• The Rod adapter already has four bolts.
Loosen and remove them with the help
of an Ellen key.
• Align the threads of the rod adapter and
the robust plaorm together and secure
them with bolts.
• Insert the Castor wheel into the rod
adapter hole and securely ghten it with
a 5/16mm Allen key.
• Tighten the bolts using a 5/16 Allen key.
• Remove the bush from the bolt. Aach it
to any of the three holes present on the
side of the rickshaw plaorm.

• Insert the bolt into the center hole of the
wheel. Then bolt this wheel through 3
holes present on the side of the plaorm.
Repeat the same process on the other
side of the plaorm.
• Tighten the bolts using a 19mm spanner
to secure the wheels to the plaorm.
• Mulple threads are provided on the
robust plaorm. Adjust and mount your
seat adaptor anywhere on the plaorm
as per your needs and re-ghten the
bolts using a 5/16mm Allen key.
• To adjust the seat mount adaptor, loosen
the ratchet knob and remove the bolts
with the help of a 5/16mm Allen key.
• Insert the seat bridge into the seat
mount adaptor and secure them
together with the ratchet knob.

• The seat pole has a height adjusng
feature so you can easily set your seat up
and down. Lock the seat to your desired
posion using the seat break.
• Using a 2.5mm Allen key, loosen the bolt
of the handle support rod and remove it.
Align the handle support rod thread with
the thread on the telescopic chassis rod.
Note: There is a thread opon on the
telescopic chassis rod for aaching the
support rod.
• Pull the red pull pin and insert the main
chassis into the adjustable end mounts.
• Then insert the bolt into the telescopic
rod and secure it with an Allen key.
• Secure the main chassis using the ratchet
knob. To extend the length of the main
chassis, Insert rods on both sides of the
chassis and secure them using a 6mm
Allen Key.
• Using a 5mm Allen key, loosen the
telescopic push/pull handle rod mount
and adjust the length as per your needs.
Then, secure it using the same Allen key.

• Secure the top handle rod mount and the
adjustable end mount together using an
Allen key.
• Now, Insert a rod (Not-Included) into the
rod mount accessory and securely
ghten it with the ratchet knob.
• Insert the footrest by aligning it with the
rickshaw plaorm thread. Then, secure it
correctly with the footrest knob, as
shown in the picture.
