Introduction
Congratulations on the purchase of your new
appliance. You have selected a high-quality
product. The operating instructions are part of this
product. They contain important information about
safety, usage and disposal. Before using the product,
please familiarise yourself with all operating and
safety instructions. Use the product only as
described and for the range of applications speci-
fied. Please also pass these operating instructions
on to any future owner.
Intended use
The air sandblaster gun (hereinafter appliance) is
designed for the removal of rust and paint from
metal surfaces. Any other usage of or modification
to the appliance is deemed to be improper and
carries a significant risk of accidents. The manufac-
turer accepts no responsibility for damage(s)
resulting from improper usage. This appliance is
intended for domestic use only.

WARNING!
► The vibration level specified in these instruc-
tions has been measured in accordance with
a standardised measuring procedure speci-
fied in EN ISO 20643 and can be used to
make equipment comparisons. The specified
vibration emission value can also be used to
make an initial exposure estimate.
The vibration level varies in accordance with
the use of the compressed air tool and may
be higher than the value specified in these
instructions in some cases. It is easy to under-
estimate the vibration load if the compressed
air tool is used regularly in a certain manner.
NOTE
► For an accurate estimate of the vibration load
during a specific working period, the periods
during which the appliance is switched off or
is running but not actually being used must
also be taken into consideration. This can
significantly reduce the vibration load over
the total working period.

Workplace safety

can create sparks which may ignite the dust or
fumes.

operating a tool. Distractions can cause you to

■Check the appliance for any possible defects
before use. If the appliance exhibits any faults,
it should not be used under any circum-
stances.
■Keep children and bystanders away while
operating the tool. Distractions can cause you
to lose control.
■RISK OF INJURY! MISUSE! Do not point the
tool towards people or animals!
■Wear a dust mask!
■Wear safety goggles!
■Wear protective gloves!
■ Wear suitable protective clothing.
■Wear safety shoes!
■Wear a safety helmet!
■RISK OF EXPLOSION! The compressed air
sandblaster gun should not be used in areas
with gas/open flames/fire/gas-operated
water heaters.
■SMOKING PROHIBITED!
■Work only in sufficiently ventilated rooms.
■Do not use oxygen or any combustible gas as
an energy source.
■Never exceed the maximum operating pressure
of 6.3 bar.
WARNING!
► KICKBACK FORCES! At high working pres-
sures, kickback can occur which can, under
certain circumstances, lead to danger due to
continuous loads.
■ RISK OF INJURY! Disconnect the appliance
from the compressed air source before starting
any repairs or maintenance work and before
transportation.
■ RISK OF INJURY! Disconnect the appliance
from the compressed air source before refilling
the blasting medium.
NOTE
► Please heed the safety instructions provided
by the manufacturer of the blasting medium.
■ Use only materials that are suited for use in the
compressed air sandblaster gun . Do not use
quartz sand. This can lead to a dangerous
build-up of silicosis-inducing dust.
■ Take steps to ensure that others are not incon-
venienced (dust formation).
■ Ensure that the blasting medium is collected so
that it can be disposed of in an environmentally
friendly manner.
■ Do not remove any type plates. These contain
important information for the safe operation of
the appliance.
■ If you are inexperienced with the appliance,
seek training in how to use it safely.
WARNING! TOXIC DUST!
► Working with the tool can produce harmful/
toxic dusts which represent a health hazard
for the person operating the appliance and
for anyone else in the vicinity.
CAUTION!
► Ensure that the appliance is disconnected
from the air supply when not in use, when
exchanging accessories or during repair
work. The air hose should not be under pres-
sure.

Operation
Mount the collecting bag
forsandblasting material
■ Use a screwdriver to attach the collecting
bag to the appliance with the supplied
screw clip .
Select and fitting attachments
■ Start by selecting the appropriate attachment
for the job at hand ( , , , ).
■ Push the selected attachment firmly onto the jet
nozzle , ensuring that no air can escape from
the sides.
Filling the blasting medium container
CAUTION!
► Before you open the screw cap on the
blasting medium container , or make any
other settings, the connection to the
compressed air hose must be disconnected
and all pressure completely discharged.
■ Use only suitable blasting media for your
sandblasting work.
NOTE
► We recommend using a blasting medium
(ground blast furnace slag) with a grain size
of 0.2–0.8 mm and which has been shown
not to cause silicosis.
■ Please ensure that the blasting medium is
totally dry and not too coarse-grained.
NOTE
► The maximum grain size is 0.8 mm.
■ Open the screw cap on the blasting medium
container by turning it anticlockwise.
■ Fill the required amount of blasting medium
into the blasting medium container .
■ Ensure that you do not exceed the maximum
fill level for the container of 900 ml.
■ Afterwards, close the screw cap on the
blasting medium container by turning it
clockwise.
NOTE REGARDING THE BLASTING
MEDIUM GRAIN SIZE
► The larger/coarser the grain size of the
blasting medium used, the coarser the dirt
that can be removed using it. The supplied
material, on the other hand, is fine and thus
more suitable for the removal of items such as
paint or rust film. The fine material also
causes less damage to the surfaces being
treated, meaning a choice can be made
regarding these.
For coarse rust, for example, it is best to use a
coarser-grained blasting medium which you
can buy online (see section "Importer") or in
any good specialist retailer. Please observe
the guidelines regarding maximum grain size.
Connecting the compressed air
supply
NOTE
► The compressed air sandblaster gun may
only be operated on cleaned, condensate-
and oil-free compressed air and may not
exceed the maximum operating pressure of
6.3 bar at the appliance.
To ensure that you can regulate the air pres-
sure, the compressed air source should be
equipped with a (filter) pressure reducer.
♦ Connect the compressed air sandblaster gun
to a suitable compressed air source by attaching
the quick-connect coupling on the supply hose
to the nipple on the sandblaster gun .
The connection locks automatically.
NOTE
► Ensure that the control dial is set to
before connecting the appliance to the
compressed air source.

Using the compressed air sandblaster
gun
■ Carefully prepare the workpiece that is to be
blasted.
Clean it if necessary.
NOTE
► Layers of dust or fat will significantly impair
the results.
■ Carefully cover or mask everything that is not to
be blasted.
■ The distance between the attachment and the
surface being worked plays an important role
and should be kept as low as possible so that
the blasting medium can be collected by the
collecting bag .
■ The nearer you are to the workpiece, the
smaller the dispersion pattern and vice versa.
■ Do a test run on an old workpiece to find out
the correct distance/working pressure and
avoid excessive reflection from your workpiece.
Switching on
■ Set the control dial to to open the air
outlet.
■ Move the compressed air sandblaster close
to the area to be worked.
■ Press the trigger to start operating the
compressed air sandblaster gun .
Switching off
■ Release the trigger to switch off of the
compressed air sandblaster gun .
■ Set the control dial to to close the air
outlet.
■ Disconnect the appliance from the compressed
air source after you finish work.
NOTE
► First detach the hose from the compressed air
source before disconnecting the supply hose
from the appliance.
In this way, you avoid uncontrollable
thrashing about of the supply hose.
Collecting bag for sandblasting
material
NOTE
► Do not re-use surplus sand-blasting material
from the collecting bag .
■ You can remove the surplus sand-blasting mate-
rial which has collected in the collecting bag
via the zip fastener or use a screwdriver to undo
the screw clamp and remove the collecting
bag from the appliance.

Maintenance and cleaning
WARNING! RISK OF INJURY!
ALWAYS disconnect the appliance
from the compressed air supply
before cleaning it.
■ Always clean the compressed air sandblaster
gun and the blasting medium container
immediately after completing your work. To do
this, blow out the compressed air sandblaster
gun and the blasting medium container
with compressed air.
■ Store the compressed air sandblaster gun
only in dry rooms.
Disposal
The packaging is made from environ-
mentally friendly material and can be
disposed of at your local recycling
plant.
Do not dispose of the appliance in
the normal domestic waste!
Your local community or municipal
authorities can provide information on
how to dispose of the worn-out appli-
ance.
Dispose of the packaging in an environ-
mentally friendly manner. Note the
labelling on the packaging and sepa-
rate the packaging material compo-
nents for disposal if necessary. The packaging
material is labelled with abbreviations (a) and
numbers (b) with the following meanings:
1–7: plastics, 20–22: paper and cardboard,
80–98: composites.
Your local community or municipal
authorities can provide information
on how to dispose of the worn-out
product.

warranty
Dear Customer,
This appliance has a 3-year warranty valid from
the date of purchase. If this product has any faults,
you, the buyer, have certain statutory rights. Your
statutory rights are not restricted in any way by the
warranty described below.
Warranty conditions
The warranty period starts on the date of purchase.
Please keep your receipt in a safe place. This will
be required as proof of purchase.
If any material or manufacturing fault occurs within
three years of the date of purchase of the product,
we will either repair or replace the product for you
or refund the purchase price (at our discretion).
This warranty service requires that you present the
defective appliance and the proof of purchase
(receipt) within the three-year warranty period,
along with a brief written description of the fault
and of when it occurred.
If the defect is covered by the warranty, your
product will either be repaired or replaced by us.
The repair or replacement of a product does not
signify the beginning of a new warranty period.
Warranty period and statutory claims for
defects
The warranty period is not prolonged by repairs
effected under the warranty. This also applies to
replaced and repaired components. Any damage
and defects present at the time of purchase must
be reported immediately after unpacking. Repairs
carried out after expiry of the warranty period shall
be subject to a fee.
Scope of the warranty
This appliance has been manufactured in accord-
ance with strict quality guidelines and inspected
meticulously prior to delivery.
The warranty covers material faults or production
faults. The warranty does not extend to product
parts subject to normal wear and tear or to fragile
parts which could be considered as consumable
parts such as switches or parts made of glass.
The warranty does not apply if the product has
been damaged, improperly used or improperly
maintained. The directions in the operating instruc-
tions for the product regarding proper use of
the product are to be strictly followed. Uses and
actions that are discouraged in the operating
instructions or which are warned against must be
avoided.
This product is intended solely for private use and
not for commercial purposes. The warranty shall
be deemed void in cases of misuse or improper
handling, use of force and modifications/repairs
which have not been carried out by one of our
authorised Service centres.
The warranty period does not apply to
■ Normal reduction of the battery capacity
overtime
■ Commercial use of the product
■ Damage to or alteration of the product by the
customer
■ Non-compliance with safety and maintenance
instructions, operating errors
■ Damage caused by natural hazards

Uvod
Čestitamo na kupnji Vašeg novog uređaja. Time ste
se odlučili za vrlo kvalitetan proizvod. Upute za
uporabu sastavni su dio ovog proizvoda. One
sadrže važne napomene za sigurnost, rukovanje i
zbrinjavanje. Prije uporabe proizvoda upoznajte se
sa svim napomenama za rukovanje i sa svim sigur-
nosnim napomenama. Proizvod koristite isključivo na
opisani način i u navedenim područjima uporabe.
U slučaju predaje proizvoda trećim osobama,
priložite i također predajte i svu dokumentaciju.
Namjenska uporaba
Pneumatski pištolj za pjeskarenje (u nastavku
"uređaj") namijenjena je za uklanjanje hrđe i boje
smetalnih površina. Svaki drugi način uporabe i
svaka izmjena uređaja smatra se nenamjenskom i
krije znatnu opasnost od nezgode. Za štete nastale
nenamjenskom uporabom ne preuzimamo nikakvu

■OPASNOST OD EKSPLOZIJE! Tlačna mlaznica
za pjeskarenje ne smije se koristiti u okruženju
u kojem se nalaze plinovi/otvoreni plamen/
vatra/plinski bojleri.
■ZABRANJENO PUŠITI!
■Radite samo u prostorijama s dostatnom ven-
tilacijom.
■Kao izvor energije ne koristite kisik ili zapaljive
plinove.
■Nikada ne prekoračujte maksimalni radni tlak
od 6,3 bara.
UPOZORENJE!
► SILE POVRATNOG UDARA! Pri velikim rad-
nim tlakovima može doći do nastajanja sile
povratnog udara, koja u određenim okolnosti-
ma može uzrokovati opasnosti uslijed trajnog
opterećenja.
■ OPASNOST OD OZLJEDA! Prije popravaka i
održavanja kao i prije transporta uređaja oba-
vezno uklonite izvor komprimiranog zraka.
■ OPASNOST OD OZLJEDA! Uređaj u svrhu
punjenja sredstvom za pjeskarenje uklonite
s izvora komprimiranog zraka.
NAPOMENA
► Molimo pridržavajte se sigurnosnih napomena
proizvođača sredstva za pjeskarenje.
■ Koristite samo materijale prikladne za tlačnu
mlaznicu za pjeskarenje. Ne koristite kvarcni
pjesak. Postoji opasnost od stvaranja otrovne
silikonske prašine.
■ Poduzmite mjere kako biste osigurali da druge
osobe nisu izložene (nastanak prašine).
■ Pobrinite se da se sredstvo za pjeskarenje pri-
hvati kako bi se moglo zbrinuti na ekološki pri-
hvatljiv način.
■ Ne uklanjajte tipske pločice. One su sigurnosno
relevantni dijelovi uređaja.
■ Ako nemate iskustva u rukovanju uređajem,
trebali biste se osposobiti za sigurno rukovanje
uređajem.

► Obrađivanje štetnih/otrovnih prašina pred-
stavlja ugrožavanje zdravlja osobe koja rukuje
uređajem i osoba koje se nalaze u blizini.
POZOR!
► Osigurajte da uređaj za vrijeme nekorištenja,
zamjene dijelova opreme ili popravaka bude
odvojen od dovoda komprimiranog zraka.
Crijevo za dovod zraka ne smije biti pod
tlakom.

Rukovanje
Montiranje vrećice za sakupljanje
sredstva za pjeskarenje
■ Pričvrstite prihvatnu vrećicu na uređaj
pomoću obujmice isporučene uz uređaj
koristeći odvijač.
Odabir i montiranje nastavka
■ Odaberite nastavak prikladan za posao
koji želite obaviti ( , , , ).
■ Čvrsto nataknite odabrani nastavak na
mlaznicu i pazite da zrak ne istječe bočno.
Punjenje spremnika sredstva
zapjeskarenje
POZOR!
► Prije nego otvorite poklopac s navojem na
spremniku sredstva za pjeskarenje ili na
bilo koji način podesite uređaj, obavezno
treba odvojiti crijevo za dovod komprimiranog
zraka kako bi se tlak do kraja ispustio iz
uređaja.
■ Za pjeskarenje koristite isključivo sredstvo pri-
kladno za pjeskarenje .
NAPOMENA
► Preporučujemo sredstvo koje ne uzrokuje
silikozu (mljevenu šljaku iz visokih peći)
gradacije 0,2–0,8 mm.
■ Pazite da je sredstvo potpuno suho i da nije
grube gradacije.
NAPOMENA
► Maksimalna gradacija iznosi 0,8 mm.
■ Otvorite poklopac s navojem spremnika
sredstva za pjeskarenje okretanjem u smjeru
suprotnom od kazaljke na satu.
■ Napunite željenu količinu sredstva za
pjeskarenje u spremnik sredstva za
pjeskarenje .
■ Pazite da ne prekoračite maksimalni volumen
spremnika od 900 ml.
■ Nakon toga ponovo zatvorite poklopac
s navojem na spremniku sredstva za pjeska-
renje okretanjem u smjeru kazaljke na satu.
NAPOMENA U VEZI GRADACIJE
SREDSTVA ZA PJESKARENJE
► Što je veća gradacija/grublje čestice korište-
nog sredstva za pjeskarenje, to se njime
može ukloniti grublja nečistoća. Isporučeni
materijal je fin i prikladan za uklanjanje boje
i tankog sloja hrđe. Fini materijal uzrokuje i
manje štete na površinama, zbog čega je
važno ispravno odabrati sredstvo. Za grubu
hrđu može se npr. koristiti sredstvo grublje
gradacije koje možete kupiti preko Interneta
(vidi poglavlje Uvoznik) ili u dobro opremlje-
nim trgovinama. Pazite i na napomene o
maksimalnoj gradaciji.
Priključivanje izvora komprimiranog
zraka
NAPOMENA
► Tlačna mlaznica za pjeskarenje smije se
koristiti isključivo s pročišćenim komprimiranim
zrakom iz kojeg su uklonjeni kondenzat i ulje.
Tlak ne smije prekoračiti maksimalni radni tlak
uređaja od 6,3 bara. Kako biste mogli reguli-
rati tlak, izvor komprimiranog zraka mora biti
opremljen reduktorom tlaka (s filtrom).
♦ Tlačnu mlaznicu za pjeskarenje priključite
na odgovarajući izvor komprimiranog zraka.
Brzu spojku crijeva za snabdijevanje priključite
na odgovarajuću utičnu spojnicu tlačne
mlaznice za pjeskarenje . Spoj se automatski
zaključava.
NAPOMENA
► Provjerite da se okretni regulator nalazi u
položaju prije nego uređaj spojite na izvor
komprimiranog zraka.

Korištenje tlačne mlaznice
zapjeskarenje
■ Pažljivo pripremite predmet koji namjeravate
pjeskariti. Po potrebi ga očistite.
NAPOMENA
► Prašina i naslage masnoće znatno utječu na
rezultat.
■ Pokrijte, odnosno zalijepite pažljivo sve dijelove
koji se neće pjeskariti.
■ Udaljenost nastavka od površine koja se obra-
đuje igra važnu ulogu. Ova udaljenost treba biti
što manja kako bi se sredstvo moglo prikupiti
u vrećicu .
■ Što se više uređajem približite površini, to je
manji uzorak na površini i obrnuto.
■ Po potrebi prethodno obavite probu na izratku
koji više nije potreban. Na taj način ćete iznaći
ispravnu udaljenost/ispravan radni tlak i sprječiti
ćete prekomjerno pjeskarenje Vašeg predmeta
obrade.
Uključivanje
■ Okretni regulator postavite u položaj ,
kako biste otvorili prolaz zraka.
■ Približite tlačnu mlaznicu za pjeskarenje
površini koju treba obraditi.
■ Pritisnite aktivacijsku polugu , kako biste tlačnu
mlaznicu za pjeskarenje stavili u pogon.
Isključivanje
■ Pustite aktivacijsku po lugu kako biste
isključili tlačnu mlaznicu za pjeskarenje .
■ Okretni regulator postavite u položaj ,
kako biste zatvorili prolaz zraka.
■ Uređaj nakon završetka radova odvojite od
izvora komprimiranog zraka.
NAPOMENA
► Najprije skinite crijevo s izvora komprimira-
nog zraka i tek nakon toga skinite opskrbno
crijevo s uređaja. Na taj ćete način spriječiti
nekontrolirano trzanje i bacanje opskrbnog
crijeva.
Pražnjenje vrećice za sakupljanje
sredstva za pjeskarenje
NAPOMENA
► Prekomjerno sredstvo za pjeskarenje iz vrećice
za sakupljanje ne koristite ponovo prije
nego se pročisti.
■ Prekomjernu količinu sredstva za pjeskarenje
koja se nalazi u vrećici za sakupljanje možete
izvaditi koristeći patentni zatvarač. Ili pomoću
odvijača otpustiti obujmicu i vrećicu skinu-
ti s uređaja.

Održavanje i čišćenje

■ Očistite tlačnu mlaznicu za pjeskarenje i
spremnik sredstva za pjeskarenje nakon
završetka svakog rada. U tu svrhu mlaznicu za
pjeskarenje i spremnik sredstva za pjeskare-
nje ispušite komprimiranim zrakom.
■ Tlačnu mlaznicu za pjeskarenje čuvajte
samo u suhim prostorima.
Zbrinjavanje
Ambalaža se sastoji od materijala
neškodljivih za okoliš koji se mogu
zbrinuti preko mjesnih ispostava za
recikliranje.
Uređaj nikako ne bacite
u obično kućno smeće!
O mogućnostima zbrinjavanja starih
uređaja možete saznati u gradskom ili
općinskom poglavarstvu.
Ambalažu zbrinite na ekološki prihvat-
ljiv način. Pazite na oznake na različi-
tim materijalima ambalaže i po potrebi
ih zbrinite odvojeno. Materijali amba-
laže označeni su kraticama (a) i brojkama (b)
sljedećeg značenja: 1–7: Plastika, 20–22: Papir
ikarton, 80–98: Kompozitni materijali.
