e model PDI-P15X-CN0050A television incorporates an optional internal DVD player. is model is
easily identied by either examination of the keypad or DVD slot located on the bottom rear of the cover. e
number keys provide DVD control when the TV is in DVD playback mode.

DVD Mode and Load Disc
1. Turn on the TV.
2. Switch the TV to DVD mode by pressing the AV
button repeatedly until the DVD logo appears on
the screen.
3. Insert the DVD disc into the TV’s Disc slot. e
DVD disc label faces the front of the TV. e
shiny side faces toward the rear of the TV.
e DVD disc screen status should change to
LOADING and then the movie’s disk menu
should appear.
If the DVD disc fails to load, eject the disc, and
verify that the label faces the front of the TV.
A dirty or scratched disc may fail to play.
NOTE: the player will not play Blu-Ray discs.

DVD Playback and Menu Navigation
e number keys provide DVD control when the TV
is in DVD playback mode.
Navigating DVD Menus
e OK button and the directional buttons that
surround it can be used to select the menu item
choices on a DVD. Use the four directional arrows
to move to the desired menu item and press the OK
button to select that item.
Ejecting the DVD
Press the EJECT button to remove a DVD disc.
NOTE: the TV must be in DVD mode to enable
DVD control functions.
Returning to Normal TV Viewing
Press the AV button at any time to return to Normal
TV viewing mode.
