1. Voor u begint
Gefeliciteerd met uw Rollz Flex. Met deze handleiding wil Rollz u helpen om veilig en optimaal van de
Rollz Flex gebruik te maken. Wij verzoeken u uw aankoop te (laten) registreren op www.rollz.com of
door gebruik te maken van bijgevoegde registratiekaart. Wij wensen u veel plezier met de Rollz Flex.
1.1 Belangrijke informatie
• Lees de gebruiksaanwijzing aandachtig door, voordat u het product gebruikt en berg hem goed op.
• Breng uw veiligheid en dat van anderen niet in gevaar door verkeerd gebruik van dit product.
• Deze handleiding is geschreven voor de Rollz Flex.
• U vindt het serie- en artikelnummer op de productsticker van uw Rollz Flex. Deze bevindt zich op
de rechter scharnierbuis aan de achterzijde.
• Dit product is TüV gecertificeerd.
• Gebruik bij vervanging of reparatie alleen originele of door Rollz goedgekeurde onderdelen.
• Gebruik alleen orginele Rollz accessoires.
• De garantie vervalt wanneer het product wordt beschadigd door overbelasting, verkeerd in- of
uitklappen, gebruik van niet door Rollz goedgekeurde onderdelen of gebruik van niet originele
accessoires. U vindt de garantie bepalingen op pagina 9 van deze handleiding.
• Om optimaal gebruik te maken van de Rollz Flex dient deze regelmatig gereinigd te worden. Zie
hiervoor hoofdstuk 4.2 Schoonmaken/desinfecteren op pagina 34.
• De Rollz Flex is gepatenteerd en de merknaam en het model zijn beschermd.
• De Rollz Flex is geschikt voor personen tot 125 kg en voor personen van 1,55 m tot 1,95 m.
• De tas van de Rollz Flex is geschikt voor gebruik tot 20 kg.
• Sla de Rollz Flex uitsluitend droog en binnenshuis op.
• Onderdelen van de Rollz Flex kunnen in de zon iets verkleuren.
• Voorkom blootstelling aan extreme temperaturen.
1.2 Veiligheid
• De Rollz Flex is uitsluitend bedoeld om één persoon te ondersteunen.
• Gebruik altijd de juiste positie voor de duwbeugel. De juiste posities kunt u vinden in het
hoofdstukken 3.3 Houding en 3.4 Hoogte afstellen (p. 29).
• Stel de remmen tijdig af om verlies van remkracht te voorkomen.
• Gebruik de Rollz Flex alleen als rollator wanneer de duwbeugel geheel naar voren is gepositioneerd
in de rollatorstand. U vindt de afstelmogelijkheden in het hoofdstuk 3.5 Afstelling duwbeugel (p. 30).
• Positioneer uw handen altijd in het midden van de handgrepen. U herkent de correcte locatie aan
de groeven op de handgrepen. Zie hoofdstuk 3.3 Houding (p.29).

1.3 Waarschuwing
• De Rollz Flex is ontwikkeld om met gemak de verschillende functies te bedienen. Echter, het is van
essentieel belang na te gaan of de gebruiker fysiek in staat is alle handelingen zelfstandig uit te
voeren of dat de gebruiker ondersteuning door andere personen nodig heeft. Rollz International
raadt u dan ook aan om dit regelmatig na te gaan.
• Houd de Rollz Flex uit de buurt van open vuur en andere hittebronnen, zoals elektrische of
gaskachels.
• Gebruik de Rollz Flex niet als een onderdeel gebroken, gescheurd of incompleet is.
• Zorg dat alle sluitingen zijn vergrendeld voor gebruik.
1.4 Indicatie
De Rollz Flex is een mobiliteitshulpmiddel die gebruikt kan worden als rollator (alleen in de
rollatorstand) en shopping trolley. De Rollz Flex dient in rollatorstand ter ondersteuning bij het lopen
voor mensen met verminderde bewegingsmogelijkheden, zowel binnens- als buitenshuis. De zitting
kan worden gebruikt om voor korte tijd te rusten. Heeft u minder behoefte aan steun, dan kunt u de
duwbeugel naar wens kantelen (zie pagina 30).
1.5 Contra-indicatie
De Rollz Flex is niet geschikt voor mensen met:
• visuele waarnemingsstoornissen
• sterke evenwichtsstoornissen (waardoor de gebruiker niet meer in staat is de Rollz Flex zelfstandig
te bedienen)
• zitproblemen
1.6 Controleer of u alles heeft ontvangen
De Rollz Flex wordt klaar voor gebruik en verpakt geleverd. Controleer of alle onderdelen geleverd zijn.
De Rollz Flex wordt compleet geleverd met:
• 1 binnentas
• 1 gebruikshandleiding
WAARSCHUWING!:
Houd plastic verpakkingsmaterialen uit de buurt van kinderen. Kinderen kunnen dit in hun mond
stoppen en stikken. Het verpakkingsmateriaal meteen weggooien.

1.7 Hergebruik
• De Rollz Flex is geschikt voor hergebruik.
• Let op dat u voor veilig hergebruik de onderhoudsdocumentatie aan de nieuwe gebruiker
overhandigd.
• Voor u de Rollz Flex aan een ander doorgeeft, moet deze eerst schoongemaakt, ontsmet en
technisch nagekeken zijn.
1.8 Gebruik
De Rollz Flex wordt compleet voor gebruik afgeleverd. Echter, de Rollz Flex moet voor gebruik afgesteld
worden op uw persoonlijke voorkeuren. Neem alle punten in deze handleiding aandachtig door voordat
u de Rollz Flex in gebruik neemt.

2. Garantie
Rollz International BV, gevestigd te Diemen (hierna; „Rollz“) geeft in haar hoedanigheid van fabrikant,
garantie op de door haar geproduceerde Rollz Flex (hierna: „product“), onder de volgende bepalingen:
1. De algemene garantietermijn is 24 maanden, te rekenen vanaf de datum van aankoop. De
garantietermijn wordt nooit verlengd, ook niet in geval van reparaties. Daarnaast geeft Rollz
International de eerste eigenaar 5 jaar garantie op materiaal- en constructiefouten op het frame
van de Rollz Flex bij normaal gebruik en onderhoud. Voor de overige onderdelen, zoals de
handvatten, remkabels, scharnier, verstelgrepen, wielen etc. geldt de algemene garantietermijn van
24 maanden met uitzondering van normale slijtage.
2. De garantie geeft recht op reparatie, uitdrukkelijk niet op ruilen of terugname van een product.
3. Rollz draagt voor eigen risico zorg voor het vervoer van en naar de winkel waar het product is
aangeschaft (hierna:”leverancier”), echter slechts indien het een reparatie betreft die onder
garantie valt. De wijze van verzending wordt in overleg met de leverancier bepaald.
4. De garantie kan slechts worden ingeroepen indien u, samen met het defecte product, het volgende
aan Rollz verstrekt: een kopie van de aankoopbon met aanschafdatum en een duidelijke
omschrijving van de klachten.
5. De garantie is niet overdraagbaar en kan dus alleen worden ingeroepen door de eerste eigenaar.
6. De garantie doet niets af aan de rechten die u hebt op grond van de wet.
In de volgende situaties geldt de garantie niet:
- Indien u zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming van Rollz of de leverancier zelf wijzigingen
of reparaties hebt aangebracht of hebt laten aanbrengen.
- Wanneer defecten zijn ontstaan door verwaarlozing of een ongeval en/of gebruik of onderhoud
afwijkend van wat er in de handleiding wordt aangegeven.
- Beschadigingen of verwijderingen van het serienummer.
- Schade aan het product als gevolg van normale slijtage.
Belangrijk
De garantietermijn van het product is 24 maanden vanaf de datum van aankoop. In geval van een
defect, wordt u verzocht om naar de leverancier te gaan. Online kunt u op www.rollz.com uw product
registreren. Noteer hierbij altijd het serienummer van de Rollz Flex. Deze bevindt zich op de rechter
scharnierbuis aan de achterzijde.

1. Before you begin
Congratulations on the purchase of your Rollz Flex. Rollz has written this manual so that you can use
the Rollz Flex in the safest and most convenient way. Please have your purchase registered on www.
rollz.com or by using the included Registration form. We hope you will enjoy the use of your Rollz Flex.
1.1 Important information
• Read these directions carefully before using the product and keep them safe for future reference.
• Do not compromise your safety and that of others around you by the incorrect use of this product.
• This manual was written for the Rollz Flex.
• You will find the serial and article numbers on the product sticker of your Rollz Flex. Which is
located on the backside of the right hinge tube.
• This product has been TüV certified.
• Only use original or Rollz International BV approved parts in the event of replacement or repairs.
• Use original Rollz accessories only.
• The warranty will be invalid after the product has been damaged through overloading, incorrectly
folding in or out, the use of parts which are not approved by Rollz, or the use of accessories other
than Rollz accessories. For the full warranty conditions see page 15 of this user manual.
• To keep the Rollz Flex in optimal condition, frequent cleaning is neccessary. See chapter 4.2
Cleaning/disinfection on page 34.
• The Rollz Flex has been patented and the brand & model are protected.
• The Rollz Flex is made for people weighing up to 125 kg who are 155-195 cm tall.
• The Rollz Flex bag is made for loads up to 20 kg.
• Store the Rollz Flex in a dry place inside the house.
• Colours of the Rollz Flex parts may fade slightly when exposed to sunlight.
• Do not expose the product to extreme temperatures.
1.2 Safety
• The Rollz Flex is to be used for supporting one person only.
• Always use the push bar in the right position. Read the chapters on height adjustment and
posture (page 29) for the correct positions.
• Adjust the brakes in a timely manner to prevent the loss of braking power.
• Only use the Rollz Flex as a rollator when the push bar is fully positioned to the front and in the
rollator position. You can find the correct adjustment in chapter 3.5 Push bar adjustment (page 30).
• Position your hands in the middle of the handgrips at all times. You can recognize the correct
location by the grooves on the handgrips. See chapter 3.3 Posture on page 29.

1.3 Warning
• The Rollz Flex has been developed for the convenient control of the various operations. However,
it is essential to make sure that the user has the physical ability to independently perform all the
operations. If not, please call in the assistance of somebody else. Rollz International suggests you
check this on a regular basis.
• Keep the Rollz Flex away from open flames and other heat sources, such as electrical heaters or
gas heaters.
• Do not use the Rollz Flex if any part has been broken or cracked, or if any part is missing.
• Make sure that all clasps are locked before use.
1.4 Indication
The Rollz Flex is a mobility aid that can be used both as a rollator (only in rollator position) and a
shopping trolley. The Rollz Flex in rollator position provides support while alking for people with limited
mobility, both in- and outside the house. The seat allows you to take a rest. In case your support need
is currently low, you can tilt the push bar to suit your current needs. See 3.5 Push bar adjustment on
page 30.
1.5 Contra-indication
The Rollz Flex is not suitable for people with:
• visual perception disorders
• severe balance disorders (Causing the user to be unable to independently opperate the Rollz Flex)
• seating problems
1.6 Check if your delivery is complete
The Rollz Flex comes packed and ready for use. Check that all parts have been supplied. The Rollz Flex
comes complete with:
• 1 inner bag
• 1 user manual
WARNING!
Keep the plastic packaging materials away from children. Children may play with it and suffocate.
Discard the packaging materials without delay.

1.7 Reuse
• The Rollz Flex is suitable for reuse.
• For safe handling, pass all technical documentation on to the new user.
• Before passing the Rollz Flex on to a new user, it should be cleaned, disinfected and checked by
the dealer for damage.
1.8 Use
The Rollz Flex comes complete and ready for use. However, the Rollz Flex should be adjusted to meet
your personal preferences before use. Carefully read all the points in this chapter before you put the
Rollz Flex into operation.

2. Warranty
Rollz International BV, with its registered office in Diemen (hereafter called „Rollz“), in its capacity of
manufacturer, provides a warranty for its product called „Rollz Flex“ (hereafter called „the product“), on
the following conditions:
1. The warranty period is 24 months from the purchase date. There will be no extension of the
warranty period, not even in the case of repairs. In addition, Rollz International offers the first
owner a 5 year warranty on materials and structural defects of the Rollz Flex frame, under
normal use and maintenance. The general warranty period of 24 months applies to the other
parts, such as handles, brake cables, hinge, adjustment handles, wheels etc., with the exception
of normal wear and tear.
2. The warranty gives the buyer the right of repairs; explicitly not the exchange or return of a product.
3. At its own expense and risk, Rollz will take care of transport from and to the shop where you
purchased the product (hereafter called „the supplier“), but only in the event of repairs covered
under warranty.
4. To make a claim under warranty, the faulty product must be returned to Rollz together with: a
copy of the proof of purchase, showing the purchase date and a clear description of the
complaints.
5. The warranty is not transferable, therefore only the first owner can lodge a claim.
6. The warranty does not prejudice other rights you may have by law, e.g. the right to hold the
supllier responsible for any defects.
Warranty claims are not accepted in the following situations:
- After you carried out any changes or repairs yourself (or after you had changes or repairs carried
out by others), without the prior written consent from Rollz or the supplier.
- If the defect is the result of negligence, or an accident, and/or a maintenance procedure other than
advised in the manual.
- Damage or the removal of the serial number.
- Damage to the product as a result of normal wear and tear.
Important
The warranty period for the product is 24 months from the purchase date. Please contact your supplier
in the event of a defective product. Please register your product online by filling out the form on www.
rollz.com. Make sure to enter the serial number of the Rollz Flex. You will find the serial and article
numbers on the product sticker of your Rollz Flex. Which is located on the backside of the right hinge
tube.

Herzlichen Glückwunsch zu Ihrem Rollz Flex. Mit dieser Gebrauchsanweisung möchte die Rollz
International BV Ihnen helfen, Ihren Rollz Flex sicher und optimal zu nutzen. Wir bitten Sie, Ihren Kauf auf
www.rollz.com oder mit Hilfe der beiliegenden Registrierungskarte registrieren zu lassen. Wir wünschen
Ihnen viel Spaß mit dem Rollz Flex.
1.1 Wichtige Informationen
• Lesen Sie diese Gebrauchsanleitung aufmerksam durch, bevor Sie das Produkt benutzen und
bewahren Sie sie nach dem Lesen sorgfältig auf.
• Gefährden Sie Ihre Sicherheit und die anderer Menschen in Ihrer Umgebung nicht durch
unsachgemäße Benutzung dieses Produkts.
• Diese Gebrauchsanweisung wurde für den Rollz Flex verfasst.
• Die Serien- und Artikelnummern befinden sich auf dem Produktaufkleber auf der Rückseite der
rechten Kreuzstrebe Ihres Rollz Flex.
• Dieses Produkt ist TÜV-geprüft.
• Verwenden Sie beim Auswechseln oder bei der Reparatur ausschließlich original oder durch Rollz
International BV zugelassene Ersatzteile.
• Verwenden Sie ausschließlich Rollz-Zubehör.
• Die Gewährleistung verfällt, wenn das Produkt durch Überbelastung, falsches Zusammen- oder
Auseinanderfalten, Verwendung nicht durch Rollz zugelassener Ersatzteile oder Verwendung nicht
originaler Zubehöre beschädigt wurde. Sie finden die Garantiebedingungen auf www.rollz.com.
• Um Ihren Rollz Flex in gutem Zustand zu halten, ist es notwendig ihn regelmäßig zu reinigen (siehe
Kapitel 4.2 Reinigung und Desinfektion Seite 34)
• Der Rollz Flex ist patentiert und sowohl für den Markennamen als auch das Modell gilt
Markenschutz.
• Der Rollz Flex ist für Personen bis 125 kg und eine Körpergröße von 1,55 bis 1,95 m geeignet.
• Die Tasche des Rollz Flex kann mit maximal 20 kg belastet werden.
• Lagern Sie den Rollz Flex an einem trockenen Ort im Haus.
• Teile des Rollz Flex können sich unter Einfluss von Sonnenlicht leicht verfärben.
• Vermeiden Sie es, den Rollz Flex extremen Temperaturen auszusetzen.
1.2 Sicherheit
• Der Rollz Flex ist ausschließlich für die Nutzung durch eine Person bestimmt.
• Achten Sie darauf, dass der Schiebegriff sich immer in der korrekten Position befindet. Beachten
Sie hierzu das Kapitel Schiebegriffeinstellung und Haltung im Rollator für korrekte Position (Seite 29.)
• Justieren Sie die Bremsen rechtzeitig, um einen Bremskraftverlust zu vermeiden.

• Nutzen Sie den Rollz Flex nur dann als Rollator, wenn die Schiebegriffe nach vorne ausgerichtet und
in der Rollatorposition sind. Die korrekte Einstellung finden Sie in Kapitel 3.5 Schiebegriffeinstellung
auf Seite 30.
• Positionieren Sie Ihre Hände immer in der Mitte des Handgriffs. Sie können die korrekte Position an
den Einkerbungen erkennen (siehe Kapitel 3.3 Haltung, Seite 29)
1.3 Warnungen
• Der Rollz Flex wurde so entwickelt, dass die unterschiedlichen Funktionen problemlos bedient
werden können. Es ist jedoch sicherzustellen, dass der Benutzer auch körperlich dazu in der
Lage ist, alle Handlungen selbst auszuführenauszuführen - ohne dabei die Hilfe anderer Personen in
Anspruch nehmen zu müssen. Rollz International empfiehlt Ihnen deshalb auch, dies regelmäßig zu
überprüfen.
• Sorgen Sie dafür, dass der Rollz Flex sich niemals in der Nähe von offenem Feuer und anderen
Hitzequellen, wie z.B. Elektro- oder Gasöfen befindet.
• Benutzen Sie den Rollz Flex nicht, wenn ein Teil abgebrochen, gerissen oder nicht komplett ist
sollte.
• Sorgen Sie dafür, dass alle Verschlüsse vor der Benutzung verriegelt sind.
1.4 Indikationen
Rollz Flex ist eine Mobilitätshilfe, die sowohl als Rollator (nur in der dafür vorgesehenen
Rollatorposition) als auch als Einkaufstrolley/Shopping Rollator genutzt werden kann. Rollz Flex in der
Rollatorposition bietet Unterstützung während des Gehens für Nutzer mit eingeschränkter Mobilität,
innerhalb und außerhalb des Hauses. Der Sitz ermöglicht Ruhepausen. Wird wenig Unterstützung
benötigt, kann der Schiebegriff angepasst werden. Siehe Kapitel 3.3 Schiebegriff Einstellung, Seite 30.
1.5 Kontraindikationen
Die Verwendung des Rollz Flex ist nicht angezeigt bei:
• Visuelle Wahrnehmungsstörungen
• Starke Gleichgewichtsstörungen (die dazu führen, dass der Nutzer den Rollz Flex nicht ohne Hilfe
nutzen kann)
• Sitzunfähigkeit
1.6 Lieferumfang
Der Rollz Flex wird gebrauchsfertig und verpackt geliefert. Prüfen Sie, ob alle Teile geliefert wurden. Der
Rollz Flex wird komplett mit den folgenden Teilen geliefert: 1 Innentasche und 1 Gebrauchsanleitung.

1.7 Wiedereinsatz
• Der Rollz Flex ist für den Wiedereinsatz geeignet.
• Beachten Sie, dass sämtliche für eine sichere Handhabung notwendigen technischen Unterlagen
dem neuen Nutzer übergeben werden.
• Der Rollz Flex sollte vor der Weitergabe gereinigt und desinfiziert werden und durch den Fachhandel
auf Schäden geprüft und freigegeben werden.
1.8 Gebrauch
Der Rollz Flex wird komplett zum sofortigen Einsatz geliefert. Er muss jedoch, bevor Sie ihn benutzen,
Ihren persönlichen Bedürfnissen entsprechend eingestellt werden. Lesen Sie alle Punkte dieser
Bedienungsanleitung aufmerksam durch, bevor Sie den Rollz Flex verwenden.
