General Description I
REVEN®T-3 Innenansicht REVEN®T-3
Zur ühlung und Schmierung in Bearbeitungsmaschinen werden Werkstücke mit Öl
oder Emulsion besprüht. Zur Beseitigung dieser Flüssigkeiten und Späne nach dem
Bearbeitungsprozess können die Werkstücke direkt an der Bearbeitungsmaschine vom
Maschinenbediener mithilfe des REVEN®Luftreinigertisches und einer Druckluftpistole
abgereingt werden, ohne die Umwelt zu belasten und zu verschmutzen. Die steckerfertige
Einheit zur direkten Absaugung von der Bearbeitungsoberfläche benötigt nur zwei Press-
luftanschlüsse (alternativ ist auch die Verbindung beider Anschlüsse über ein Y-Stück möglich),
danach ist der REVEN®T betriebsbereit. Das Gehäuse ist stabil und verwindungsfrei aus
Edelstahl gefertigt. Serviceöffnung zur ontrolle und Überwachung des Flüssigkeitsbehälters.
Der Füllstand kann durch eine optische Füllstandsüberwachung kontrolliert werden und
über einen ugelhahn entleert werden.
➜ X-CYCL NE®Aerosolabscheider zur effektiven Abscheidung von Ölen,
Emulsionen und sonstigen Flüssigkeitsneblen (Aerosolen).
➜ Der REVEN®T Luftreinigertisch wurde in Übereinstimmung
mit EG-Richtlinien entwickelt, konstruiert und gefertigt.

Allgemeine Beschreibung II
General Description II
In order to ensure cooling and lubrication on processing machines, oil or emulsion is
sprayed onto the work pieces. After processing, the operator can remove these fluids from
the work pieces directly at the processing machine, along with any chips, with the help
of the X-CYCLONE®T and a compressed air pistol. Any pollution of the ambient air
can thus be avoided. The unit, which is delivered ready for connection, is designed for
direct extraction from the processing surface. Only two connections to the compressed air
system are required to make it ready for operation. Alternatively, both connections could
be linked with a Y-adapter if only one compressed air supply is available. The stainless steel
housing is stable and torsion-free. It is fitted with a service opening to inspect and monitor
the liquid level in the collecting tank. The filling level can be controlled visually and a ball
cock provides for drainage of the tank, if necessary.

dass keine Dämpfe, Gase und Nebel abgesaugt werden dürfen, die im Gerät

Absaugen von Medien mit niedrigem Flammpunkt
Durch die zunehmende Verwendung von Öl mit einem niedrigeren Flammpunkt
auf modernen Werkzeugmaschinen ➜ nimmt das Brand- und Verpuffungsrisiko
bei der Werkstoffverarbeitung generell zu. Wenden Sie sich im Zweifelsfall an
Fachfirmen für Brandschutzberatung und Brandschutzanlagen.

Our separators are delivered without explosion protection. This means that no vapors,
gases and mists that are themselves explosive or might form ➜ explosive media inside
the devices may be extracted.
Extraction of media with low ignition points
The steady increase in the use of oil with a low ignition point in modern machine tools
provokes a ➜ generally increased risk of fire and explosion in the field of material
processing. In case of doubt, please contact a competent specialized provider of fire
protection consultancy services and equipment.

Funktionsweise:
Der X-CYCLONE®Luftreinigertisch wird über die Druckluftanschlüsse des Geräts mit dem
Druckluftsystem vor Ort verbunden. Somit ist dieser voll funktionsfähig. Es sind keine weiteren
Anschlussarbeiten notwendig, um den REVEN®T in Betrieb zu nehmen. Zur Reinigung eines
Werkstücks mithilfe des Tisches dieses über die Arbeitsplatte halten oder darauf legen. Den Fußhebel
betätigen. Der dadurch unter der Arbeitsplatte erzeugte Underdruck unterstützt die Reinigung.
Das Werkstück mit Druckluft abblasen. Durch die gleichmäßige Anströmung des nachgeschalteten
Aerosolabscheiders wird die Wirkung erhöht. Die abgeschiedenen Medien werden im Flüssigkeitsbehälter
gesammelt und müssen entsorgt werden.

Operation:
The X-CYCLONE®air cleaner table is connected to the on-site compressed air system via the
compressed air connections at the device. After this, it is serviceable and can be put into operation
without any further connecting work. To clean a workpiece with the help of the table, hold it above
or place it onto the worktop. Actuate the foot pedal to generate a negative pressure underneath the
worktop, which facilitates the cleaning process. Clean the workpiece subsequently with the help of the
compressed air pistol. The uniform airflow to the aerosol separator downstream supports the process.
The separated media are collected in the liquid tank and must be disposed of.

*Lärmpegel tritt nur kurzfristig auf bei maximaler Betätigung der Pressluft
gemessen in einem Meter Abstand zum Tisch.
Venturisystem benötigt nur zwei Pressluft-
anschlüsse – keinen Elektroanschluss!
ACHTUNG:
➜ Weitere Sondergrößen können in jeder beliebiger Abmessung
auf Anfrage mit drei bis vier Wochen Lieferzeit angeboten werden!

Der X-CYCLONE®Luftreiniger T-Serie mit Induktionssystem
➜ ist nahezu wartungsfrei!
Er muss lediglich in regelmäßigen Abständen
abgereinigt werden. Dazu empfiehlt es sich,
die Arbeitsplatte herauszunehmen und den Bereich
darunter gründlich zu reinigen. Die Arbeitsplatte
muss dazu leicht angehoben (a) und dann nach
vorne herausgezogen (b) werden. Somit ist der
Bereich unter der Arbeitsplatte voll zugänglich
und kann gereinigt werden.
Außerdem empfehlen wir die regelmäßige Kontrolle
des Flüssigkeitsstands im Flüssigkeitsbehälter.
Sollte im Ölschauglas die Flüssigkeit sichtbar sein (c),
so muss diese abgelassen werden. Zum Ablassen
der Flüssigkeit Ölablasshahn (d) öffnen und
aufgefangene Flüssigkeit anschließend entsorgen.

Zur Entnahme des Flüssigkeitsbehälters
die Sicherungsstifte der Abdeckung entfernen
und den flexiblen Stutzen mit Abdeckung (e) nach
oben zusammen schieben. Anschließend kann
der Flüssigkeitsbehälter nach oben gedrückt und
nach vorne herausgezogen werden.

The X-CYCLONE®air cleaner T series with induction system
➜ is nearly maintenance-free!!
You simply need to clean it at regular intervals.
We recommend that you remove the worktop
to do this and clean the area underneath
thoroughly. Just lift the worktop slightly (a) and
extract it to the front (b). Now the area underneath
the worktop is fully accessible and can be cleaned.
We recommend in addition that you check the level
in the liquid tank at regular intervals. When the
oil level can be seen in the level inspection glass (c),
you should drain the tank. To do this, open the
oil drain cock (d), collect the running-off liquid
and dispose it.
To remove the liquid collection tank, remove
the safety pins from the cover and push
the flexible socket with the cover upwards.
After this, push the collection tank upwards
and extract it to the front.

Weisen die X-CYCLONE®Aerosolabscheider Verschmutzungen in Form von Verharzungen
oder Filterkuchen auf, sind diese z. B. mithilfe eines Hochdruckgerätes oder einer
Industriewaschmaschine zu reinigen. Bei der Abscheidung von Medien, von denen eine
mikrobiologische und biologische Gefährdung durch z. B. Bildung von Schimmelkulturen,
Viren oder Bakterien ausgeht, müssen unbedingt
➜ regelmäßige, kurze Wartungs- und Reinigungsintervalle eingehalten werden.
➜ Zur Reinigung der Filteranlage empfehlen wir den biologischen Entöler Oil-Free V2000.
Cleaning and Maintenance of the Separators
If the X-CYCLONE®aerosol separator show strong contamination in the form of gumming
or filter caking, they should be cleaned with the help of a high-pressure cleaner or an
industrial washing machine, for example. If the media to be separated constitute a biological
or microbiological hazard because they form mildew cultures, viruses or bacteria,
for example, it is imperative that
➜ regular maintenance and cleaning cycles be observed in short intervals.
➜ We recommend the biological oil remover Oil-Free V2000 for the cleaning of the filter system.

Wenn im Abscheider gesundheitsgefährdende Stoffe abgeschieden werden, muss vor
dem Öffnen der Serviceabdeckung entsprechende Schutzausrüstung getragen werden.
➜ Sonst besteht je nach Abscheide medium die Gefahr
von Vergiftung, Verätzung und / oder Verbrennung.
If materials that are hazardous to your health are separated in the device, put appropriate
protective clothing on before you open the service cover.
➜ This helps to avoid burns, poisoning and / or caustic burns
depending on the nature of the separated medium.

Wir empfehlen nach Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes ➜ das Schauglas täglich und den
Aerosolabscheider wöchentlich zu kontrollieren. Je nach Verschmutzungsgrad sollten
einsatzbedingte Reinigungsintervalle festgelegt werden.
We recommend ➜ inspecting the liquid level daily and the aerosol separator weekly
after commissioning of the device. The cleaning intervals should be set in accordance with
the degree of contamination and the frequency of use.
