1) How do I put the bark collar together?
a) Attach strap to the bark collar. This strap tightens and loosens like a
backpack strap.
b) Twist the probes onto the collar. Our probes are designed to be safe for all
size dogs.
c) The small probes are for dogs with short hair and the large probes are for
dogs with long hair. The probe must get as close to your dogs skin as
possible.
d) Insert the battery.
That’s it –simple as that.
2) What is the plastic piece?
a) The plastic piece is a testing light, to test the product follow the steps
below:

i) Connect the plastic piece to the metal probes. Make sure the piece is
in contact with the probes.
ii) There is a little hole, as you see between the two metal probes.
iii) While the probes and plastic piece are in contact, blow inside the hole.
You can test all phases of the bark collar in this manner.
iv) Blow 7 times to complete testing phase, if testing light turns on, the
bark collar is working properly.
v) The plastic piece can also be used as a screwdriver, to tighten or
unscrew the metal probes.
3) Which metal probes do I use for my dog, large or small?
a) Our probes are designed to be safe for different size dogs. The small
probes are for dogs with short hair and the large probes are for dogs with
long hair. The probe must get as close to your dogs skin as possible for
the static shock to be effective.
4) How do I adjust static shock sensitivity?
a) The bark collar is activated by the sound of barking. The + and – buttons
are the bark sensitivity level buttons and are not related to the static shock
level. While the bark sensitivity levels can be adjusted, the shock level
itself is static and cannot be adjusted.
b) Your dog will receive warning tones before receiving a static shock. The +

and – settings will help the collar detect if your dog is barking. Press the +
button if your dog is a low barker and press the - button if your dog is a
loud barker. You can find which setting is best for you and your pet.
5) Why does the bark collar beep when my dog isn’t barking?
a) The bark collar is activated by the sound of barking. However, the bark
collar may pick up outside noises. To stop the warning tone in non-barking
situations, press “–“ button for low sensitivity until the beep stops.
6) Does the shock collar continually shock my dog?
No, the bark collar trains your loving pet in phases. Your pet will receive warning
tones before receiving a static shock. f your dog continues barking after 7
correction levels, the bark collar will automatically reset discontinuing the static
shock and start the warning tones again.
7) Can multiple dogs use the bark collar?
a) We advise training one dog at a time. We don’t want to discipline dog A for
dog B’s barking. However, many dog owners have reviewed the product
stating they were able to successfully train multiple dogs at one time.
Please use your best judgment when choosing to train more than one dog
at a time.
8) Is the bark collar waterproof?
a) No, do not submerge the bark collar in water. If submerged, the bark collar
will stop working. However, if the bark collar becomes slightly damp in
light rain, it will still work properly.
9) How do I turn off the bark collar?
a) The bark collar has no off or on switch. It activates on detection of dog’s
barking sound. To turn the collar off completely, remove the battery.

b) Once your dog has been successfully trained by the GGBPet no bark
collar, you may remove battery and keep the no bark collar on your dog.
Although the collar has no battery your dog will behave as if the no bark
collar is activated.
10)How long can take until the dog will get used to it?
a) Depending on different dogs, some will get used to it in a few weeks; but
some stubborn ones need several weeks to do. It also depends on the
time you train every day.
11)What does the red light do?
a) The red light indicates that the unit is working.
b) The light will flash after 5 shocks, indicating a time out for one minute to
safeguard the dog and it will be lit again after one minute.
12)What is beeping sound function?
a) When you insert or remove the battery, the beep indicates the collar is on
or off.
b) For the first two barks, the GGBPet no bark collar will emit a warning
beep. The third bark will result into a beep followed by a static shock. This
pattern continues for seven bark instances in total, after which the collar
will reset for one minute.
13)What are the weight recommendations for this product?
This product is suitable for dogs weighing between 10-100 lbs.

Note
a) Take bark collar off when your dog is playing. We don't want to correct
normal behavior.
b) Don’t leave bark collar on more than 12 hours per day.
c) Check the fit and adjust the collar every 2 hours, as needed.
Tip:
If your new bark collar strap is too long, you may cut the bark collar strap to
desired length and burn the ends to seal threads closed.
