ABOUT YOUR WALL TYPE OR WHAT MOUNTING METHOD YOU
SHOULD USE, CONSULT A QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL OR YOUR
LOCAL HARDWARE STORE.
INSTALLATION BY A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN IS STRONGLY
RECOMMENDED.
IMPORTANT SAFETY FEATURES
BULBS
This lamp has been rated for one (1) 100-watt maximum Type A
incandescent lightbulb or one (1) 9-watt maximum LED lightbulb
(included). To avoid the risk of fire, do not exceed the recommended
wattage.
DIMMER SWITCH COMPATIBILITY
This lamp is dimmer-switch compatible and may only be used with a
mechanical dimmer switch.
WARNINGS
All wires are connected. When unpacking, be careful not to pull wires,
as damage may result. Do not connect electricity until the lamp is fully
assembled. To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock, or personal injury,
always turn off lamp and allow it to cool prior to replacing the lightbulb.
Do not touch or look directly at the bulb when lamp is illuminated. Keep
flammable materials away from lit bulb.
If the external flexible cable or cord of this lamp is damaged, it shall
be exclusively replaced by the manufacturer, their service agent, or a
similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
WARNING STRANGULATION HAZARD
Keep cord at least 3 feet away from cribs, bassinets, and toddler beds.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
THIS PRODUCT IS NOT A TOY AND HAS NO PLAY VALUE.
ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION
SHUT OFF THE MAIN ELECTRICAL SUPPLY FROM
THE FUSE BOX OR CIRCUIT BREAKER PANEL.
NOTE: Do not connect the electricity until lamp is fully assembled.
1. Remove all parts carefully from the carton. Do not throw away any
parts.
2. Remove all packaging material from lamp.
3. Remove finial (A) from top of harp (B). Squeeze harp (B) inward and
place it into the opening of saddle (C).
4. Screw one (1) 9-watt maximum LED bulb (E) (included) into socket.
5. Place shade (not included) onto harp (B).
6. Thread finial (A) onto harp (B) to secure shade to lamp.
7. Remove plug cover from polarized plug (D).
8. Insert polarized plug (D) into wall outlet.
9. Turn on power and test the lamp by turning it on.
10. Assembly is complete.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Do not use polishes or cleaners on the lamp.
Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth.
