使用时
使用时

请勿用于按摩肩颈、腰以外的目的。
（否则可能导致事故或受伤。）
●
请勿长时间使用“温热”功能。15分钟按摩后，请勿连续使用。
（否则可能导致伤害、低温烫伤。）
* 皮肤同一区域长时间接触相对较低温度（40 °C至60 °C），可导致烫伤，即
使您未感到热或疼痛。
老年人、皮肤娇嫩或皮肤感觉不敏感的人刚使用本机时可能出现皮肤泛
红。若1小时后泛红仍未褪去，请咨询医生。

每次按摩请控制在15分钟以内。
●
请一天使用不超过两次，大约按摩30分钟。
（否则可能出现相反效果、伤害。）
●
在使用本机前，一定要检查本机面料是否破损。
（无论发现多么细小的破损，都请立即停止使用，拔出电源适配器，并将本机

2将按摩球面放在想要按摩的部位。
●使用前确认按摩球位置，将上方按摩球朝上，对准想要按
摩的部位。
●尽量在靠背不可动的椅子上使用。
●尽量贴近靠背坐，稍微挺起上半身，使身体尽量贴紧机体，
达到提升按摩感的效果。
建议 在肩颈部使用时，推荐将按摩球对准
下图所示的部位使用。

使用温热时
在按摩正在进行的状态下，按下温热开关
按钮，温热功能开始运作，按摩球亮灯。
●再次按下温热开关按钮，按摩球熄灭,温热功能
停止。
●温热感会由于按摩动作、按摩部位、室温、衣服
的不同而产生差异。

●操作开始后约15分钟自动停止。
即使中途改变按摩动作也为操作开始后15
分钟自动停止。
●按下动作开关按钮，向上揉按之后为关闭
电源。

●请勿自行分解或修理本产品。
●切勿使用如稀释剂、汽油、酒精等化学品清洗本机。
●由于布料的颜色会染到合成皮革的表面上，因此在使用牛仔布和
彩色布料擦拭时务必小心。

无法运行 ●电源插头或电源线插头松开脱落。（请参照SC9页）
●动作开关按钮处于“关”的状态。（请参照SC10页）
运行中途突然停止
●电源插头或电源线插头松开脱落。（请参照SC9页）
●设定时间已到（约15分钟）。
●如果在使用本机时对按摩轮用力过大，出于安全考虑，按
摩轮可能会停止运转。
请拔掉电源插头，间隔5分钟以上再次插好电源插头使用。
感觉不到温热
●没有按下温热按钮（请参照SC12页）。
●温热感会由于按摩动作、按摩部位、室温、衣服的不同而
有变化。
●冬天温度较低时，升温较慢，有可能难以感觉温热。
使用中有噪声 按摩球与面料发生摩擦，使其产生噪声。此声音为正常现
象，不会对本机的使用有任何影响。
请务必在切断电源，将适配器从插座上拔下后进行以下操作。

(e.g.: due to thrombosis, severe aneurism, acute varicose veins, any
type of dermatitis and skin infections (including inflammation of the
hypodermis), etc.)
(2) Persons suffering from osteoporosis, spine fracture, sprain or acute
pain such as a pulled or torn muscle
(3) Persons who have a pacemaker, or other personal medical devices
prone to electronic interference
(4) Pregnant women and women who have just given birth
(5) Persons who have abnormalities or curvature of the spine
(6) Persons with symptoms of acute low back pain, herniated disk,
spondylolisthesis, spinal stenosis, degenerative lumbar spondylosis

When in use
When in use
●
Do not use the unit for purposes other than massaging the neck and waist.
(Otherwise it may lead to accident or injury.)
●
Do not use the“温热”(Heat) massage for a long time 15 minutes after
the massage, do not use continuously.
(Otherwise it may lead to injury, or cryogenic burn.)
* Burns may occur at relatively low temperatures (40 °C to 60 °C) when in
contact with the same area of skin for long periods of time, even if you
do not feel heat or pain.
The elderly, persons having a delicate skin or insensitive cutaneous
sensation may have redness on their skin just after use. If the redness
does not disappear after one hour, consult the doctor.
●
Be sure to put each massage control in 15 minutes.
●
Please use the unit no more than twice one day, and massage for about
30 minutes at one time.
(Otherwise it may lead to the opposite effect or injury.)
●
Always check that the fabric of the unit itself has not been ripped before
using the unit.
(No matter how small the rip, if you find one then immediately stop using
the unit, unplug the AC adaptor and have the unit repaired at an authorized
service center.) Using this unit when the fabric is ripped may cause burns
or electric shock.
●
Do not use the unit with your face down. When massaging your neck, do
not put the unit in front of the neck.
(Otherwise it may lead to injuries or accidents.)
●
Do not use the unit when you are covered with a quilt or a blanket. Do
not use the unit in a quilt.
(Otherwise it may lead to accident due to overheating in the body.)
●
Persons with any of the conditions listed below or who are undergoing
medical treatment should consult with their physicians before using the unit.
(1) Persons who have a malignant tumor
(2) Persons suffering from heart disease
(3) Persons who have a loss of heat sensation
(4) Persons who have sensory abnormalities due to a severe peripheral
circulatory disturbance such as diabetes mellitus
(5) Persons who have a wound where the massager operates
(6) Persons whose body temperature is over 38 °C (who have a fever)
(E.g.: When a person has acute inflammation symptoms (fatigued,
chills, blood pressure fluctuations, etc.) or when debilitated)
(7) Persons who require bed rest or who are in poor physical shape
(8) Persons whose muscles have deteriorated due to age or weight loss
(9) Persons suffering from lower back pain caused to bone or internal
organ problems
(10) Persons who suffer bruises or sprains easily
(11) Persons who suffer from severe motion sickness
(12) Persons who have undergone heart or internal surgery in the past
(13) Persons other than those listed above who feel unwell

If you begin to feel unwell during use or if you do not feel effects of the air
massager, stop use immediately and consult a physician.
●
The unit has a heated surface. Persons insensitive to heat must be careful
when using the unit.

• The power plug or appliance plug of the AC adaptor is loose
• The unit sometimes does not operate when the power switch is turned on
• The power supply is interrupted when the power cord is moved
• Burning smells or abnormal sounds occurring during operation
• The unit becomes deformed or unusually hot
→Please do not repair it yourself. Entrust the authorized service center
with inspection and repairs immediately.

Do not stick a pin or needle into the fabric or scar with a knife.

Do not allow pins, garbage or water etc. to enter the AC adaptor’s power plug,
appliance plug or the gap of the insertion opening for appliance supply.

When using the massager, do not unplug the power plug from the socket.
(Otherwise it may lead to electric shock, burning or fire due to a short circuit.)
●
When folding, do not wrap the power cord around the power plug or the
unit body. (Otherwise it may i ncreasing the burden on the power cord may
cause breakage, resulting in electric shock or short circuit.)
●
Do not use at the same time as another medical device.
(Otherwise it may lead to accident or deteriorated health.)
●
Do not use AC adaptors other than those specified (Model No.:EW-3A06) or
use the provided adaptor for other equipment.
(Otherwise it may lead to electric shock, burning or fire due to a short circuit.)

If you have not used the unit for a while, carefully read this operating
instructions again and check that the unit is operating normally before use.

●
Check that there is no foreign ma tt er between the parts of the unit before using.

During cleaning and maintenance, unplug the power plug from the socket.

Periodically remove dust, etc. from the appliance plug and insertion

failure due to humidity, etc., which may cause fire.)

2Put the massage ball on the part where you
want to massage.

Confirm massage ball position before use, face the massage
ball (upper) up, and align it to the parts you want to massage.
●Use the unit on a chair whose backrest is immobile as far as
possible.
●Sit as close as possible to the backrest, and straighten your
upper body slightly to draw your body to the unit as closely as
possible, in order to improve the effect of massage feeling.
Advice
When using the unit on your shoulder and
neck, it is recommended to align the massage
ball to the parts as shown in the below image.

When using the warm function
During the massage, press the warm switch
button, and the warm function will start to
operate. The indicator massage balls will light.
●Press the warm switch button again, and the indicator
massage balls will be off. The warm function stops.
●The warm feeling varies from different massage
actions, massage parts, room temperatures and
clothes.

●Please conduct the following inspections. If you are still unable to resolve the
problem, in order to prevent accidents, please stop using, and entrust Panasonic
authorized service center for repair.
●Do not disassemble or repair the product on your own.
●Do not use chemicals such as thinner, benzine, alcohol, etc. to
clean the unit.
●Be careful when using a denim fabric and a color cloth for wiping,
since the color of the cloth will dye the surface of the synthetic
leather.
Problems Possible causes and treatments
The unit cannot
operate
●Power plug or appliance plug is loosening off. (Please
refer to EN9)
●The switch is “off”. (Please refer to EN10)
The unit stops
suddenly when
running halfway
●Power plug or appliance plug is loosening off. (Please
refer to EN9)
●The time set is due (about 15 minutes).
●If you apply excessive force to the massage wheel when
using the unit, for safety reasons, the massage wheel
may stop functioning.
Unplug the power plug, and re-plug the power plug for
use after an interval of 5 minutes.
Cannot feel warm
●The warm button is not pressed. (Please refer to EN12)
●The warm feeling varies from different massage actions,
massage parts, room temperatures and clothes.
●When the temperature is low in winter, heating will be
slow, and it may be difficult to feel warm.
Noises during use
There is rubbing sound produced by the massage balls
rubbing on the fabric. This sound is perfectly normal and
will not have any effect on the operation of the unit.
Cut off the power and unplug the adaptor from the socket
before conducting the following operations.
