IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
For safety purposes, this lamp is equipped with a polarized plug. If
the plug does not fit securely into the outlet, do not force it - contact
a professional electrician. Use the plug with an extension cord only if
it can be fully inserted into the cord’s socket. Never alter the plug in
any way.
Always disconnect the power before installing or replacing bulbs and
before cleaning or other maintenance. This fixture has been rated for
up to one (1) 9-watt GU10-base MR16 LED bulb. To avoid the risk of
fire, do not exceed the recommended wattage.
WARNINGS
All wires are connected. When unpacking, be careful not to pull wires,
as a bad connection may result. Do not connect electricity until your
fixture is fully assembled. To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock,
or personal injury, always turn off fixture and allow it to cool prior to
replacing the lightbulb. Do not touch the bulb when fixture is turned
on or look directly at lit bulb. Keep flammable materials away from lit
bulb.

Keep cord at least 3 feet away from cribs, bassinets, and toddler
beds. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
1. Carefully remove all parts from the box and remove all
plastic coverings.
2. Attach wall bracket (A) to the wall with screws (B).
3. Insert straight arm (C) into yoke (D) on curved arm (E) and
secure with large knurled knob (F). Yoke can be adjusted by
tightening or loosening the set screw on the yoke using the
small Allen wrench (G).
4. Slip cord (H) into slot in wall bracket, then slide lamp arm
assembly into wall bracket.
5. Angle of arms can be adjusted and locked by tightening
the small knurled knob (I) and large knurled knob (F).
NOTE: This lamp does not have adjustable height. Adjusting the
arms while the knurled knobs are tightened, or tightening the
knobs while the lamp arm is in a raised position, can cause
damage to the finish.
6. Install (1) bulb (J) into the shade (K) by inserting the pins on the
bulb into the socket and twisting clockwise to lock.
7. Insert plug into wall outlet to power the fixture. Dimmer switch
(L) is located on the cord. For best dimming performance, turn
the switch up to full brightness, before dimming down to the
desired level.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Do not use polishes or cleaners on your lamp. Just wipe clean with a
soft cloth. Please note that the Lacquered Burnished Brass finish is a
hand-rubbed patina finish, and natural variation will occur with wear.
