WARRANTY
Rollease Acmeda provide a 5 year hardware warranty against defects to the original purchaser [the fabricator/manufacturer].
The hardware warranty is not to be transferred to the end consumer.
The hardware warranty is limited to the repair or resupply of defective hardware components to the fabricator/manufacturer only.
The hardware warranty is applicable to normal use.
The hardware warranty when applied to external systems assumes the blinds are not used in strong winds/storms and not left down indefinitely.
The hardware warranty will not apply where the defect arises due to incorrect assembly and installation.
The hardware warranty is not applicable for coastal applications unless specified.
Retailers are obliged to supply consumers with their own warranty, if required, at the point of purchase.

INSTALLERS RESPONSIBILITY
SAFETY INFORMATION
Before installing, please read & ensure you understand the safety information and installation instructions as de-
fined in this installation manual�
• If you do not fully understand these instructions, contact Rollease Acmeda for clarification before installing�
• The Installer is responsible to ensure that all installation personnel have been adequately trained on the safe &
correct installation and operation�
• The Installer is reponsible to ensure that a Job Safety Analysis or Safe Work Method Statement is completed
prior to intallation to identify hazards, to determine appropriate risk control measures and to implemenent the
control measures�
• The Installer is responsible to ensure that supporting structures are sound and can adequately support the
load�
• The Installer is responsible to ensure that the devices used to anchor the product to the supporting structure
are suitable for the application�
• Ensure Job Safety Analysis/Safe Work Method Statement is completed and actions to reduce risks are imple-
mented�
• Ensure that electrical works are done only by a LICENSED ELECTRICIAN�
• DO NOT modify any of the componenets of this system�
• Only suitable trained/qualified personal should undertake installation�

QUANTITY OF BRACKETS ACCORDING TO WIDTH AND PROJECTION
• Position and quantity of brackets depend on the awning width and projection�
• Brackets must be positioned within the hatched areas�

• Insert the square bar into the supporting brackets�

• Secure the square bar placing the screws as shown below and securing them (13mm spanner)�
NOTE:
• Open and close the awning to check for correct operation�

PITCH ADJUSTMENT
CHECK ARMS ARE PARALLEL
NOTE:
• Loosen the M10 side screw [1] (6mm Allen Key) and the M8 side screws [2] (5mm Allen Key)�
• To lower the arms, loosen the M8 screw [3] (6mm Allen Key)
To lift the arms, tighten the screw [3]� It is recommended to support the terminal bar when lifting the arms�
Alternate adjusting on both sides until the terminal bar is horizontal�
• After adjustment, firmly tighten the side screws [1 and 2]
NOTE:
• After adjusting the awning pitch, check if the arms are parallel when the awning is closed�
• If they are not parallel, adjust the grub screw [4] (3mm Allen Key) on the arm support�
Support the arm when adjusting and adjust the alignment when the awning is closed�

HOOD BRACKET INSTALLATION
ATTACH HOOD COVER
NOTE:
• Fit the hood brackets onto the awning brackets and couple them with the M8 screw [7] , the washers [8] and the
M8 nut [9] as shown in detail H (5mm Allen Key, 13mm spanner)�
• If the awning brackets are not placed in the desired position, fit the hood brackets straight onto the wall�
• The maximum distance between two hood brackets is 2m.
NOTE:
• Fit the hood onto the brackets, push it towards the wall and secure with M6 screws [10] (5mm Allen Key)�

ATTACH GASKET
ATTACH HOOD END COVERS
NOTE:
• Fit the gasket into the groove of the hood�
NOTE:
• Assemble the square nut [11] with the M6 screw [12], insert them into the cover slot, fit the cover and secure
working on the screw (5mm Allen Key)�
