Simulating output from thermal resistance or RTD
Note: Theinstrumentproducesthesimulationresistanceupto400Ωatits

‘Ix’producedbythecalibratedinstrument.BecauseR(setresistance)=
Vx(outputvoltage)/Ix(excitationcurrent),thecalibrateddevicemust

Note: Whentestingtheresistanceoutputofa4-wiresystemwhile
employing a 2-wire connection, you should take into consideration the
error(approx.0.1Ω)arisingfromtheleadresistanceofthetestleads.If
the capacitance between the resistance output terminal of the simulator
andthetestedinstrumentismorethan0.1µf,thesimulatorwillproduce
improper resistance.
