It is n rmally necessary t practise using the appliance 2 r 3 times bef re being able t master
the technique f r use perfectly.
Brush Activ’ is a r tating drying brush, especially designed s that y u can bl w dry y ur hair eff r-
tlessly and in a single m ve – quicker and easier than traditi nal bl w drying.
Brush Activ’ lets y u dry and style y ur hair at the same time, giving a perfect result b th at the fr nt
and at the back f y ur hairstyle.
2. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• F r y ur safety, this appliance c mplies with the applicable standards and regulati ns (L w V ltage
Directive, Electr magnetic C mpatibility, Envir nmental…).
• The appliance’s access ries bec me very h t during use. Av id c ntact with the skin. Make sure that
the supply c rd never c mes int c ntact with the h t parts f the appliance.
• Check that the v ltage f y ur electricity supply matches the v ltage f y ur appliance.
• Any err r when c nnecting the appliance can cause irreparable harm, n t c vered by the guarantee.
• As an additi nal safety measure, we rec mmend the installati n f a residual current difference device
in the electrical circuit supplying the bathr m, acting at n t m re than 30 mA.Ask y ur installer f r
advice.

3. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
PROTECTING THE BRUSHES:
The s ftness f the bristles has been especially selected f r
ptimum effect while respecting the c nditi n f y ur hair.
- T keep the brushes effective, always return them t their
pr tect rs (I) after use.
- Opening / cl sing the pr tect rs
- 1: m derate temperature and bl wing speed
- 2: high temperature and bl wing speed
- *: c ld air
- 0: appliance switched ff
REMINDER: The brush access ry (G/H) is very h t when
in use. Be careful when rem ving it.
Rem ving the brush:
- Rem ve the brush fr m its recess.



DIRECTION OF ROTATION (C):
This functi n enables y u t aut matically wind the sec-
ti n f hair ar und the brush t bl w dry y ur hair eff rtle-
ssly.
- T start r tati n, press the select r switch (C) in the desired
directi n f r tati n (right r left).
- Keep pressing the switch while bl w drying.
- T st p r tati n, release the switch.
SPEED OF ROTATION (D)
- T increase the speed, push the butt n (D) upwards.
- T reduce the speed, push the butt n (D) d wnwards.
This is the basic technique f bl w drying.
DRYING AND STYLING IN ONE GO!
- After washing y ur hair, dry it well in a t wel and carefully untangle it.
D n t use y ur brush n tangled r backc mbed hair r n hair extensi ns.

- Y u can pre-dry y ur hair with the drying functi n (B) (with ut the brush) while still kee-
ping y ur hair damp.
- Divide y ur hair int individual secti ns a few centimetres wide and w rk n ne secti n at a
time. Y u can use clips t h ld up the ther secti ns f hair.
- Fit the brush (large r small diameter, depending n the length f y ur hair and the desired
effect) t the b dy f the appliance, pushing it until it clicks h me.
- Ch se the speed f r tati n (D).

4. CARE
NOTE! Always disc nnect the appliance
bef re cleaning.
Cleaning the appliance and brushes:
- y ur appliance requires very little care, it
can be cleaned with a dry r slightly damp
cl th,
- never use alc h l t clean y ur appliance,
- never immerse the appliance r brushes in water,
- take care t dry the parts that y u have just cleaned,
- fr m time t time carefully rem ve any hair left in the brushes.
6. IN THE EVENT OF A PROBLEM
•"My hair gets tangled":
1. Did y u untangle y ur hair pr perly?
2. Did y u separate the secti ns well bef re w rking n them?
3. Y u can st p the brush r tati n at any time by releasing the c ntr l butt n (C), r by reversing
the directi n f r tati n. The brush can then be released fr m the b dy f the appliance t free
the hair.
•"The brush is not rotating fast enough!". Try adjusting the speed c ntr l "D".
•"The brush stopped rotating".
1. Remember that y ur hair must be pre-dried and untangled.
2. Is the secti n t thick? W rk n a smaller secti n.
•"My appliance has stopped working". The thermal safety device has tripped.
1. Unplug the appliance.
2. Leave it t c l f r ab ut 30 minutes bef re using it again.
3. If the pr blem persists, c ntact the after-sales service.
•"The bristles of the brush are lying flat". It is imp rtant t put the brushes away in the pr tec-
t rs
supplied f r this after every use.
- If the bristles were flattened bef re use, they will straighten naturally during bl w drying thanks
t the c mbinati n f aut matic r tati n and h t air.
