Ghid rapid de utilizare
Camera cu IP PNI IP10MP
de exterior 720p
Acest manual este doar un ghid rapid de
utilizare pentru camerele cu IP PNI.
Pentru informatii mai detaliate, va
rugam sa consultati CD-ul inclus in
pachet.
Adresa IP selectata si alti parametri sunt
afisati in partea dreapta a ecranului.
Daca aduceti modificari parametrilor de
configurare, click pe butonul “Modify”
pentru a salva.
NOTA: Camera video trebuie sa fie in
aceeasi retea cu router-ul. Faceti click
pe butonul “similar to PC” pentru a
importa toti parametri de retea ai PC-
ului (Subnet Mask si Gateway).
NOTA: Pentru accesare via Internet
Explorer trebuie sa instalati plug-in-ul
ActiveX.
Setati nivelul de securitate al browser-
ului:
[Internet options] -> [Security] ->
[Custom level] -> [ActiveX] (click Enable
la toate optiunile).
Pentru instalarea plug-in-ului, accesati
http://xmeye.net sau instalati-l de pe
CD-ul inclus in pachet [Software]-
>[IEActive]->IE plug-in_V1.1.0.78.exe.
4.2 Acces software CMS
De pe CD-ul inclus in pachet, instalati
software-ul de management (CMS):
a. Dublu click pe fisierul Setup.exe, apoi
[English] -> [Software] ->[CMS].
b. D u b lu clic k p e iconit a C MS,
introduceti nume utilizator si parola.
Valori implicite:
- Utilizator: super
- Parola: necompletat
- Adaugarea manuala: Introduceti
numele dispozitivului, adresa IP, nume
domeniu sau seria camerei. Click OK
pentru a termina adaugarea.
NOTA: Pentru a adauga camera video
prin metodele: nume domeniu, cloud si
ARSP trebuie sa fiti conectat la internet.
d. Dublu click pe numele camerei video
in [Channel display area], click dreapta
pe nume canal pentru a selecta fluxul
principal si secundar.
4.3 Accesare prin dispozitive mobile
Retea compatibila: WiFi, 3G
Sistem de operare: Android, iOS
Software: VmEyeCloud
Sursa descarcare software: Google
Play, AppStore.
NOTA: Cand camera video este in
reteaua publica, poate fi accesata si prin
VmEye Super.
c. Accesati [Main menu] ->[System] -
>[Device Manager] pentru a adauga o
camera prin adresa IP, nume domeniu,
cloud sau ARSP.
Adaugarea camerei prin introducerea
adresei IP suporta atat adaugarea prin
cautare automata a IP-ului, cat si
m a n u a l a . C e l e l a l t e m e to d e d e
adaugare a camerei suporta doar
adaugarea manuala.
- Cautarea automata: click [IP search].
Vor fi afisate toate adresele IP online din
reteaua locala.
3.1 Pornirea dispozitivului
NOTA: Folositi doar adaptorul 12V DC
inclus. Folosirea altui alimentator poate
cauza f u n c t i o n area anormala a
dispozitivului sau chiar deteriorarea lui.
Dupa alimentarea la curent si la reteaua
de internet, asteptati 50 de secunde
inainte de a folosi camera.
3.2 Configurare IP
[Adresa IP]: implicit 192.168.1.10
[Subnet Mask]: implicit 255.255.255.0
[Default Gateway]: implicit 192.168.1.1
Deschideti CD-ul din pachet, faceti
dublu click pe fisierul Setup.exe si
urmati traseul: [English] > [Software] >
[Upgrade management] pentru a instala
aplicatia de detectare/configurare a
camerelor in retea.
4.1 Acces prin Internet Explorer
Deschideti Internet Explorer, introduceti
adresa IP in bara de adresa a browser-
ului sub forma: http://192.168.1.10
Introduceti nume utilizator si parola.
Valorile implicite sunt:
- utilizator: admin
- parola: necompletat
Va recomandam sa schimbati parola de
administrare imediat dupa prima logare
in sistem.
Dupa autentificare, accesati [Stream
menu] pentru a seta fluxul video
principal si secundar.

5.1 Acces PC
a. Accesati http://xmeye.net.
Autentificati-va:
b. Adaugati camera video urmand
indicatiile
Accesati [Device config] -> [Record] ->
[Record]:
[ C h a n n e l ] A l e g e t i c a n a l u l
corespunzator. Alegeti All pentru a
aplica setarile la toate canalele.
[Length] Lungimea fiecarei inregistrari
poate fin setata intre 1 - 120 minute.
Valoarea implicita este de 60 minute.
[Redundancy*] Alegeti aceasta functie
pentru a asigura un backup dublu al
inregistrarii.
*Functie activa doar pentru dispozitivele
de inregistrare care suporta instalarea a
doua HDD-uri.
[Record Control] Setati tipul de
inregistrare: Programata, Manuala sau
Stop, la intervale orare prestabilite sau
la detectie miscare.
[Manual] In modul Manual, inregistrarea
se face non-stop timp de 24 de ore.
[Stop] In modul Stop, inregistrarea se
intrerupe indiferent de modul si tipul de
inregistrare stabilit anterior.
[Period] Inregistrarea are loc doar in
intervalele orare prestabilite.
[Regular] Inregistare in intervalul orar
prestabilit. Fisierul are extensia R.
[Detect] Inregistrarea are loc in itervalul
orar prestabilit, doar la detectie miscare,
lipsa imagine sau functionare anormala.
Fisierul are extensia M.
[Alarm] Inregistarea are loc la pornirea
alarmei.
7.1 Instalare ActiveX IE
Instalare ActiveX IE in Windows 7
- Reduceti nivelul de securitate al
computerului. In meniul principal rulati
comanda “msconfig”, schimbati setarile
UAC, click “Enable”, selectati “Never
notify”.
- Setati nivelul de securitate IE
Accesati Control Panel>Network and
I n t e r n e t > N e t w o r k a n d S h a r i n g
Center>Internet Options. Selectati
nivelul de securitate. Activati Toate
optiunile ActiveX.
Instalare ActiveX IE in Windows XP
- In sistemele de operare XP este
necesara doar setarea nivelului de
securitate (respectati pasii descrisi la
Windows 7)
7.2 Mutarea obiectelor in cadru
genereaza o umbra in afisarea pe
ecran.
Cauza: dupa activarea obturatorului
electronic, rata de frame-uri este prea
mica.
Accesati [Device config]->[System
settings]->[Camera parameters] si
dezactivati “Electronic shutter”.
7.3 Actualizare nereusita
Cauza: Firmware-ul este incompatibil
cu modelul camerei video. Contactati
distribuitorul dumneavoastra pentru a

7.4 Eroare conectare la serviciu de
Cloud
- Accesati [Device config]->[System
settings]->[Network settings] pentru
configurare DNS
- Inchideti in router filtrul adresei MAC si
IP si toate limitarile accesului la reteaua
publica.
7.5 Sunteti autentificat in serviciul de
Cloud, dar nu puteti previzualiza
camera.
Cauza: ActiveX nu este instalat. Instalati
plug-in-ul ActiveX conform indicatiilor
din acest manual (punctul 7.1).
c. Click Login pentru a accesa interfata
Cloud. Faceti click in partea stanga a
e c r a n u l u i p e o c a m e r a p e n t r u
previzualizare.
d. Dupa ce ati configurat in mod corect
camera, o puteti accesa de oriunde atat
timp cat aveti acces la internet.
NOTA: Semnul rosu din partea stanga a
ecranului de previzualizare indica faptul
ca respectiva camera video nu este
conectata la serviciul cloud.

Fast Manual Instructions
Outdoor IP camera PNI IP10MP 720p
This operation manual is only for a brief
description of the product, for more
product information please open the
CDROM.
Choose IP address to config. IP address
and port are displayed on the right, you
can modify the IP parameters and click
"Modify" to save.
Note: IP address of the speed dome
must share the same network segment
with the router and conform to the
router's IP, and make sure the IP is not
conflicted in the network of LAN. Go
to[conform to local PC] to automatically
match subnet mask and default
gateway with local computer.
Note: Plug-ins need to be installed if you
login via IE browser. IE is default to
intercept plug-in.
Please set IE security level. Go to
<internet options>--<security>--<
Customized level>-<ActiveX >, enable
them all. Or go to our official website to
d o w n l o a d a n d i n s t a l l p l u g - i n s
(http:flwww.xmeye.net); Or get it from
t h e C D a n d i n s t a l l I E p l u g - i n
_V1.1.0.78.exe.
4.2 Client access
1. Open the CD, double-click Setup.exe,
go to [English] > [Software]> [CMS]to
install centralized network video
management software.CMS shortcut
icon will be displayed when installed
successfully.
2.Double-click CMS shortcut icon, input
user name and password( user name:
super, no password) to login.
-Manual add: Input the device name, IP
address, domain name or serial number
of the speed dome, click "ok" to finish
the adding.
Note: Domain name, clouds and ARSP
are under public network to add the
device and that need Speed dome
connected to Public network.
4. Double-click speed dome name in
<channel display area>, right-click the
channel name to choose main stream or
sub-stream.
4.3 Mobile Access
Network environment: WIFI, 3G
Mobile system: Android, Apple
Software Name: VmEyeCloud
Software Download: Google Market,
App store. Note: if the speed dome can
be visited on public network, it also can
be achieved via VmEyeSuper on public
network.
3.Go to [Main Menu] > [System] >
[Device Manager J to add speed dome
to client, you can add camera via IP
address, domain name, cloud or ARSP.
Added cameras will be displayed in
channel display area. Adding visa IP
supports both search adding and
manual adding, adding by others
methods support manual adding only.
- Search add: click [IP search] ,all online
IP address will be displayed, select one,
click OK to finish. Note: Search function
only support adding via IP address.
3.1 Boot up
Please use the formal 12V DC power
adapter; otherwise the camera will work
abnormal or even damage.
Please use the positive power of about
50 seconds of network cameras start
complete, the network camera through
a cable connected to the LAN.
3.2 IP config
[IP address]:default is 192.168.1.10
[Subnet Mask]:default is 255.255.255.0
[Gateway]:default is 192.168.1.1.
Open the CD, double-click Setup.exe,
go to [English]> [Software]> [Upgrade
management] to install upgrade
management tools. Then click [IP
search],all online IP address of the
monitoring devices within the LAN will
be searched and displayed.
4.1 IE Access
Open web browser, enter IP address,
take 192.168.1.1 O as an example,
input http: //192.168.1.10 to connect.
Enter user name and password
(default user name is admin, no
password). Change the administrator
password timely after login.
After successful login, go to [stream
menu] to connect main stream or
substream.

5.1 PC access
a. Visit http://xmeye.net.
Login:
b. Install it step by step according to the
guides prompt message.
Go to [Device config] -> [Record] ->
[Record]:
[Channel] Choose the corresponding
channel number. Choose "ALL" to make
all the channels with same configuration
[Length] the time length of each video
file can be set between 1 min to 120min.
60 minutes is default value.
[Redundancy*] Choose the redundancy
function to double backup the file.
*Available only for devices with two
HDD.
[Record Control] Set video state: timing,
manual or stop. Configuration: Record
according to the set video type
(common, detection) and time section.
[Manual] Corresponding channel starts
recording 24 hours non-stop.
[Stop] Whatever state the channel is in,
the corresponding channel recording
stops when stop button is selected.
[Period] Set the time section of common
recording, The recording will start only
among the set range.
[Regular] Record according to the set
time section. The video file type is "R".
[Detect] Within the set time section,
trigger the motion detect, video blind,
video loss or abnormal analysis. When
above alarm is set as ope n i n g
recording, the recording detection state
is on. The video file type is M.
[Alarm] when alarm happen, trigger
alarm input, the recording detection
state is on.
7.1 IE ActiveX installation
IE ActiveX installation in WIN7
- Lower PC security level: In the main
menu, run"msconfig", change UAC
settings, click "enable" , select "Never
notify."
- Set IE security level
Go to Control Panel> Network and
Internet>Network and Sharing Center>
Internet Options, select the Custom
Level; enable all the ActiveX controls
and plug-ins.
IE ActiveX installation in XP
In XP system, only need to set IE
security level, operation same as Win7.
7.2 Moving object has dragged
shadow in the live screen
It's caused
It's caused by insufficient frame rate
after enable electronic shutter. In dark
environment, our speed dome camera
wi ll o pen the electronic shutter
automatically to get good image, it will
come out dragged shadow as lengthen
exposure time and lower stream, and
you can go to <device config>-<system
settings>-<camera parameters> to
close •electronic shutter-
7.3 Upgrade failed
Upgrade firmware doesn't match
product model, please contact us to get
the correct one.

7.4 Connect cloud service failed
Go to [Device Config]> [System
Settings]> [Network Settings] to config
DNS, make sure it shares with LAN
router.
2. Turn off the router's MAC address
filtering, IP address filtering and other
limit connections to public network.
7.5 Cloud server login, but can not
get live videos
IEActiveX is not installed, so follow
instruction to install ActiveX, please
close anti-virus software before
installing it, otherwise it will intercept the
installations of IE ActiveX or make the
installation uncompleted.

c. Click "Login" to enter cloud service
interface, double-click left camera with
alias name to connect to the preview.
d. After successful configuration,
wherever and whenever you are, as
long as you can surf the Internet, you
can get access to the device.
NOTE: When left device name shows
with red cross, it means speed dome is
not connected with cloud service
website.
