1 Important
Read this user manual carefully before you use the appliance, and save
the user manual for future reference.
Warning
• Do not immerse the motor unit in water nor
rinse it under the tap.
• Before you connect the appliance to
the power, make sure that the voltage
indicated on the bottom of the appliance
corresponds to the local power voltage.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, its service
agent or similarly qualied persons in order
to avoid a hazard.
• Appliances can be used by persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use
of the appliance in a safe way and if they
understand the hazards involved.
• Children should be supervised to ensure
that they do not play with the appliance.
• This appliance shall not be used by
children. Keep the appliance and its cord
out of reach of children.
• Before you connect the mixer to the mains,
insert the beaters into the mixer.
• Switch o the appliance and disconnect it
from the mains if you leave it unattended
and before you assemble, disassemble and
clean it and before changing accessories or
approaching parts that move in use.
• Clean the mixer unit with a moist cloth.
Caution
• Never use any accessories or parts from
other manufacturers or that Philips does
not specically recommend. If you use
such accessories or parts, your guarantee
becomes invalid.
• This appliance is intended for household
use only.
• Do not exceed the quantities and processing
time indicated in the user manual.
• Do not process more than one batch
without interruption. Let the appliance cool
down to room temperature before you
continue processing.

2 Introduction

3 What’s in the box (Fig. 1)

4 Use the appliance (Fig. 2)
Before the rst use
Before you use the appliance for the rst time, thoroughly clean the
parts that come into contact with food.

Warning
• Before you switch on the appliance, lower the beaters into the
ingredients.
Switch on the mixer. Select a proper speed. To avoid splashing, start
mixing at a low speed, and then switch to a higher speed.
Tip
• Beaters are for whipping egg white, cream. It can also be used for mixing
cake batter, cookies dough, pancake, waes, and pu pastries etc.
• Dough hooks are for preparing yeast dough, pasta dough, etc.
• Start with speed 1 to prevent splashing. Then slowly increase the speed.
• For best results, use speed 5 for whipping.
• Use the Turbo button to get quick access to the maximum speed
• After processing large quantity ingredients or processing ingredients
for a long time, let your mixer cool down for two hours before
starting another operation.
• You may need to adjust the amount of liquid to form the dough
according to the humidity and temperature condition.
5 Cleaning (Fig. 4)
Caution
• Before you clean the appliance or release any accessory, unplug it.
1 Clean the motor unit with a moist cloth.
2 Clean the beaters and dough hooks in warm water with some washing-up
liquid or in a dishwasher.
6 Storage
1 Wind the power cord round the heel of the appliance.
2 Store the mixer unit and beaters in a dry place away from direct sunlight or
other sources of heat.

4 使用产品（图 2）
首次使用之前
首次使用本产品之前，请彻底清洁与食物接触的部件。
条状搅拌器/线状搅拌器/和面棒
使用方法：启动搅拌器，然后选择适当的速度开始工作。
为避免飞溅，请以低速度开始搅拌，然后切换至较高的速度。
提示
• 搅拌器用于搅打蛋清、奶油， 也可用于混合蛋糕糊、甜饼
面团、薄饼、华夫饼和奶酥等。
• 和面棒用于搅和发面团、意大利面面团等。
• 开始时使用速度 1，防止飞溅。随后缓慢加快速度。
• 要获得最佳效果，请使用速度 5 进行搅打。
• 使用“强劲模式”按钮可迅速达到最大速度。
• 在加工较大份量原料或长时间加工原料后，让搅拌器冷却
2 小时，然后再开始重新运行。
• 您需要根据湿度和温度条件来调节液体量，从而揉制
面团。
5 食谱
比萨面团
原料：
• 500 克家用面粉
• 50 克油
• 1 茶匙糖
• 1 茶匙盐
• 1 小包快速酵母
• 280 毫升温水
制作说明：
1 将面粉、糖、盐和酵母放入碗中。
2 将水和油倒入碗中。
3 开始加工时用低速加工30秒，然后逐渐转到最大速度并保
持至加工完毕。
4 搅拌原料,直至形成充分混合的球形。

7 存放
1 将电线缠绕在产品的底部。
