Operation flow

Electric screwdriver (electric signal) and pattern matching can be combined.
You can set and combine check mode and matching mode in the same inspection step.
Check mode allow to input electric signal from screwdriver as OK signal using external
I/O.
Matching mode allow to confirm that the screw is firmly in the proper place.
※The SC-10A can receive the electric signal from the electric screwdriver.
But information such as numerical data cannot be received.

Wiring connection
▪External connector on the body
Connect to Electric screw driver and external power supply as follows;
PIN9 ［IN1 ］ → EXTIN
PIN11 ［I/O power ］ → 5V~24V±10%
PIN12 ［I/O GND ］ → I/O GND
▪External cable
Please prepare the cable side.
*Please refer to page 26 of Operating Instructions about connector.
※If the AC adapter is not directly connected to the main body, supply power from pin1 and 2.
PIN1 ［Power GND ］→ GND for the unit
PIN2 ［Power input ］→ Power for the unit 12, 24V±10％

▪Precondition
・When using external I/O control, I/O power supply (11 and 12 pins) is
required in addition to the main body power supply.
・When using the AC adapter, do not connect the power supply for
the main unit (pins 1 and 2)

Select “EXTIN” for IN1
When the external
signal inputs correctly,
Low and High light
buttons blink in this
area to show if the
interface is working.

1. Click the Job ID below [Job ID] in the Settings menu of
the [Settings] screen.
2. Select a work instruction from [Instruction Steps].
3. Click [Add] of [Inspection Steps].
