- After the product has been repaired, it should function
properly and has to meet the safety requirements as
officially laid down at this moment.

DISASSEMBLY- AND RE-ASSEMBLY ADVISE
-Before you start dismantling!
For your safety be sure the plug is
disconnected from the mains!
REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS
Note:
Be aware of the sharp edges of the appliance,
Use hand cloves to repair the appliance.
1. Remove the Lid assy (4). Use a Phillips screwdriver to
remove screw A.
2. Remove the Control panel assy (3). Remove the 2 screw
covers (12) out of the panel and use a Phillips screwdriver
to remove screws B.
(Tip: use an air pump to remove the screw covers)
3. Remove the Heating element assy (20). Remove the
5 screw covers (13) out of the cover and use a Phillips
screwdriver to remove the screws Cand D. Disconnect
the wires from the PCB.
(Tip: use an air pump to remove the screw covers)
4. Remove the PCB (17). Use a Phillips screwdriver to
remove screws Fand disconnect the wires.
5. Remove the Motor PCB (14). Use a Phillips screwdriver
to remove screws Gand disconnect the wires.
6. Remove the motor assy (15). Use a Phillips screwdriver to
remove screws H.

Control Panel Inspection Instruction
Bread maker test program:
Press the “START/STOP” button during Mains connection, then release the “START/STOP” button.
The system enters into diagnosis status, the LCD shows “1229” which indicates the software version. Press any other button except
“START/STOP” to switch to other tests.

If room temp is among 35-20-10, the AD
value will be among EA~F5~F8, if the room
temp out of spec, AD value will out of range

Root cause might be: PCB failure / Temp

If the temperature is between 35-20-10
degrees, the AD value should be between
73~9E~b5.
Attention, if the room temperature is not in
this scope, the AD value is out of spec.**

Press the “START/STOP” button to go back to the normal readiness. The buzzer should sound clearly.
* LCD Digital luminance uniformity; there shall be no more missing stroke, painting, and ghost phenomenon.
