(3) When moving, installing, cleaning and
adjusting the machine tool, you must

when working on it.

and do not operate it when anyone is near
the machine.
(8) A metal plate whose thickness
andquality go beyond the requirements
of the tool must not be used.
4. In general, the operating handle is mounted
on the right side of the tool (but can also
be mounted on the left side).
5. Stop (Angle iron)
The stop is used for cutting and bending,
when it is in place for the bending
process. Please screw the two long rods
into the nut of the concave mold plate,
make sure the rods pass through the
front part of the concave mold plate,
tighten the nut and the stop plate and the
concave mold plate move up and down in
unison. When it is in place for the cutting
procedure, before putting the rods into
the positioning plate, screw the 2-Ml2
nut into the positioning plate, and then
followed the rod that was xed by the nut
at the end.
In these two kinds of positions, the
circular adjustable button was installed
on the back of the angle iron.
6. Adjustment of the bending installation.
(1) Upper punch adjustment.
Loosen the screw bolt, the upper punch
will detach from the machine.
If you do not want the upper punch to
detach from the machine or another
mold plate to be installed, you can put a
piece of hard wood (25 x 25 x 160 mm)
or other similar material on the concave
mold plate, turn the handle and raise the
concave mold plate until the piece of
wood comes into contact with the upper
punch (form stamp).
After installing the new punch, all
bolts should be tightened in the same
case. After using a narrow punch, it is
especially necessary to put a piece of thin
paper between the upper punch and the
lower one.
(2) Adjustment of the cross beam.
To make the bending work smooth and
to prevent the bent metal from the upper
punch and the lower punch from being
blocked, you need to adjust the cross beam.
First, put a steel plate (its width
corresponds to the machine requirements
and its thickness is 1 mm) on the
concave mold plate, and then turn the
handle gently to raise the concave mold
plate and loosen the xing bolt to the
cross beam, so that the upper punch
(mold piston) can contact with the
metal plate in question. Then, to x the
crossbar, you can adjust the screw on
the crossbar. Finally tighten all the xing
screws. During this period, the handle is
not xed to turn and angle 360 degrees.
Bend a metal sheet with the same width
and thickness on both sides of the
bending system, the angles must be
similar, you then turn the handle and bend
the piece completely.
7. Adjustment of the cutting function.
You should adjust the zero point of the
upper and lower cutter.
