when used as described, will give you years of dependable
serviceinyourcar,truck,RVormini-van.Wehavetakennu-
merousmeasuresinqualitycontroltoensurethatyourproduct
arrivesintopcondition,andwillperformtoyoursatisfaction.In
therareeventthatyourRLPF200LicensePlateFramecontains
a damaged or missing item, does not perform as specied,
requireswarrantyserviceoryouhaveaninstallationproblem,

Before You Install
Disconnect the RLPF200 wires at the “Try Me” battery pack
and button. Do not open the battery and pack. Do not discard
the battery pack and button in the trash. Please take it to your
local recycling center.
TheRLPF200canbemountedonthefrontorrearlicense
plate of your car.
You can supply power to the RLPF200 with the following
12VDC circuits.
a.Licenseplatelamp(rearofcar).
b.OneoftheTaillamps(rearofcar).
c.OneoftheReverselamps(rearofcar,ifyouwantthe
RLPF200toonlylightupwhenthecarisinreverse).
d.OneoftheHeadlamps(frontofcar).
1.YoumaywanttotemporarilyplacetheRLPF200onyour
licenseplate.UsemaskingtapetoholdtheRLPF200inplace.
2. Make sure the power cable is long enough to reach the
areaofthe12VDCcircuityouhavechosentosupplythe
RLPF200.
Whenmountingonyourrearlicenseplate,makesurethe
RLPF200doesnotblockthelightofthevehicle’slicenseplate
light.
Mounting the RLPF200
1.Removethelicenseplatescrewsfromyourlicenseplate.
2.PlacetheRLPF200overyourlicenseplate.
3. Align the holes of the RLPF200 with the holes of your
license plate. Re-insert the screws.
4. Tighten the license plate screws. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN
thescrews,thiswilldamagetheRLPF200.
5.Drilla5/32”diameterholeandpassthewiresthroughfor
accesstothe12VDCcircuityouhavechosentosupplythe
RLPF200.
4.ConnecttheWhitewiretothePositive(+)sideofthecircuit
youhavechosentosupplytheRLPF200.
5.ConnecttheClearwiretothe-sideofanyoftheabove
listedlamps,ortochassisground.

product excellence  ROADMASTER (USA) Corp.® and/or its afliates routinely im-
provethedesigns,materialsorproductionmethodsofitsexistingproducts.Because
itisimpracticaltopublicizeallchangesineveryproduct,wereservetherighttomake
such changes without notice.
CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY:
If during the 30 day warranty period your new product is found to be defective,
ROADMASTER (USA) Corp.®willrepairsuchdefect,orreplacetheproduct,without
charge for parts or labor subject to the following conditions:
1.AllrepairsmustbeperformedbyROADMASTER(USA)Corp.®and/oritsafliates
inEatontown,NewJersey.
2.Theequipmentmustnothavebeenalteredorbeendamagedthroughnegligence,
accident,orimproperoperation.
3.Thereplacementof partsareexempted from this warrantywhen replacement is
necessaryduetonormalwearandtear.
4. Allwarrantyclaimsmustbeaccompaniedbyacopyofthesalesreceiptorbillofsale.
5. Repair or replacement parts supplied by ROADMASTER (USA) Corp.
®
under this
warrantyareprotectedonlyfortheunexpiredportionoftheoriginalwarranty.
6. Inthecaseofcaraudio,thiswarrantydoesnotextendtotheeliminationofcarstaticor
motornoise;correctionofantennaproblems;costsincurredfortheremovalorreinstalla-
tionoftheproduct;damagetotapes,speakers,accessoriesorcarelectricalsystems.

will not be responsible for any charge incurred for installation.

4. If your product is found by ROADMASTER (USA) Corp.®tohaveadefectinmate-
rialorworkmanship,withinthewarrantyperiod,itwillberepairedorreplacedatno
chargeandreturnedtoyouprepaid.WherepermittedbyIawROADMASTER(USA)
Corp.®liabilityshallbelimitedtothatsetforthinthiswarranty.Thiswarrantyshallbe
theexclusiveremedyofthepurchaser.

SCOTCH-LOK®INSTRUCTIONS

Insert the wire to
be attached.
Crimptapwithpliers,
then close lock
You do not need to use the Scotch-LokTMconnectors.Thecameracanbewireddi-
rectlytothe reverse light circuitbystripping the reverselightwiresthen twisting the
camerawirestotheexposedreverselightwires.Onceconnected,youcanwrapthe
connectionwithelectricaltapeorshrinkabletubingmadeforwiresplices.Donotat-
temptthisifyouarenotknowledgeablewithelectricalinstallationpractices.
