HUSTON TASK FLOOR LAMP
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
INSTALLATION BY A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN IS STRONGLY
RECOMMENDED.
1. Do not break or pull out LED lightbulbs.
2. Indoor use only.
3. Do not look directly at the light.
4. Keep lamp away from materials that may burn.
5. If the supply cord or adaptor is damaged, it must be replaced only
by service agent or a qualied-technician.
WARNINGS
All wires are connected. When unpacking, be careful not to pull
wires, as a bad connection may result. Do not connect electricity
until your fixture is fully assembled. To reduce the risk of fire,
electrical shock, or personal injury, always turn off fixture and allow it
to cool prior to replacing the lightbulb. Do not touch or look directly
at the bulb when fixture is illuminated. Keep flammable materials
away from lit bulb.

WARNING: STRANGULATION HAZARD
Keep cord at least 3 feet away from cribs, bassinets, and toddler beds.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
1. Carefully remove all parts from the box and remove all plastic
coverings.
2. Join Lamp Pole (A) and Lamp Base (B) together, then slide Washer
(C) over the threaded nipple protruding through bottom of Lamp
Base (B).
3. Screw Hex Nut (D) on the threaded nipple and tighten using
T-Wrench (E).
4. Pull the wire until tight.
5. Remove plastic cover from the electrical plug.
6. Plug into a proper electrical outlet and test xture.
7. Assembly is complete.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Do not use polishes or cleaners on the lamp. Wipe clean with a soft, dry
cloth.
