Operation
• Turn the thermostat clockwise until it clicks.
• The heater has three settings: “Fan”, “I” and “II”.
• The “Fan” setting has no heating and just provides ventilation.
• Turn the dial to “I” for low power heating.
• Turn the dial to “II” for full power heating.
• Turn the right hand dial to “O” to switch the heater off again.
NOTE: Theheatermayemitasmallamountofsmokeandodourwhenusedforthersttime.Thisisnormalandcausedbythe
lubricant on the heating element during the production process. It is non-toxic. If the smoke and odour are excessive, use the
heater in a ventilated area. The smoke and odour should disappear after a few minutes of use.

• If the heater switches off before the room reaches the desired level, turn the thermostat clockwise to increase the temperature
setting.
• The heater will switch on and off automatically to maintain this temperature.
WARNING: Do not leave the appliance switched on and unattended at any time.
Troubleshooting
• Theheateristtedwithasafetydevicewhichwillswitchofftheheaterintheeventofaccidentaloverheating(e.g.obstruction
of intakes and outlets grilles etc.). To reset the appliance, disconnect the heater from the main power and allow it to cool
down, then remove any obstructions.
• If the appliance will not operate, check that the surface is level and the tilt switch is being depressed.

• Always remove the plug from the socket-outlet and allow the heater to cool down before cleaning it.
• Clean the air inlet/outlet grilles frequently, using a soft, dry cloth, to prevent dust building up.
• Do not use any chemicals, abrasives or solvents that may damage the heater.
• Do not allow water to enter the appliance.
• To store the heater, place it in a clean, dry environment, ensuring it is protected from dust.
