INTENDED USE
The portable fan is intended for general ventilation of most
household spaces.
Do not use the product in any way other than those stated
for intended use.
WARNING

FAN SAFETY WARNINGS

tool. Following this rule will reduce the risk of electric
shock, fire, or serious injury.
■Do not disassemble the product.
■Do not attempt to modify this product or create
accessories not recommended for use with this
product. Any such alteration or modification is misuse
and could result in a hazardous condition leading to
possible serious personal injury.
■Do not use this product if it is not completely
assembled or if any parts appear to be missing or
damaged. Use of a product that is not properly and
completely assembled could result in serious personal
injury.
■Do not use this product to exhaust hazardous or
explosive materials and vapors. It is intended for
general ventilating use only.
■Do not open or modify the product, otherwise the
warranty will be voided.
■To reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is
necessary when a product is used near children.

Remove the battery pack after use.

accessories. Following this rule will reduce the risk of

■Do not place battery tools or their batteries near
fire or heat. Following this rule will reduce the risk of
explosion and possibly injury.
■Never use a battery that has been dropped or
received a sharp blow. A damaged battery is subject
to explosion. Properly dispose of a dropped or damaged
battery immediately.
■Batteries can explode in the presence of a source
of ignition, such as a pilot light. To reduce the risk of
serious personal injury, never use any cordless product
in the presence of open flame. An exploded battery
can propel debris and chemicals. If exposed, flush with
water immediately.
■Do not charge battery tool in a damp or wet location.
Following this rule will reduce the risk of electric shock.
■Do not expose the product to rain. Water entering
the product will increase the risk of electric shock or
malfunction.
■For best results, your battery tool should be
charged in a location where the temperature is
more than 10°C (50°F) but less than 38°C (100°F).
Do not store outside or in vehicles.
■Under extreme usage or temperature conditions,
battery leakage may occur. If liquid comes in
contact with your skin, wash immediately with soap
and water. If liquid gets into your eyes, flush them
with clean water for at least 10 minutes, then seek
immediate medical attention.
■Keep the product dry, clean and free from oil and
grease. Always use a clean cloth when cleaning.
■Save these instructions. Refer to them frequently and
use them to instruct others who may use this tool. If you
loan someone this tool, loan them these instructions
also to prevent misuse of the product and possible
injury.
TRANSPORTING LITHIUM BATTERIES
Transport the battery in accordance with local and national
provisions and regulations.
Follow all special requirements on packaging and labelling
when transporting batteries by a third party. Ensure that
no batteries can come in contact with other batteries
or conductive materials while in transport by protecting
exposed connectors with insulating, non-conductive caps

■When servicing, use only original manufacturer’s
replacement parts. Use of any other parts may create a
hazard or cause product damage.

GENERAL
Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts. Most
plastics are susceptible to various types of commercial
solvents and may be damaged by their use. Use clean
cloths to remove dirt, carbon dust, etc.
WARNING
Do not, at any time, let brake fluids, gasoline, petroleum-
based products, and penetrating oils, come in contact
with plastic parts. They contain chemicals that can
damage, weaken, or destroy plastic.
The dust from plaster and wall board is abrasive and
may cause premature failure of the product if it is allowed
to enter the motor area. Always use the dust extraction
accessory connected to a vacuum. Do not use the product
as an extraction system for dust. Thoroughly clean the
product after use by using a brush and a vacuum. Take
care not to push dirt into the ventilation openings. Do not
use compressed air to clean the product because dust and
grit can cause serious eye injury.
LUBRICATION
All of the bearings in the product are lubricated with a
sufficient amount of high grade lubricant for the life span of
the product under normal operating conditions. Therefore,
no further lubrication is required.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Recycle raw materials instead of disposing
of as waste. The machine, accessories and
packaging should be sorted for environment-
friendly recycling.

flamme nue. Une batterie qui explose peut projeter des
éclats et des produits chimiques. En cas de contact,
rincez immédiatement à grande eau.
■Ne rechargez pas un appareil alimenté par batterie
en milieu humide ou mouillé. Vous réduirez ainsi les
risques de choc électrique.
■N'exposez pas les outils à la pluie. La pénétration

■Sous des conditions d'utilisation ou de température
extrêmes, la batterie est susceptible de fuir. Si
du liquide entre en contact avec votre peau,
lavez-la immédiatement au savon et à l'eau, puis
neutralisez-la avec du vinaigre ou du jus de citron.
Si du liquide pénètre dans vos yeux, rincez-les à
l'eau claire pendant au moins 10 minutes, puis

■Gardez l'appareil sec, propre, et exempt d'huile et
de graisse. Utilisez toujours un chiffon propre pour le
nettoyer.
■Conservez ces instructions. Reportez-vous y
fréquemment et utilisez-le pour renseigner les autres
utilisateurs susceptibles d'utiliser cet outil. Si vous
prêtez cet accessoire à quelqu'un, prêtez-lui également
ces instructions pour éviter toute mauvaise utilisation
du produit et tout risque de blessure.
TRANSPORT DES BATTERIES AU LITHIUM
Transportez les batteries en conformité avec les
dispositions et règlements locaux et nationaux.
Respectez toutes les exigences légales particulières
concernant l'emballage et l'étiquetage des batteries
lorsque vous confiez leur transport à un tiers. Assurez-
vous qu'aucune batterie ne puisse entrer en contact avec
une autre batterie ou avec des matériaux conducteurs lors
de son transport en isolant les bornes électriques avec du
ruban adhésif ou des capuchons isolants. Ne transportez
pas une batterie qui serait fendue ou qui fuirait. Demandez

GÉNÉRAL
Evitez d’utiliser des solvants pour nettoyer les parties en
plastique. La plupart des plastiques sont susceptibles
d’être endommagés par les solvants disponibles dans le
commerce. Utilisez un chiffon propre pour essuyer les
impuretés, la poussière, etc.
AVERTISSEMENT
Les éléments en plastique ne doivent jamais entrer
en contact avec du liquide de frein, de l'essence, des
produits à base de pétrole, des huiles pénétrantes, etc.
Ces produits chimiques contiennent des substances qui
peuvent endommager, fragiliser ou détruire le plastique.
La poussière de plâtre et des panneaux muraux est
abrasive et peut entraîner un dysfonctionnement prématuré
du produit si elle pénètre dans le moteur. Utilisez toujours
l'accessoire d'extraction des poussières relié à un
aspirateur. N'utilisez pas le produit en tant que dispositif
d'extraction des poussières. Nettoyez soigneusement
le produit après utilisation à l'aide d'un pinceau et d'un
aspirateur. Prenez garde de ne pas pousser la poussière
dans les ouvertures de ventilation. N'utilisez pas d'air
comprimé pour nettoyer le produit car les poussières et les
particules peuvent entraîner de graves blessures oculaires.
LUBRIFICATION
Tous les roulements de ce produit sont lubrifiés avec une
