Allgemeine Beschreibung I
General Description I
Der Luftreiniger X-CYCLONE®LM wird mit eingebautem Ventilator als anschlussfertiges
Gerät geliefert. Die Wartungstür des Geräts ist mit Schnellverschlüssen gesichert.
Das Edelstahlgehäuse mit Farblackierung in RAL 5002 ist stabil und verwindungsfrei
mit glatten nnenflächen.
➜ Gründliche Luftreinigung durch EUREVEN®F2011-Gasfilter zur Geruchsreduzierung
und HEPA H13-Hochleistungsfilter zu Abscheidung von Schadstoffpartikeln und Feinstaub.
➜ Ventilatorrad und Elektromotor in energieeffizientem Ecodesign
gemäß europäischer ErPRichtlinie.
➜Gehäuse 100% rostfrei gemäß den Richtlinien des
Warenzeichenverbandes Edelstahl Rostfrei e. V.

General Description II
The X-CYCLONE®LM air cleaner is delivered with an integrated fan ready for
connection. The maintenance door of the device is secured with quick-acting
closures. The stainless steel housing with a lacquer finish in RAL 5002 is stable
and torsion-free with smooth internal surfaces.
➜High-performance EUREVEN®F2011 gas filter for the reduction of odours and HEPA
H13 high-performance filter for the separation of fine dust.
➜Fan impeller and motor in energy-efficient eco-design as required
by the European Directive on Energy-related Products (ErP).
➜Housing 100% rustproof in accordance with the requirements of the German trademark
association for stainless steel Warenzeichenverband Edelstahl Rostfrei e. V.

Use of the devices in environments with a high risk of explosion
Our separators are delivered without explosion protection. This means that no vapors,
gases and mists that are themselves explosive or might form ➜ explosive media inside
the devices may be extracted.
Extraction of media with low ignition points
The steady increase in the use of oil with a low ignition point in modern machine tools
provokes a ➜ generally increased risk of fire and explosion in the field of material

Feststellen der Lenkrollen gegen Wegrollen sichern.

Mithilfe eines Luftstromwächters wird das Gerät überwacht.
Der ordnungsgemäße Betrieb wird durch die ➜ grüne LED signalisiert,
bei Verminderung des Luftstroms leuchtet die ➜ rote LED.
➜ Beim Aufleuchten der roten LED ist eine einigung
der Filter bzw. Abscheider notwendig!
An airflow monitor facilitates the control of the device.
Normal operation is indicated by the ➜ green LED.
An insufficient airflow is indicated by the ➜ red LED.
➜ When the red LED lights up, the filter and/
or separator needs cleaning.
Die Wartungsanzeige bzw. der Luftstromwächter
werden im Auslieferzustand auf die Gerätekonfiguration
eingestellt. Eine Nachjustierung der Stellschraube
vor Ort sollte nur nach Rücksprache mit dem
Rentschler REVEN Kundendienst erfolgen.
The maintenance indicator and/or the airflow monitor are
adjusted in the factory to the equipment configuration.
A subsequent adjustment at the place of operation
shall be coordinated with the Rentschler REVEN
field service.

Arbeiten an elektrischen Bauteilen /-gruppen dürfen ➜ nur von einer Elektrofachkraft
entsprechend den geltenden Vorschriften durchgeführt werden. Der Unternehmer oder
Betreiber hat ferner dafür zu sorgen, dass die elektrischen Anlagen und Betriebsmittel
entsprechend den geltenden Vorschriften betrieben und instand gehalten werden.
Bei Arbeiten an elektrischen Bauteilen/-gruppen ist darauf zu achten, dass das Gerät mit
einem Reparaturschalter vom Netz getrennt und gegen Wiedereinschalten gesichert wird.
Die Geräte sind bereits anschlussfertig verdrahtet und wurden vor der Auslieferung
sicherheitstechnisch überprüft. Sie entsprechen den VDE-Vorschriften.
ACHTUNG:
Der X-CYCLONE®LM-1 muss an den örtlichen Potenzialausgleich angeschlossen werden.
Örtliche Leitungen müssen gegen Überlast und Kurzschluss abgesichert sein.
➜Der elektrische Anschluss erfolgt über das Anschlusskabel.
Bitte beachten Sie den Anschlussplan auf S. 13.
Any work on electrical components/units may only be carried out by ➜ electrically skilled
personnel and must comply with applicable regulations. Furthermore, the contracting or
operating company must ensure that the electrical installations and working equipment are
operated and maintained in compliance with applicable regulations.
Before commencing any work on electrical components/units, make sure that you separate
the device from its power supply by means of a repair switch and secure it against
unintentional activation.
Our devices are wired ready for connection and their compliance with safety regulations was
tested prior to delivery. They comply with VDE directives.
ATTENTION:
The X-CYCLONE®LM-1 must be connected to the local potential equalization line.
Local lines must be secured against overload and short-circuits.
➜Use the connecting cable to connect the device to the power supply.
Please observe the connecting diagram on page 13.

Gefährdung durch Bildung von Schimmelkulturen, Viren oder Bakterien, z. B., ausgeht, müssen
➜ kurze Wartungs- und einigungsintervalle unbedingt regelmäßig eingehalten werden.
➜ Zur Reinigung der Filteranlage empfehlen wir den biologischen Entöler Oil-Free V2000.

Wenn im Abscheider gesundheitsgefährdende Stoffe abgeschieden werden, muss
vor dem Öffnen der Wartungstür entsprechende Schutzausrüstung angelegt werden.
➜ Sonst besteht je nach Abscheidemedium die Gefahr
von Vergiftung, Verätzung und / oder Verbrennung.

Vor Beginn der Arbeiten muss das Gerät abgeschaltet, vom Netz getrennt und
bis zur vollständigen Fertigstellung gegen Wiedereinschalten gesichert werden.
Prior to the commencement of work, switch off the device, disconnect it from its
power supply and secure it against unintentional activation.
Um die Filter zur Reinigung entnehmen zu können,
muss zuerst die Wartungstür abgebaut werden.
Dazu wie folgt vorgehen:
➜ Schnellverschlüsse ziehen und drehen
➜ Tür ein Stück weit aufklappen
➜ Tür nach links aus den Scharnieren
ziehen und beiseite stellen

➜ Drag and turn the quick-acting closures
➜ Open the door as shown in the illustration
➜ Pull the door to the left to separate
the hinges and store it in a safe place

Der HEPA H13-Hochleistungsfilter zur Abscheidung von Schadstoffpartikeln und Feinstaub
ist ein Wegwerffilter und muss ungefähr alle 12 Monate ausgetauscht werden. Wurde dieser
Filter beim Absaugen ➜ von gesundheitsgefärdenten Stoffen eingesetzt, muss er als
Sondermüll entsorgt werden.
ACHTUNG:
➜ Beim Einsetzen des HEPA H13- Feinstaubfilters darauf achten,
dass die ➜ Dichtungen nicht beschädigt werden.
➜ Wir empfehlen den Gasfilter alle 12 Monate im Rentschler REVEN-Werk
neu befüllen zu lassen.
➜ Der EUREVEN®F2011-Filter kann mithilfe eines Staubsauger gereinigt
werden oder mit Druckluft vorsichtig ausgeblasen werden. Bei starker
Verschmutzung empfehlen wir den Austausch des Filters.
The HEPA H13 high performance filter for the separation of pollutant particles and fine dust
is a disposable filter, which must be replaced every 12 months approximately. f this filter
was used to separate ➜ harmful substances, it must be disposed of as hazardous waste.
ATTENTION:
➜When inserting the HEPA H13 fine dust filter ➜ take care not to damage the gaskets.
➜We recommend having the gas filter filling replaced every 12 months
in the Rentschler REVEN factory.
➜You can clean the EUREVEN®F2011 filter with the help of a vacuum cleaner or
by blowing it off carefully with compressed air. f the filter is severely contaminated,
we recommend replacing it.

Nachdem alle Servicearbeiten am Gerät abgeschlossen sind, muss der Eingreifschutz
der Ventilatorkammer wieder eingesetzt und die Wartungstür geschlossen werden.
Upon completion of the maintenance work, reinstall the contact protection of the fan
chamber and close the maintenance door.
ACHTUNG:
➜ Das Gerät darf auf keinen Fall mit
geöffneter Wartungstür betrieben werden.
