TROUBLESHOOTING

FOOTREST S3 SWING
1) If the mechanism for loosing the fot-
rest has jammed, even though you press
the release button properly, you can fol-
low this instruction.
2) Loosen this screw with allen key 3
mm.
3) Then use the allen key to push out
the locking piston to release the footrest
from the wheelchair.
Troubleshooting for:
Footrest S3 Swing
art.no. 43911XX, 43912XX, 43913XX
Tools needed:
Allen key 3 mm
Allen key 6 mm
Knife
4) Remove the footrest from the wheel-
chair.
.
5) Remount the screw to the footrest. 6) Use a suitable tool, e.g. a long allen
key to push down the release mecha-
nism in the frame to make the ejector to
come out. Pull it out with e.g.a knife

7) Take out the ejector. 8) Then tighten the attachment towards
the frame properly with allen key 6 mm..
9) Remount the ejector.
10) Finally check the function of the lock-
ing mechanism of the footrest.
