6 Smart Aroma troubleshooting
Problem 1
Philips car aroma diuser
sometimes stops working after
being connected to a battery bank.
Solution 1
Philips car aroma diuser has
been designed for automotive
use, the device can also work
when the USB cable is plugged
to a socket at home via an
adopter, on the other hand,
for power banks there might
be compatibility issues.
Problem 2
There is sound coming from
Philips car aroma diuser
when it is switched on.
Solution 2
This sound comes when the
device is in operation and is
the sound of the motor. when
device is powered on or we
switch the scent by single
touch of the top button or by
using app.
Problem 3
Philips car aroma diusor
doesn’t work after USB cable
insert.
Solution 3
Please touch the power button
to start Philips car aroma
diuser, it will be in manual
mode when 1st time connect.

6 智能香薰故障排除
问题1
飞利浦车载香薰在连接到移动
电源后有时会停止工作。
解决方案1
飞利浦车载香薰专为汽车使用
而设计，该设备也使用USB线
通过适配器连接家用插座，同
时，请注意可能存在移动电源
兼容性问题。
问题2
飞利浦车载香薰开机时有声音。
解决方案2
此声音是设备运行时发出的电
机声。当设备接通电源，或者
用户单击触摸顶部按钮或使用
APP切换香味时，均会出现该
运行声。

飞利浦车载香薰插入USB线后
不工作。
