Philips Sleep and Wake-Up Light –HF3651/01
The FM radio of my Philips Wake-Up Light is not working
If you cannot listen to the FM radio on your Wake-Up Light, try our troubleshooting advice to
solve this issue yourself.
The volume is too low
Check the volume of your radio. It might be that this is set to 0, therefore, you cannot hear
anything. Increase the volume of the radio and then check again if it works.
The FM radio is not tuned in
Check the radio frequency on your Wake-Up Light to make sure that it is correctly tuned in to
the channel of your choice.

manual or quick start guide.
The antenna cord is wounded up
Look at the back of your Wake-Up Light to check if it has a thin cord. This is the antenna of the
FM radio. Make sure that you completely unwind this cord. You can also try adjusting the
position of the cord by moving it around a bit, until you find the perfect position with good
reception.
If the above advice does not work, try restarting your device. After that, if the problem persists,
contact us for further help.

My Philips Somneo Sleep & Wake-Up Light does not turn on
If your Philips Somneo Sleep and Wake-Up Light does not turn on, you can try our
troubleshooting advice below to solve this issue yourself.
Device needs to be restarted
You can try resetting your Philips Somneo Sleep and Wake-Up Light by pressing the reset
button on the back of your device.

The display of my Philips Somneo Sleep and Wake-Up Light is too
bright

Adjust the settings of the Philips Somneo Sleep and Wake-Up Light
You can adjust the display contrast from level one to level six. Choose a level that is optimal for
you to see the display at night. The Philips Somneo Sleep and Wake-Up Light automatically
adjust the contrast level when the light in your bedroom becomes brighter.
Switch the display of the Philips Somneo Sleep and Wake-Up Light off
You can switch off the display completely by pressing the display button (see picture below) if
you do not want any light (including from the clock) coming from the Philips Somneo Sleep and
Wake-Up Light.

To check the time or select a function while the display is off, just place your hand near the
display and it will turn on for a few seconds.
