by PS GmbH.
PS locks are easy to install, simple to program and
useful in many indoor applications.
Since 986, PS GmbH has been recognized as a
reliable supplier and wholesaler of furniture components.
With a brand new owned building, the whole
production and development moved back to Austria in
the year 20 2.

ACCESSORIES
The 3 volt lithium battery has life-span of
0 years with the 25 kHz and 3 years with
the 3,56 MHz technology. The battery has
enough power to open the lock more than
30,000 times. When the battery starts to run
out, the lock will no longer lock and a
continuous tone will sound for 5 seconds, at
this point change the battery.
 3 5 BATTERY
With a stamp in the metal door, the
internal antenna of the SOLO and S0L0 3
lock will work through the metal door.
 METAL KIT
This set is similar to the metal kit and
consists of an additional adhesive glue
tape. Depending on where the force is
applied, the double-sided sticky tape on
an untreated surface will hold up to 25 kg
or 45 kg (55 bs or 99 bs), depending on
the direction of pull.
 3 6 GLASS SET
The cable is ,5 m long and can be
plugged directly into the lock. Each
converter can supply a maximum of 5
locks. Please note: Never use transformers
and batteries at the same time!

different keys per lock.

This chip key is extremely small with
a diameter of approx. 30 mm. It can be
easily attached to a key ring. The
maximum range is 20 mm.

The locking part "latch74" unites the 3-dimensional
adjustment with an elegant design.
 With a 90° mounting possibility, the "latch74" is used for
swing doors and drawers.
 The integrated ejector with a force of 5,4N opens the
door automatically as soon as the lock is unlocked.
Hinges with locking function can cancel this function.
 Thanks to the elegant cover, the mechanism is
protected against dirt and can also be cleaned
easily.
 The assembly and the fine adjustment of the locking
part are simple and can be done in a very short time
with standard screwdrivers.
 Carbon-reinforced material as well as high flexibility
due to the adjustability in height, depth and to the
side mark the locking part.
 Ideally, the locking bolt is located exactly in the
middle after assembly.
 The integrated rated breaking point of 35 kg protects

This latch is used at sliding doors as well as at the back
wall of a drawers. The latch has a predetermined
breaking point of 35 kg.
The flexible pin allows a tolerance +/- 2 mm.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Lock is open and the keys are not working:
 The battery low alarm was activated.
 Please insert a new battery.
Key is not working:
 Is there any sound? If so, please try to
activate the key with the programming card.
 No sound: Try to find the right position at the
furniture. The keys have a higher range if you
place them fast at the right point than
moving slowly.
I lost my key:
 Delete all keys with the programming card.
 Activate all keys again.
The programming card does not work:
 Do you have a second card?
 If not, please unscrew the locks, press the
button on the backside and teach the lock
the programming card again.
Motor runs, lock stays locked:
 Maybe there is some pressure on the bolt in
the lock.
 Move the door in all possible directions and
try it again.
 Press the door in and use your key again.
 Adjust the locking devices after such a
problem.
No sound with any card:
 Use a flat iron part (not a screwdriver) and
break up the furniture. The rated breaking
point at the latch will save the furniture.

SECURITY ADVICE
 FIXING THE LOCKS
Tighten with care and manually.
Please avoid using any strong
electrical power.
 DISPOSAL
All waste electrical and electronic
equipment must be collected
separately from general rubbish to be
reused or recycled.
 STORE
Whenever you prepare locks in advance, please
remove the battery immediately. Insert the battery
again when you have the minimum distance.
 DISTANCE IN BATTERY MODE
To avoid disturbances between the locks,
please keep a minimum distance of
< 0 cm >
 PLEASE TAKE CARE OF:
 Don't use any additional pusher,
"push-to-open" or "tip-on"
 Range of temperature: 5-35°.

PROGRAMMING INSTRUCTIONS
ACTIVATING THE PROGRAMMING CARD
Press the button on the rear side <(li>
The lock will make a ticking sound (signal). Hold the
programmable card on the lock within 3 seconds of
hearing this signal.
Two short ascending tones will confirm that the
programming card has been saved successfully.
INITIALIZING A KEY
Initializing the key card or chip key
Please place the programming card onto the lock.
The lock will make a ticking sound (signal). Place the
key card or chip key onto the lock within 3 seconds
of hearing this signal.
Two short ascending tones will confirm that
initialization was successful.
The lock can now be opened using the key card or
the chip key.
Tip: A maximum of 49 different keys can be
initialized.
DELETING THE KEY CARD OR CHIP KEY
Key access denied
Please place the programming card onto the lock.
The lock will make a ticking sound (signal). Place the
key card or chip key onto the lock within 3 seconds
of hearing this signal.
Two short ascending tones will confirm that deletion
was successful.
Tip: To delete all keys at once, place the
programming card onto the lock for several
seconds.

BLUETOOTH
PROGRAMMING INSTRUCTIONS
Each lock has an internal user and an administrator
code. After downloading and installing the App
„PSLocks“ from the Apple Store or Google Play Store,
you have to get paired once with the correct code
to use the lock.
All users have access to the audit trail and they can
create individual lock-groups to open several locks at
the same time.
The administrator may change:
 User code and administration code
 Name of the lock
 Time before the lock closes automatically
 Several functions for the usage in a gym / free
locker mode

ZUBEHÖR
Lithium-Batterie mit 3 Volt mit einer Le-
bensdauer von ca. 0 Jahren beim SOLO
und 2 Jahre beim SOLO 3. Die Energie reicht
für über 30.000 Öffnungen. Geht die Batterie
zu Ende, schließt das Schloss nicht mehr und
es ertönt ein Dauerton von 5 Sekunden.
 3 5 BATTERIE
Mit einer einfachen Ausstanzung funk-
tionieren die SOLO Schlösser auch durch
Metalltüren. Lassen Sie dem Design freien
Lauf und gestalten Sie Ihre eigene Ab-
deckfolie mit LOGO, Schranknummer ...
 METALL SET
Dieses Set besteht aus einer Platte für
das Schloss, einer schwarzen Folie, den
Klebeflächen und den dazugehörigen
Schrauben. Auf einer unbehandelten
Oberfläche hält das doppelseitige Klebe-
band je nach Zugrichtung 25 kg oder
45 kg.
 3 6 GLASS SET
Mit einer Anschlussleitung von ,5 m und
einem Stecker zur Anschlussplatte kommt
dieser externe Konverter häufig zum Ein-
satz, wenn die Schlösser nach dem Ein-
bau nicht mehr zugänglich sind für einen
Batteriewechsel. Je Konverter können
maximal 5 Schlösser versorgt werden.

Die Programmierkarte dient zum
Einlesen von neuen Schlüsseln und wird
z. B. von einem Hausmeister benutzt, der
mit einer Programmierkarte dann alle
Schlösser bedient.
Sie können die Programmierkarte einem Schloss zu-
ordnen, indem Sie den Knopf auf der Rückseite drücken
und dann innerhalb von 3 Sekunden diese Programmier-
karte anlegen.
 3 1 PROGRAMMIERKARTE
Es handelt sich hierbei um einen auf
das Schloss abgestimmten RFID-
Transponder mit 25 kHz. Die Reichweite
liegt bei ca. 30 mm. Aufpreis für Sonder-
druck auf Anfrage.
 3 3 SCHLÜSSELKARTE
Mit einer Breite von ca. 30 mm ist der
Schlüsselchip sehr klein gebaut. Die
Reichweite beträgt maximal 20 mm.
 3 2 SCHLÜSSELCHIP
ZUBEHÖR
Sollte das Schloss auf der Rücksei-
te einer Schublade angebracht sein,
so kommt diese Antenne zum Einsatz.
Die Länge der Anschlussleitung ist
,5 m und der Stecker kann direkt im
Schloss angesteckt werden.
Die Antenne hat eine Reichweite von mindestens
5 mm und kann somit auch hinter Holz angebracht
werden.
