The ZIPFLIP™ is designed
to fit all standard MOLLE/
PALS webbing systems.
Locate the two MOLLE/
PALS straps on the back
side of the ZIPFLIP™.
Begin weaving the
MOLLE/PALS straps
through the top most
row of the PF-M™.
ATTACHING ZIPFLIP™ TO
PLATEFRAME MODULAR™ (PF-M™)
The ZIPFLIP™ is now
securely attached.
Complete weaving both
MOLLE/PALS straps and
secure with the included
Tuck Tab.
Removable sunshade for
improved visibility

ATTACHING ZIPFLIP™ TO ADVANCED TACTICAL HARNESS (ATH™)
Viewing the top
of the ATH™ begin
weaving the MOLLE/
PALS straps through
the top most slots.
Weave tabs through
next row of slots
of the ATH™ and
into the back of the
ZipFlip™.
Tuck tab into the
bottom slot of the
ZipFlip™. Repeat with
both straps.
The ZipFlip™ is
now attached and
secured.
Weave tabs back
down through the
ATH™.
ATTACHING ZIPFLIP™ TO THE CR-M™ ADMIN PANEL
Begin with CR-M™
and attached Admin
Panel.
Remove comfort
foam from the back
of the Admin panel.
Weave tabs back
down through the
CR-M™.
Tuck tab into the
bottom slot of the
ZipFlip™. Repeat
with both straps
and replace comfort
foam.
The ZipFlip™ is
now attached and
secured.

The Auxiliary Battery
Pouch is secured to
the bottom of the
ZIPFLIP™ using a
MOLLE/PALS strap.
The Auxiliary Battery
Pouch includes a
port for cabling as
shown above and
can be adjusted to
extend from the right
or left side of the
ZIPFLIP™.
DETACHING THE AUXILIARY BATTERY POUCH
To remove the auxiliary battery pouch, locate the
Tuck Tab (shown above) and pull it back through the
MOLLE/PALS row slot and continue unweaving the
MOLLE/PALS strap as demonstrated in the above
pictures.
Additionally, excess
cabling can be
secured under the
Velcro panel as
shown above.
Pull the bottom of
the ZIPFLIP™ soft
pouch down away
from the inner
FlipLite, exposing
the Sun Shade
Velcro Wings.
Detach both the left
and right Sun Shade
Velcro Wings as
shown above.
DETACHING THE SUNSHADE
Finally, pull the bottom of the ZIPFLIP™ soft pouch
back over the edges of the inner FlipLite.
Detach the Sun
Shade back panel
from the Velcro
lining as shown.

NavBoard®ZipFlip™
To remove the
FlipLite from the
ZIPFLIP™ soft pouch,
first remove the
Sun Shade (see
sun shade removal
instructions).
To use the quick
close tab, slide the
FlipLite through the
soft pouch slot as
shown above.
Pull the corner of the
ZIPFLIP™ soft pouch
over the inner FlipLite
and down as shown
above.
Once FlipLite is all
the way through the
slot, pull the tab up to
secure it.
REMOVE ZIPFLIP™ SOFT POUCH
QUICK CLOSE TAB ON FLIPLITE™
Optionally, remove
the cell phone. Pull
back the 4 corner
bands and pull device
o the Velcro panel.
The ZIPFLIP™ quick
close tab is now
properly attached.
Pull the top of the
inner FlipLite out of
the upper pocket
of the ZIPFLIP™ soft
pouch as shown.
The ZIPFLIP™ soft
pouch and the inner
FlipLite are now
separated.
Continue to pull the
opposite corner of
the ZIPFLIP™ soft
pouch over the inner
FlipLite and down.
Continue to pull the
opposite corner of
the ZIPFLIP™ soft
pouch over the
inner FlipLite as
shown.
Pull the bottom of
the ZIPFLIP™ soft
pouch away from
the bottom of the
inner FlipLite.

ADD-ON ACCESSORIES
Neck and chest straps
come with 4 split buckle
attachments.
Locate 4 loops on the back
of the ZipFlip Pouch. Top 2
connect the neck strap and
the bottom 2 connect the
chest strap.
ATTACHING CHEST HARNESS SYSTEM - sold separately
TIP: use small screwdriver to
squeeze loop if more pressure
is needed.
Slide the first half of the
split buckle into the top
loop. Squeeze the loop to
fit over the other side of
the split buckle. Repeat
with other 3 straps.
Attach strap buckles to
split buckles and adjust
to fit.

ATTACHING PTT WING TO ZIPFLIP™ - PART NUMBER: PFA-PTTW001
Secure the PTT
and cables with
integrated bungee.
Locate Velcro pocket on
the back of the ZipFlip™.
With the LOOP SIDE facing
upwards, push the PTT
Wings through the Velcro
pocket.
