Pre Charge (3)
▪Ide tifies the battery voltage before chargi g.
▪If the battery voltage is lower tha the refere ce voltage, the
battery will be pre-charged i order to avoid damage to the
battery.
▪12V: 5-8V 2 mi utes, 8-10V 9 hours.
▪24V: 5-16V 2 mi utes, 16-20V 9 hours.
Constant Current (4)
▪The mai chargi g phase.
▪The battery will be charged with the maximum curre t as
quickly as possible.
▪70%~85% of the battery is charged i this stage.
Constant Voltage (5)
▪The boosti g phase.
▪The charger co sta tly adjusts the charge so as the battery
voltage gets higher, the chargi g curre t becomes smaller.
▪Co sta t voltage chargi g e ds whe the chargi g curre t
drops to =< 0.5C, at which time the battery should be almost
fully charged.
Re ondition (6)
▪Whe the battery has reached maximum voltage, the charge
cha ges to reco ditio mode si ce some batteries ca be
charged to 15.7V.
▪This charge lasts 2±0.2 hours at most a d is o ly activated by
selecti g 12V/RECON.
Voltage Analysis (7)
▪The i ter al circuit automatically detects the variatio of
battery voltage.
▪A alarm will sou d whe the voltage exceeds 2V (12V) or 4V
(24V).
