Technical information
Mains voltage: 230V (50Hz)
Power: 1000W - 2000W
IPX0 (no protection against water)
No heat-up time! Immediately emits heat.
Overheat protection.
With variable thermostat.
With indicator light.
Ideal for use in verandas, bedrooms, the office, attic
spaces or dry spaces measuring approximately
24m³.
Safety precautions
To ensure safe operation of your heater, the
appliance must be connected in accordance with the
indications in the manual.
The appliance is only suitable for domestic use
within the home.
Do not use the appliance in humid spaces, such as
bathrooms and utility spaces.
When the heater is covered, then this can result in a
fire hazard.
Place the appliance only upright and on a level, dry
base.
The surfaces, and especially the grate, become very
hot during operation. Make sure that small children
cannot touch these surfaces.
No objects may be inserted through the appliance's
grate openings. This can disturb proper operation
and potentially lead to combustion of the object.
Never use the appliance in combination with a time
switch. The automatic operation of heaters can
result in a hazard during your absence.
The mains lead is not allowed to be run across the
hot appliance.
Electrical heaters are designed as additional heating
and are not suitable for main heating during the cold
season.
When the appliance has fallen, first disconnect the
power supply, before returning the appliance to its
upright position and if necessary remove what
caused it to fall.
Position the heater at a distance of at least 100cm
from the wall and from inflammable objects (such as
furniture, cushions, paper, and plants). This
appliance is only allowed to be used mounted to the
wall.
Never leave your appliance unattended. Also always
pull the plug out of the socket when you leave the
room.
Do not use an extension lead.
Always pull the socket plug from the wall socket
when the fan heater is not used. Never pull the
mains lead to pull the socket plug.
The cable may not be placed over the hot appliance.
So never place the appliance directly below a plug
socket.
Connection
The heater is supplied with a socket plug. Never
operate the appliance with a damaged mains lead
and/or plug, or after a malfunctioning of the heater has
occurred or after it has been damaged in any possible
way.
The replacement of a mains lead and/or plug should
only be performed by a qualified expert, who is familiar
with the applicable regulations.
Operation and functions
Operation:
Insert the socket plug in the wall socket (switch S in
position 0).
Turn the switch to turn on the fan heater.
Use:
The thermostat will automatically maintain your
desired room temperature.
Turn the right switch according to the desired power:
a) c: OFF
b) u: fan
c) y: 1000 W
d) yy : 2000 W
Turn the thermostat fully clockwise until you hear a
click. The heater is now activated. If you continue
turning the knob, you turn up the heating even more.
When the indicator light is on, the heating is active.
The thermostat switches the heater automatically on
and off.
Cleaning
We recommend carefully cleaning the heater once a
month to remove dirt and dust. This is to allow the
heater to operate efficiently and safely.
Always turn off the thermostat and pull the plug from
the wall socket. Make sure the appliance has
completely cooled down before cleaning it.
Clean the housing with a clean, soft and lightly
damp cloth. Never clean the heating elements or
thermostat in water. Blow as much dust as possible
off the heating elements. This lengthens the working
life and reduces the risk of fire.
Keep the box for storage during periods that you are
not using the ceramic heater. After all, the heater
must also be kept free of dirt and dust during
storage.
