket as a
TV or radio.

¡If the air purifier is used in the same place for a long period,
the wall surfaces around the air purifier may become dirty.

indicators will ignite) for about 5 seconds.
¡While the operation indicators are lit (for 2
minutes after the power is turned on), the
sensors are preparing for normal operation
and will not carry out detection during this
time.

¡The indicator will light even when
AIC automatic operation is stopped.
¡After AIC automatic operation idles unit for 50
minutes, 10 minutes patrolling procedure will
start to circulate the room air at a fan speed of
low to medium.
¡When pollutant is detected, operation will start at
the fan speed that corresponds to the level of
pollution detected.
¡When the air becomes clean, operation will stop
automatically. Once automatic operation has
stopped for another 50 minutes, patrol operation
will restart.
¡This function memorizes the degree of air
pollution of a room in every 20 minutes at all
operating modes except “Stop” mode. The unit
will operate based on previous day’s memory and
will start 5 minutes before the expected pollution
occurs.
¡If the room air appears to be more dirty than
predicted, the fan speed will be adjusted
according to the level of pollution detected at that
time. When the air becomes clean, operation will
stop automatically.
¡ When the power plug is disconnected, all memory
will be erased.
¡Memory will be updated daily with the newest
pollution level detected.

¡AIC automatic operation combines with both AIC learning
and AIC patrolling function to predict when the air in the
room will become dirty so that the air purifier operates in
advance to actual pollution takes place.
AIC learning function and AIC patrolling function cannot
operate independently.
¡If the room air is particularly dirty while AIC automatic
operation is in progress, the fan speed will be adjusted
according to the level of pollutant detected at the time.

¡Do not allow any water to get onto the air purifier.
¡To clean the unit with detergent, it is recommended to use
neutral household detergent.
¡Do not use any of the substances shown at right hand side for
cleaning the unit. (They may cause warping or discoloration.)
¡If using a chemically-treated cloth, follow the instructions
provided with the cloth.

/Replace the composite air filter with a new filter and then

If the problem still persists . . .
Disconnect the power plug and contact with authorized dealer, or where you purchased for repair.
¡Is AIC automatic operation in progress (is the AIC indicator
flickering)?
/The AIC patrolling function is executing to circulate room
air for detection.
/Meanwhile, AIC learning function will memorize the air
quality for next day’s operation.

¡The room may be too large for the capacity of the air
purifier.
¡Is the sensor sensitivity set to “Low”?
/Set the sensitivity to “High”.
¡The micro dust sensor may be contaminated with cigarette
tar.
/Clean the micro dust sensor.
¡The air purifier may have set up in a place where suction of
air cannot be carried out properly.
/Change the set up location, or change the operating mode
to “Super”.
