Installation

}Ensurethattheplugterminatorisinsertedatthesideoftheunit.
ConnectbaseunitandPNOZsigmacontactexpansionmodule:
}Removetheplugterminatoratthesideofthebaseunitandatthecontactexpansion
module.
}Connectthebaseunitandthecontactexpansionmoduletothesuppliedconnectorbe
foremountingtheunitstotheDINrail.
Installationincontrolcabinet
}Thesafetyrelayshouldbeinstalledinacontrolcabinetwithaprotectiontypeofatleast
IP54.
}UsethenotchontherearoftheunittoattachittoaDINrail(35mm).
}Wheninstalledvertically:Securetheunitbyusingafixingelement(e.g.retaining
bracketorendangle).
