Installation Guide
1. Open the Unit
1-1. Remove the thumb screws and take off panel R and L (Figure 1).
2. Install the Power Supply
2-1. Seat the power supply unit (PSU) at the bottom-rear of the case and secure with Screw-A
(Figure 2).

3. Install the Motherboard
3-1. Secure the motherboard down onto the pre-installed standoff with Screw-B (Figure 3).

4. Install Add-On Card
4-1. Loosen the thumb screws to open the cover panel.
4-2. Unscrew to release the slot cover. Install the add-on card and secure with screws.
(Figure 4).

5-1. Take out the 3.5" HDD tray from the cage/unscrew to remove the 2.5" SSD tray from the
chassis.
5-2. Install the 3.5" drive onto the tool-less tray (secure with Screw-C if desired).
Secure the 2.5" drive onto the tray with Screw-D (Figures 5a/5b/5c).

5-3. Put the 3.5" drive tray back into the HDD cage/screw down the 2.5" drive tray onto
the chassis (Figure 5d).

Additional fan/drive installation on the side of PSU shroud:
5-4. Additional 3.5"/2.5" drives or 80 mm fans can be installed on the top/side of PSU shroud
(Figure 5e).

6. Fan Installation
The Rosewill CULLINAN MX is equipped with a fan controller on the I/O ports to control
up to 7 fans with the fan hub (Figure 6). Follow the instructions below to correctly connect
the fan and controller to the fan hub.
a. Connect the Fan Hub:
Connect the 4 pin Molex connector to PSU.
b. Connect the Fans:
Connect the 3 pin connector to the Fan Hub.
The CULLINAN MX features fan speed control directly through the Front I/O Port:
"L" = Low: fans spin moderately without LED lights (Eco Mode).
"S" = Stop: fans stop spinning and LED lights turn off.
"H" = High: fans spin at full speed (1200 RPM) with LED lights on.

7. Care
To prevent damage, keep all panels closed and secured.
7-1. Put the side panels back in place and secure with thumb screws (Figure 7).
7-2. Clean the dust lters on top/bottom regularly to ensure adequate airow.

8. Options
8-1. Additional Fan Installation
The CULLINAN MX Series provides ample space for adding additional cooling fans.
Please refer to the Specications Table for options.
8-2. Liquid Cooling Radiator Installation
The CULLINAN MX
Series supports the option of installing a max. 280 mm radiator on top
or a 360 mm radiator in the front to more effectively cool high-performance systems (Figure 8).
Instructions for installing water cooling radiator in the front:
a. Unscrew to remove the front panel on the left.
b. Unscrew to remove the 120 mm fans.
c. Secure the radiator with screws and put the front panel back.
Instructions for installing water cooling radiator on top:
a. Remove the top dust lter.
b. Secure the radiator with screws and put the dust lter back.
