SAFETY INFORMATION AND WARNINGS
After receiving product, p ease unpack and check if there are any damages caused by transportation. Do not use the fixture if
transportation damages occur and contact the manufacturer or the dea er as soon as possib e.
The product is on y for indoor use, IP20. Use on y in dry ocations. Keep this device away from rain and moisture, excessive heat,
humidity and dust. Do not a ow its contact with water or any other iquids .
The unit is on y intended for insta ation, operation and maintenance by qua ified personne .
The product must be insta ed in a ocation with good venti ation, at east 50cm from adjacent wa surfaces. Be sure that no fans and
venti ation s ots are b ocked.
Do not project the beam onto inf ammab e surfaces, minimum distance is 1.3m. 1.3m
Avoid ooking into the ight from the fixture direct y (especia y to Epileptic Patients) . The ight is harmfu to the eye.
Do not attempt to dismant e and/or modify the product in any way.
E ectrica connection must on y be carried out by qua ified personne .
Before insta ation, ensure that the vo tage and frequency of power supp y match the power requirements of the fixture .
It is essentia that each fixture is correct y earthed and that e ectrica insta ation conforms to a re evant standards.
Do not connect this device to any other types of dimmer apparatus.
Make sure that the power-cord is never crimped or damaged by sharp edges. Never et the power-cord come into contact with other cabes.
If the fixture is not in use or before it being c eaned, p ease ho d the p ug and unp ug the power cord . Never pu out the p ug by
tugging the power-cord.
The fixture shou d a ways be insta ed with a secondary safety fixing. A safety cord is supp ied for this; it shou d be attached as shown
in “insta ing the unit” section. At the back cover of the base, there is a safety ho e for the safety cord, for safety insta ation, p ease
run the safety cord supp ied with the fixture through the safety ho e to support the safe insta ation.
Shie ds and ens sha be changed if they have become visib y damaged to such an extent than their effectiveness is impaired, for
examp e by cracks or deep scratches.
Exterior surface temperatures of the uminaire after 5 minutes operation is 45℃, when steady, it achieves 50℃,
There is no user repairab e parts inside the fixture, do not open the housing and never operate the unit with the covers removed. Before
the use of the fixture, p ease check if the covers are fixed we and a screws are fastened.
If any questions, don’t hesitate to consu t your dea er or the manufacturer.
Important: Always disconnect from Power Supply, w en t e device is not in use or before cleaning or
any maintenance work!

PRODUCT INSTALLATION
WARNING：
Please run the safety cord through
safety hole and make sure that the
cord is property secured.
SAFETY CORD
CLAMP
Take 1 c amp and 1 the safety cord out from the package and mount 1 c amp on the BOTTOM of fixture with 2 retainers attached to
the c amp. Hang the fixture on the stee truss and fasten the retainers attached to the c amp. A ways ensure that the ocation that you are
going to mount the unit is secure and is strong enough to support the weight of the unit (See the WARNING as shown above) To pass
SAFETY CORD t roug t e SAFETY HOLE on t e back cover of t e base of t e fixture for safety! A ways ensure that the
unit is firm y anchored to avoid vibration and s ipping whi st functioning.

1. T e unit MUST be lifted or carried by t e HANDLES instead of clamps.
2. For safety t e safety cord s ould bear 10 times of t e unit’s weig t .

POWER SUPPLY CONNECTIONS
Connect the power cord as fo ows:

N (neutra ) =b ue
P ease be advised to notice power supp y’s vo tage and frequency meet what are described on the namep ate of the product. It is
recommended that each unit be power connected separate y so that they may be individua y switched on and off.
IMPORTANT
It is essential t at eac unit(yellow/green twin wire) is correctly eart ed and t e electrical installation conforms to all relevant
standards.
DMX CONTROL CONNECTION
Connection between contro er and unit and between one unit and another must be made with a 2 core-screened cab e, with each core
having at east a 0.5mm diameter. Connection to the DMX512 input and output ports of the unit is via 5 pin XLR p ugs and
sockets(which are inc uded with the unit). The XLR's p ugs and sockets are connected with wires as shown in the figure above. Note:
care shou d be taken to ensure that none of the pins touch the meta ic body of the p ug or each other. XLR’s p ug and socket must not
be connected with XLR contro wire in any way other than shown as above. The fixture accepts digita contro signa s in protoco
DMX512 (1990).
Connect the contro er’s output to the first fixture’s input, and connect the first fixture’s output to the second fixture’s input and connect
the rest fixtures in the same way. Eventua y connect the ast fixture’s output to a DMX terminator as shown in the figure be ow.

DMX TERMINATOR
In the Contro er mode, at the ast fixture in the chain, the DMX output has to be connected with a DMX terminator. This prevents
e ectrica noise from disturbing and corrupting the DMX512 contro signa s.
The DMX terminator is simp y a Canon connector with a 120Ω (ohm) resistor connected across pins 2 and 3, which is then p ugged
into the output socket on the ast fixture in the chain. The connections are i ustrated be ow.

PRODUCT FUNCTION SETUP

Fixture’s address and function code configuration can be set convenient y via Touch Key and LCD disp ay. Press button ENTER
more than 3 seconds to un ock pane . LED disp ay shows the fixture’s function menu. Each Option of the main menu has its own
sub-menu. Each menu stands for specified function of the fixture, p ease see the detai s in the fo owing:
Press button UP or DOWN if you want to set or browse through the various Setup Options.
Press button ENTER to save your settings or enter the sub-menus.

TO SET THE DMX START ADDRESS
If many fixtures are contro ed by the contro er, each fixture shou d be set with a start address to receive signa s sent by the contro er
and respond to it. The fixture have 2 DMX modes. There are standard mode and extended mode, For examp e standard mode has 17
channe s, so set the No. 1 Fixture’s address 001, No. 2 Fixture’s address 018, No. 3 Fixture’s address 035 and so on.
Switch on the Fixture. Press button ENTER more than 3 seconds to un ock pane .
Press either buttons of UP and DOWN, under 1st eve menu to ocate the menu of DMX ADDRESS, press ENTER to set DMX
address.
Press button UP and DOWN, you can set the address;
Press button ENTER to confirm; when powered on next time, it wi show the atest number you saved.
Press button FUNC, it wi return to the upper menu one by one.
STAND-ALONE MODE
Operate the fixture without connecting a contro er, enab e the master mode in the operation pane , the fixture wi run in Stand-A one
mode automatica y.
MASTER/SLAVE MODE
If many fixtures are connected under Master/S ave mode, use XLR-XLR contro cab e to connect the first fixture’s DMX output port
with the second fixture’s DMX input port, then to connect the second fixture’s output port with the third fixture’s input port and so on
unti a the fixtures are connected, the ast thing is to p ug the terminator at the ast fixture’s output port. In this case, the first fixture is
the master, others are s aves
Set the master’s address at 001, Master can be set at any mode(STD mode or extended mode) and s ave shou d be set at same mode as
the master’s.
After powered on, the group wi run under Master/S ave mode.

1. There is on y one projector to be set as a Master in a signa cab e if Master’s functions used, P ease disab e DMX contro

2. When mu tip e projectors’ work together in synchronous contro state, Parameters can be transmitted from the master
projector to the s ave projector such as DMX channe mode, Disp ay setting status ( Contrast setting exc ude ) and
operation mode ( User memory data is inc ude ) . Before parameters transmitted, the projector which wi send
parameters shou d be set as a Master and others be as S aves.

MAINTENANCE
If the Fixture does not function, check if the fuses on the power socket of the unit is broken or not, if broken, they shou d on y be
rep aced by fuses of the same specification. Shou d there be damaged ca a qua ified technician before rep acement. The fixture has
therma protection device that wi switch off the unit in case of overheating. Shou d any case ike this happen, check if the fans work
we or fans and fan screens are b ocked, restart the fixture before the prob ems have been found and reso ved.
Any maintenance work s ould only be carried out by qualified tec nicians.
PRODUCT CLEANING
To ensure the re iabi ity of the fixture it shou d be kept c ean. It is recommended that the fans shou d be c eaned every 15 days. The
ens shou d a so be regu ar y c eaned to maintain an optimum ight output. Do NOT use any type of solvent containing c emical
elements.
C eaning interva s depends on the environment in which the fixture operates and use frequency. A soft c oth and typica g ass
c eaning products shou d be used in c eaning the fixtures. It is recommended to c ean the externa optica system at east once every 20
days.
Do not use any organic solvent, e.g. alco ol, to clean t e ousing of t e apparatus to avoid damages
TROUBLE SHOOTING
PROBLEM ACTION
The fixture can not start
