Adjusting the Power Down Time Limit
Product: Healthweigh Indicator
Issue: By default, the indicator automatically powers down after 9 minutes when powered with batteries only
Solution: Adjust the TOFF setting
When the healthweigh indicator is powered by batteries only, it powers down automatically after 9 minutes. Power down time
can be configured from 1-9 minutes or disabled.

Use the following procedure to adjust the display time out setting:
1. Remove the four screws securing the back cover to the indicator (see Figure 1).

2. Press and hold the ON/OFF and ENTER keys until the ID displays.

3. Press the setup switch on the back of the indicator just to the right of load cell cable (see Figure 2). PROG displays.

4. Press ENTER.
5. Press the BMI key until TOFF displays.
6. Press ENTER. The blinking number is the number of minutes the scale will wait to power down when operating with
batteries.
7. Use the down arrow key to change the minute value from 1-9, as needed.
IMPORTANT: If value is set to 0, then it stays powered on until the ON/OFF key is pressed to power down the scale.
