Prince Castle's Portion-Alldispensers help any foodservice

sauce. Whether you purchase ketchup in bottles or #10
cans, the Ketch-Alldispenser makes sure you get every
drop you paid for. The clog-free valve makes filling glass or
plastic bottles easy.

LIMITED WARRANTY
This product is warranted to be free from defects in
material and/or workmanship for a period of one
year from date of original installation, not to exceed
18 months from date of shipment from our factory.
Any component which proves to be faulty in material
and/or workmanship will be replaced or repaired (at
the option of Prince Castle, Inc.) without cost to the
customer for parts or labor.
This warranty is subject to the following exceptions/
conditions:
!Use of any non-genuine Prince Castle parts
voids this warranty. All genuine Prince Castle
replacement spare parts are warranted for ninety
(90) days from date of purchase.
!Damage caused by carelessness, neglect, and/
or abuse (e.g., dropping, tampering or altering
parts), equipment damaged in shipment, by fire,
flood or an act of God is not covered under this
warranty.
!This unit is portable, charges for on location
service (i.e. trip charges, mileage) are not in-
cluded in the provisions of the warranty.

INSTALLATION
1. After you have removed the dispenser from the
carton, inspect the unit for signs of damage. If there
is damage to the unit:
!Notify carrier within 24 hours after delivery.
!Save carton and packing materials for inspection
purposes.
!Contact the Prince Castle Customer Sales
Department at 1-800-722-7853 to arrange for
a replacement to be sent.
2. Verify that all parts have been received.
3. Cap the unslotted leg ends (3) with rubber feet
provided.
4. Insert the slotted end of each of the three legs (B)
into the leg holders located at the base of the tank
(A). See figure 1.
5. Place bottle rack (C) on the top of the tank (A) so
the slots and in the rim fit together. Turn the bottle
rack until it locks into place. See figure 1.
OPERATION (figures 2 & 3)
1. Place bottles or can to be drained in rack.
2. To fill containers, center them directly below drain
spout, push the release valve and fill container.
Pull valve back to shut off flow.

3. If additional height is required to accommodate
container, lengthen legs by adjusting rubber feet.
IMPORTANT: Do not allow partially empty bottles to
accumulate. Instead, place these bottles in the Ketch-
Alldispenser to drain as soon as each nears the
empty level. This utilizes the Ketch-Allstorage
capacity of more than 18 bottles, assuring a ready
supply of ketchup when needed.
CLEANING
With legs removed, the tank, bottle rack, and cover can
be run through the dishwasher for quick and easy
cleaning.
