This product has more surface area than your factory grille. It may reduce
airow into your vehicle. Reduction in airow can potentially lead to
overheating issues.
This product has been pre-bent to t the contour of your vehicle grille
shell. However, it may have partially attened during shipping. It may be
necessary for you to re-bend in order to get a good t.

Professional Installation Recommended

Always disconnect battery before servicing any fuses or electrical system.
Step 1: Locate front factory bumper mounts, driver side and passenger side.
See Figure 1.

PASSENGER DRIVER
Remove and discard factory 10mm bolts from driver and passenger side mounts.

Remove driver and passenger side clips left behind after removing top screws.
See Figure 3.

Remove 8mm bolt from driver side and passenger side, save for re-use. See Figure 4.

Install Rigid mounts onto driver and passenger sides. Use (1) 5/16 x 18 x 1 bolt, (1) 5/16
Nyloc nut, and (2) 5/16 x 3/4 washers for the top, use the bolt saved in Step 4 for the
bottom. See Figure 5.
Note: Do not fully tighten bolts until after Rigid Industries LED light is mounted.

Locate and remove 3 press t retainers on the dust ap, save for re-use. See Figure 6.

Lift dust ap and install Rigid Industries LED light using hardware provided with the
light. Tighten all screws.
Note: E-Series light will use the back slots. SR-Series light will use the front slots.

Re-attach dust ap with 3 press t retainers saved in Step 6.

Wire your light(s) using the wire harness and switch provided with your light(s). Take
care to avoid any heat sources and sharp or abrasive surfaces when routing the wire.

Warranty Coverage:
To begin your warranty claim, you must have a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number. To get your RMA number, please contact our warranty department
by phone at 480-655-0100 ext. 1008, or by lling out the Return Merchandise
Authorization Form on our website.
All of the following will immediately void all warranties:
• Customer negligence – The customer has modied the light and/or is not using it for the
recommend application.
• Customer abuse – Damage to the light beyond normal wear and tear.
• Repair work done by unauthorized personnel without Rigid Industries’approval.
• If the light has been opened or any screws have been removed.
All warranties are non-transferable. Warranty terms and policies are subject to change
without notice.

Rigid Industries warrants that this product will be free from defects in material
and workmanship. If you believe your Rigid Industries product is defective, it
must be returned to Rigid Industries for inspection by our warranty claims
department. If, after inspection, Rigid Industries veries that the defect was
not caused by negligence, abuse, unauthorized repair or disassembly, Rigid
Industries will determine whether the product will be repaired or replaced
in accordance with Rigid Industries Limited Lifetime Warranty*.
