Turn on the device by pressing the ON/OFF
button. The device turns on automatically.
The sensors are adjusted by the software.
In normal working state, press the „CLR“
key 5 times consecutively to enter main-
tenance menu interface.
Press the „ADD“ or „CLR“ key to navigate
the menu. Press the „ADD“ key twice to
select the „ SENSOR ADJUST“ option.
Afterwards press the „RESET/ENTER“ key,
to select the „SENSOR ADJUST“ option.
The calibration of the following sensors
can be performed:
4.1 Counting IR sensors
4.2 UV sensors
4.3 CIS white light
4.4 CISIR transmitted light
It shows the following display.
4.1 Calibration of Counting IR sensors

4.1.1
Once you have followed the steps 1. to 4.
and you arrive in the „SENSOR ADJUST“
interface, select „COUNTER ADJUST“
option by pressing the „CLR“ and „ADD“
key to navigate the menu. To select the
„COUNTER ADJUST“ option, press the
„RESET/ENTER“ key.
4.1.2
When the following messages are display-
ed, it means the machine is ready to adjust
the counting IR sensors.
4.1.3
To adjust the sensors, open the back cover
rst, then insert the pink calibration pa-
per, making sure the counting IR sensors
are fully covered. Close the back cover.
4.1.4
Press the „RESET/ENTER“ key, the machi-
ne will automatically adjust the sensors.
Then the following screen will be shown.
The EMIT-Value should be within
108~200, and the REC-Value should be
within 44~50. After the adjustment, re-
move the pink calibration paper. Press
the „CUR“ key to return to the „SENSOR
ADJUST“ interface.

navigate the menu. To select the „UV AD
JUST“ option, press the „RESET/ENTER“
key.
4.2.2

ed, it means the machine is ready to adjust
the UV sensors.
4.2.3
To adjust the sensors, open the back cover
rst, then insert the white calibration pa-
per, making sure the UV sensors are fully
covered. Close the back cover.
4.2.4
Press the „RESET/ENTER“ key, the ma-
chine will automatically adjust the sen-
sors. Then the following screen will be
shown. The EMIT Value should be within
108~240, and the REC Value should be
within 54~60. After adjustment, remove
the white calibration paper. Press the
„CUR“ key to return to the „SENSOR AD
JUST“ interface.

4.2 Calibration of UV sensors

interface, select „CISWHITE ADJUST“
option by pressing the „CLR“ and „ADD“
key to navigate the menu. To select the
„CISWHITE ADJUST“ option, press the
„RESET/ENTER“ key.
4.3.2
When the following messages are display-
ed, it means the machine is ready to adjust
the CIS white light.
4.3.3
To adjust the sensors, open the back co-
ver rst, then insert the grey calibration
paper, making sure the CIS white light are
fully covered. Close the back cover.
4.3.4
Drücken SiedieTaste „RESET/ENTER“,das
Gerät passt automatisch die Sensoren an.
Danach zeigt das Display folgende Dis-
playoberfläche an. Der REC- und EMIT-
Wert sollte zwischen 95~115 liegen. Nach
dieser Einstellung können Sie das graue
Kalibrierungspapier aus dem Gerät ent-
fernen. Drücken Sie die Taste „CUR“, um
zurück in die Bedienoberfläche „SENSOR
ADJUST“ zu gelangen.

4.4 Calibration of CISIR transmitted light
4.4.1
Once you have followed the steps 1. to 4.
and you arrive in the „SENSOR ADJUST“
interface, select „CISIR TRN ADJUST“ op-
tion by pressing the „CLR“ and „ADD“ key
to navigate the menu. To select the „CISIR
TRN ADJUST“ option, press the „RESET/
ENTER“ key.
4.4.2
When the following messages are display-
ed, it means the machine is ready to adjust
the CISIR transmitted light.
4.4.3
Open the back cover rst, then insert the
pink calibration paper, making sure the
CISIR transmitted light are fully covered.
Close the back cover.
4.4.4
Press the „RESET/ENTER“ key, the machi-
ne will automatically adjust the sensors.
Then the following screen will be shown.
The EMIT-Value should be within 105~180,
and the REC-Value should be within 53~73.
After adjustment, remove the pink calibra-
tion paper. You may turn o the device.
