この取扱説明書には、製品を安全にお使いいただくための注意事項と取り扱い方を記載し

取り扱い上の注意点
製品を安全にご使用いただくため、必ず下記をお守りください。
（特に重要な箇所にマーキング（ ）を記しています）
● ボディーに強い衝撃を加えないでください
落としたり、硬いものをぶつけたりすると破損する恐れがあります。
● ボディーにプローブをぶつけないでください
プローブの素子が破損する恐れがあります。
仙骨ブロック、大転子ブロックは、特殊な素材・製法で作られています。
取り扱いの際は以下の注意点をお守りください。
● やさしく取り扱ってください
・ カッター、ハサミ、針など、鋭利なもので触れないでください。
・ 強い力で引っ張ったりひねったりしないでください。
・ 強い衝撃を加えないでください。
● ブロックを切開・分解しないでください
内部に空気が入ってしまい、エコー画像が正しく表示されなくなります。
● 破損したブロックは使用しないでください
内部の塗料がプローブに付着し、落とせなくなる恐れがあります。
● 製品を加工・改造しないでください
ボディーやブロックに穴を開けたり、別の部品を取り付けたりする、などの
加工・改造をしないでください。破損や思わぬ事故につながる恐れがあります。
● 製品を丸洗いしないでください
ボディーの空気穴やブロックのスキマに水などが入り、悪臭やカビなどの原因に
なります。
● ボールペンなどで書き込まないでください
ボディーやブロックにボールペンなどで書き込むとインクがしみ込んで消せなく
なります。
● 高温になる場所、湿気・ほこりの多い場所では保管しないでください
製品を直射日光の当たる場所や暖房器具の近く、油や水分・ほこりの多い場所で
保管すると変質・劣化の原因になります。
● シミュレーターの効果には限界があります
本製品は高度な訓練を実現するシミュレーターですが、実際の処置において
同様の効果を保証するものではありません。

本製品は、「深部組織損傷（褥瘡）」のエコー観察をトレーニングするためのファントム（模
型）です。特殊な素材・製法により、擬似的に患部を再現しており実際のエコーを使用し
ての観察実習を行うことができます。
・実際のエコー機材を使って実習できます
・仙骨部、大転子部のブロックを交換することにより、4 種類の症例と正常時の状態
を実習できます （[M193-1]、[M193-3] のみ※）
・長軸、短軸でのエコー走査に対応しています
本製品に含まれている各ブロックの褥瘡部外観とエコー画像例（短軸の場合）です。
仙骨ブロックと大転子ブロックの褥瘡部の様子は基本的に同じです。
（それぞれ、左側が褥瘡部外観（ブロック）、右側がエコー画像例です。褥瘡部外観と
エコー画像は、商品により若干の個体差があります。）
※ [M139-2] ベーシックセットには「正常」以外のブロックは付属していません。

ブロックは重さがあります（仙骨ブロック 1 個で約 1.3kg）。誤って落とさないよう

本書ではエコーの使用方法については説明していません。
ブロックの取り付けは、仙骨部、大転子部のどちらか一方だけでもかまいません。

• プローブをボディーにぶつけないように注意してください。
ボディーは固いためプローブの素子が破損する恐れがあります。
• ボディーの右側面は、側臥位の場合に安定するよう平らな面になっています
が、ベッドや布団など、不安定な場所で使用する場合はボディーが倒れない
よう注意してください。
• 実際のエコーで使用するジェルを使用してください。
（［M193-3] ポータブルエコーセットにはジェルが付属しています）
• ブロックに塗ったジェルが固まったり蒸発したりするまで放置しないでくだ
さい。ブロックに染みが残る恐れがあります。

以下の注意点を守って、製品を適切にお手入れ・保管してください。
●表面の汚れは柔らかい布で軽くふき取ってください
・ひどい汚れは、水でうすめた中性洗剤かアルコールを布にふくませてふき取り、
乾いた布で仕上げてください。
・ベンジン、シンナー、溶剤は使用しないでください。また、アルコールを直接
吹き付けないでください。製品の破損や表面の劣化につながる恐れがあります。
・
製品を丸洗いしないでください。ボディーの空気穴やブロックのスキマに水などが入り、
悪臭やカビなどの原因になります。
・ボディーやブロックに、ボールペンなどで書き込むとインクがしみ込んで消せなく
なります。
●ジェルが染みにならないよう注意してください
ブロックに塗ったジェルが固まったり蒸発したりするまで放置しないでください。
ブロックに染みが残る恐れがあります。
●ブロックの保護・べたつき防止のためにベビーパウダーを塗布してください
ブロックを長期間使用しない場合やべたつきがある場合は、付属のベビーパウダーを
塗布してください。
●高温になる場所、湿気・ほこりの多い場所では保管しないでください
製品を直射日光の当たる場所や暖房器具の近く、油や水分・ほこりの多い場所で保管
すると変質・劣化の原因になります。
●専用ケースに入れて保管してください
ご購入時に収納されていた専用ケースをご使用ください。

for Ultrasonic Observation of Tissue Damage".
This user's manual contains cautions and notes on how to use this product safely. Please
read this manual carefully in order to ensure that you know how to use the product safely.
In addition, after reading the manual, keep it in a safe place where it can be referred to at
any time later on.
After purchasing the product, check the package contents carefully to make sure that
nothing is missing or broken. If you notice any problems, contact Sakamoto Model.

In order to use this product safely, be sure to observe the following.
(Items which are particularly important are marked with " ".)
● Do not subject the body to severe shocks.
If it is dropped or knocked against rigid objects, damage may occur.
● Do not knock the probe against the body.
Damage to the probe element may occur.
The sacral blocks and greater trochanter blocks are made from special materials
using special manufacturing methods. Be sure to note the following during
handling.
● Handle these items gently.
・
Do not touch them with sharp objects such as knives, scissors or needles.
・
Do not pull or twist them with a strong force.
・
Do not subject them to severe shocks.
● Do not cut or disassemble the blocks.
If air gets inside the blocks, the ultrasonograms will not display correctly.
● Do not use blocks which have become damaged.
The inside coating may adhere to the probe and be impossible to remove.
● Do not process or modify the product.
Do not make holes in the body or the blocks, or process or modify them for
installation to other products. Damage or unexpected problems may occur.
● Do not immerse the product fully into water during cleaning.
Water may get in through the air holes in the body or the cracks in the blocks, and
disagreeable odors or mold may occur.
● Do not write on the product parts with items such as ballpoint pens.
If you write on the product parts using a ballpoint pen or similar object, the surface
will become smeared with ink which cannot be removed.
●Do not store in places which are exposed to high temperatures,
high levels of humidity or large amounts of dust.
If the product is stored in a place which is exposed to direct sunlight, near heating
appliances or in places with large quantities of oil, moisture or dust, discoloration or
deterioration may occur.
● There are limits to the effectiveness of this simulator.
This product is a simulator capable of supporting advanced medical training.
However, Sakamoto Model does not guarantee the same results during actual
treatment.

This product is a phantom (model) for use in training in the observation of deep tissue
injuries (bed sores). They are made from special materials using special manufacturing
methods to artificially reproduce the affected areas, so that actual ultrasonography can be
used to carry out observation training.
・Actual ultrasonography equipment can be used for training.
・By replacing the blocks in the sacral area and greater trochanter area, you can carry
out training for four different types of conditions in addition to the normal condition.
([M193-1] and [M193-3] only ※)
・Ultrasonographic scanning can be carried out on major axes and minor axes.
The following show examples of the appearances of the bed sores on the blocks which
are included with this product and their ultrasonograms (along the minor axes).
The states of the bed sores on the the sacral blocks and greater trochanter blocks are
basically the same.
(Each example shows the appearance of the bed sore(block)on the left and the
ultrasonogram on the right. The bed sore appearances and ultrasonograms may vary
slightly depending on the product.)
※The [M193-2] basic set does not include any blocks other than the "Normal" blocks.

sacral block installation slot or greater trochanter installation slot respectively.

The blocks are heavy. (A single sacral block weighs approximately 1.3 kg.)

CAUTION
• Take care not to hit the probe against the body. The body is rigid, and damage
to the probe element may occur.
• Therightsideofthebodyisattenedsothatitwillbemorestablewhen
placed in the lateral position, but if using it on an unstable surface such as a
bed or quilt, take care not to let the body fall over.
CAUTION
The sacral blocks and greater trochanter blocks can both be scanned when the
body is in either the prone or the lateral position.
