PART 1: PRECAUTIONS

1. Check that the power supply voltage speciﬁed by

the product matches the power supply voltage

and use the original accessories of the product.

2. Must use a grounded socket, plug should pay

attention to plug, otherwise it will cause poor

contact with the possibility of ﬁre. Never use a

universal socket with other appliances.

3. Do not place the product on an unstable, wet,

or heat-resistant surface to avoid damage or

malfunction.

4. This product is a wind circulation heating product.

When the product is working, it is forbidden to

have any foreign matter that can block the air inlet

of the product. Otherwise, the product will be

directly damaged or dangerous.

5. Do not place the product directly on the ﬁre or

any place near the heat source or the ﬁre source.

Otherwise, the product may be damaged or

malfunctioned, or even cause ﬁre or other dangers.

6. It is forbidden to put the product into water for

cleaning. Only use a wet towel to scrub.

The product must be allowed to cool to room

temperature before cleaning.

7. When the product is not in use, do not plug the

product plug in the socket for a long time. The

plug must be unplugged under the following

conditions: failure after use, prior to each cleaning,

inspection.

8. If the power cord is damaged, to avoid the danger,

it must be replaced by a full-time personnel like

the manufacturer or its designated maintenance

department, or be directly discarded.

9. Each continuous use time is not easy to exceed 72

hours. If the machine is allowed to cool properly

and continue to work, it will eﬀectively improve

the service life of the whole machine.

10. After each use, please adjust the temperature knob

to the lowest position, turn oﬀ the power switch,

and unplug the plug.

11. This product can’t add water or any other liquid, a

small amount of water droplets on the food in the

steaming container is allowed.

PART 4: OPERATION SPECIFICATION

1. Pre-treat the food before it is dried; for example, clean, slice or dice, soak, etc. Food pretreatment

helps preserve the color and texture of food after drying.

2. Depending on diﬀerent food and taste requirements, refer to the food drying methods described

later in this manual where you will ﬁnd corresponding pre-treatment and drying methods.

3. Before using the dryer for the ﬁrst time, clean the dryer and wipe it with a dry rag.

4. Place food prepared in advance on each tray so that it is well-spaced, and then close the front door.

5. Insert the plug of the power cord into the socket, press the power button switch. The indicator

light is on, the default working time is 8 hours ,the temperature is 35.

6. According to diﬀerent foods and tastes ,adjust the time, touch the button , then touch the

and increase or decrease the as requests.

7. When adjust temperature, touch the , then and increase or decrease the temperature ,

set 35-40-45-50-55-60-65-70 totally 8 gears.

8. After the set working time, the device will automatically lower the temperature. When the

temperature in the dryer is lower than 50 °C, the appliance will turn oﬀ.

9. After the food is dried, ture oﬀ the power switch and remove the plug.

10. After the work is completed, clean the dryer and juice trays.

11. After the food is dried, if it is not eaten, it should be sealed in a container or plastic bag immediately

after the food is sealed and stored in the refrigerator.

12. After the food is dried, adjust the temperature knob to its lowest position, turn oﬀ the power

switch, and remove the plug.

13. After the work is completed, clean the dryer and the juice tray. It is recommended that all the

dryers be placed on the product.

PART 5: PROCESS BEFORE FOOD DRYING

Note: The following methods are for reference only.

a. Fruit pretreatment

1. Add 1/4 cup of lemon juice with 2 cups of water and dip the desired food for about 2 minutes.

b. Pretreatment of Vegetables

1. Steaming, boiling water or oil. Recommended for beam, cauliﬂower.

2. The prepared vegetables are placed into boiling water for around 3-5 minutes.

Screen out water and put into the tray.

3. The vegetables are dipped into lemon juice for around 2 minutes.

To dehydrate more eﬀectively, we recommend the following:

1. When drying more thinly-sliced food items, please use the 0.79-inch height rather than the 1.25-

inch stacking.

2. Exchange top and bottom trays after 2-3 hours of drying.

c. Pretreatment of meat, sh and other foods:

1. Lean (no fat):

It is recommended that the meat is marinated prior to drying to maintain a natural taste and to make

it tender. Pickled products must have salt to aid in the absorption of moisture from the meat and to

preserve freshness.

Marinated standard:

1) 1/2 cup bean paste;

2) 1 garlic, smashed;

3) 2 tablespoons of brown sugar;

4) 2 tablespoons ketchup;

5) 1/2 cup of Worcestershire sauce;

6) 1-1/4 teaspoon of salt;

7) 1/2 teaspoon of onion Powder;

8) 1/2 teaspoon of pepper;

Mix all ingredients above. Cut the meat into thin slices and place it into the appliance. The drying time

is about 2-8 hours until all the water evaporates.

2. Poultry meat:

All poultry meat must be boiled before drying. Steaming or roasting is the best way. The drying time is

about 2-8 hours until all the water evaporates.

3. Fish:

It is advisable to steam or roast before baking (in the oven, bake at 200°C, bake for 20 minutes) and dry

for about 2-8 hours until all the water evaporates.

d. Bread etc.:

approximately 30 minutes – 2 hours.

e. Nuts:

Rinse with hot water. Scatter on the dryer. Store nuts after cooling. The oil contained in the nuts will

cause some rotten odors, so it must be kept in the refrigerator to ensure its freshness. When using nuts,

take them out al normal room temperature: the drying time is about 18-26 hours.

PART 6: TIPS

2. For the ﬁrst time use, it is recommended to use the ﬁrst hour of no-load for 1 hour. The temperature

is set to 60°C. It is normal for white smoke to appear.

3. The default working temperature of the product is 35°C and the working time is 8 hours. The

recommended operating temperature is set to 60°C. The working time is speciﬁc.

4. With the increase in the number of fruit plate layers and the density of fruit placement will aﬀect

the temperature of the upper fruit plate, it is recommended that the fruit density should be

appropriate; and fruits with higher water content should be placed on the bottom layer.

5. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the machine will stop heating and the LED

lights and fans will continue to work.

PART 7: CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. Disconnect the electric dryer from the power supply before cleaning.

2. After the food product has been dried, the steamer is washed with warm water, cleaned with a soft

cotton cloth, if necessary using a preparation of a cleansing dish, and then wiped dry.

3. Do not wash the electric dryer with water ﬂow and place the water to clean the electric dryer base.

The surface of the dirty electric dryer base is cleaned with a wet cloth.

4. Abrasive cleaners, metal brushes, and organic solvents should not be used.

5. Store the cleaned product in a cool, ventilated environment.

PART 8: FAILURE AND ITS ELIMINATION

ČÁST 1: BEZPEČNOSTNÍ OPATŘENÍ

1. Zkontrolujte, zda se napájecí napětí speciﬁkované

na výrobku shoduje s napájecím napětím v síti a

použijte originální příslušenství k výrobku.

2. Musíte používat uzemněnou zásuvku, zástrčka

by měla pasovat se zástrčkou, jinak by to

způsobilo špatný kontakt s možností požáru.

Nikdy nepoužívejte univerzální zásuvku s jinými

zařízeními.

3. Neumísťujte výrobek na nestabilní, mokrý nebo

tepelně neodolný povrch, aby nedošlo k jeho

poškození nebo nesprávné funkci.

4. Tento výrobek je výrobkem na cirkulaci horkého

vzduchu. Když je výrobek funkční, je zakázáno mít

jakékoliv cizí látky, které mohou blokovat přívod

vzduchu do výrobku. V opačném případě bude

výrobek přímo poškozen nebo nebezpečný.

5. Neumísťujte výrobek přímo na oheň nebo na

jakékoliv místo v blízkosti zdroje tepla nebo zdroje

ohně. V opačném případě může dojít k poškození

nebo nesprávné funkci produktu nebo dokonce ke

vzniku požáru nebo jiného nebezpečí.

6. Výrobek je zakázáno dávat do vody na čištění.

K čištění používejte pouze vlhkou utěrku. Před

čištěním se musí nechat výrobek vychladnout na

pokojovou teplotu.

7. Pokud se výrobek nepoužívá, nepřipojujte ho

do zásuvky. Zástrčka musí být odpojena za

následujících podmínek: porucha po použití, před

každým vyčištěním, při kontrole.

8. Pokud je napájecí kabel poškozený, musí ho

vyměnit odborný personál, jako je výrobce nebo

jím určené oddělení údržby, nebo zlikvidovat, aby

se zabránilo nebezpečí.

9. Každý nepřetržitý čas používání nesmí překročit

72 hodin. Pokud se zařízení nechá správně

vychladnout a bude pokračovat v práci, efektivně

to zlepší životnost celého zařízení.

10. Po každém použití nastavte ovladač teploty do

nejnižší polohy, vypněte hlavní vypínač a vytáhněte

zástrčku z elektrické zásuvky.

11. Do tohoto výrobku nesmíte přidávat vodu ani jinou

tekutinu, je povoleno malé množství kapek vody

na jídle v napařovací nádobě.

ČÁST 4: PROVOZNÍ POKYNY

1. Předběžně upravte jídlo před jeho vysušením; například očistěte, nařežte nebo nakrájejte na

kostičky, namočte atd. Předběžná úprava potravin pomáhá zachovat barvu a strukturu potravin po

usušení.

2. Podle různých požadavků na jídlo a chuť si přečtěte metodu sušení potravin uvedenou dále v

tomto návodu, kde najdete odpovídající metody předúpravy a sušení.

3. Před prvním použitím sušičky ji očistěte a otřete suchou utěrkou.

4. Položte předem připravená jídla na každé plato dobře rozložená, pak zavřete přední dvířka.

5. Zasuňte zástrčku napájecího kabelu do zásuvky a stiskněte vypínač. Rozsvítí se indikátor, výchozí

pracovní doba je 8 hodin, teplota je 35 °C.

6. Podle různých jídel a chutí upravte čas, stiskněte tlačítko , následně pomocí tlačítka a

zvyšujte nebo snižujte podle potřeby.

7. Při úpravě teploty stiskněte tlačítko , následně pomocí tlačítka a zvyšujte nebo snižujte

teplotu, přičemž nastavit ji lze v celkově osmi krocích 35-40-45-50-55-60-65-70.

8. Po nastavené době práce, zařízení automaticky snižuje teplotu. Když je teplota v sušičce nižší než

50 °C, zařízení se vypne. Tuto operaci lze opakovat, pokud potřebujete sušit vícekrát.

9. Po vysušení potravin vypněte hlavní vypínač a vytáhněte zástrčku napájecího kabelu.

10. Po dokončení práce vyčistěte sušičku a odkapávací nádobu.

11. Pokud potraviny po vysušení nejsou konzumovány, měly by se uzavřít do nádoby nebo do

plastového sáčku a ihned po uzavření uložit do chladničky.

12. Po vysušení potravin nastavte ovladač teploty do nejnižší polohy, vypněte hlavní vypínač a

vytáhněte zástrčku napájecího kabelu.

13. Po dokončení práce vyčistěte sušičku a odkapávací nádobu. Doporučuje umístit všechny podnosy

do zařízení.
